Didn't have my room when I checked in. Moved to us a different hotel at their cost (or they claimed such).
I found out the rate of hotel they moved me to js abiut 60% of what I paid to Novotel. They offered lunch and dinner but i have crazy busy schedule and did not have a single meal.

Good rooms + breakfast / small pool

Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also.

Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste

The location is excellent and the service is great! The room is very spacious and the A/C is good. The breakfast buffet is also great. The guy cooking the omelet should be more friendly and must greet the guests.

The hotel was old and depressing. very small rooms and no windows. it felt like I was in jail.

Also the main entrance of the hotel was closed because the road was under constructions which made it way difficult to direct Uber driver to the location as they have to pick you up from underground parking which was hard to locate.

another thing, there was no elevator from the underground parking lot to the lobby. you have to carry your luggage by yourself on the stairs to the lobby which was very inconvenient.

I stay in that hotel frequently, always great service. Cleaning, staff, food, location all is well expect two things:
They remove bein sport from TV channels, and their gym needs a lot to be a Gym.

Not Good Stay at All!

Front office representatives did not communicate my request/concern among one another, I had to contact them 5 consecutive times to follow up myself, to only repeat my concern and receive the same response.. \"please get back to us in a few minutes\" !!! Eventually, the issue was not solved and they cost me more time and money
Another note that caused my dissatisfaction was the room I was first given a room near the compressors whilst I specifically requested the from office to place me in a quiet room.

Fine for a night or two. Can be noisy

The hotel is located nowhere near a traffic light. If you have to cross Olaya St. then you are on your own jay walking a 4+4 lane road. Hotel staff is very nice. I have been twice in the hotel and last one on Sept 1. 2015 was much worse than the first one. I was directed to a room in the second floor facing pretty much a wall, actually a building with construction being done. Since I arrived at night I didn't care too much for view but it was noisi as some industra AC was very close. I came down to reception to request a change and they put me in another room , bigger, on the 4th floor which should be more sepparate from noise. I could still hear a clear hum but went to bed and slept more or less ok. Next morning I realise that there's additional industrial AC units almost in front of me again. So ask for the room facing Olaya street if possible. They can be noisy as well but it is traffic noise and less intense at night.
Also, there's not many options to eat around but if you are hungry try not to call room service. Some options of the menu they don't have. They offered me a grilled chicken breast and what arrived was a boiled one or oven one, all pale white. Did not enjoy it.
