Booked this hotel through Exepedia with a great deal. The hotel, from arrival to stay and to check out, I must thank all the staff who made my stay a great one. Special thanks to the team of the restaurant and room service, not only was the food very good, but Masud and Ashraf and their colleagues were genuinely attentive and respectful which was a real plus.
And the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room, the housekeeping agents are doing such a great job.
I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the standards and values supported by the brand chain, but also for the general comfort of the place, the real feeling of safety and the people who bring heartwarming service even when shy most times.
(FYI made pretty much the same review on another website the hotelnuses fornreviews 😊)

Terrible hotel. Terrible service. Never again!!!!

On arrival at reception there was no check-in available as there was no power in the hotel. No power in the rooms. No lights. No AC. No food. No contingency.

It was clean and has friendly staff , but i had trouble sleeping because the bed wasn't comfortable specially the pillows, too firm to high it gave me a bad headache

Super good staff..but not the business centre book

Good clean spacious hotel. Staff are super friendly. Business centre booking for my team to work in late evening for a couple of hours was too costly - we never bothered booking.. instead sat in one of our rooms.

Decent to good overall. Would stay again.

Simple no frills hotel. The breakfast is good and dinner is good as well. The gym equipment is new and enough for most people. The rooms are simple but the bed is comfortable.

The Riyadh Experience

As always, it comes down to how the hotel staff interacts with its clients. From the transportation manager & drivers that shuttled me to RUH to the restaurant staff, to Housekeeping to the Front Desk staff, everyone acted very politely and professionally. You have a well trained and motivated staff that strives to satisfy hotel guests.

The only thing that surprised me was the price for breakfast, which was $25.00 USD. I could've paid $10.00 extra online, but it said breakfast for two, and I was only one, for $10.00 more. When I went to breakfast, and was charged $25.00, I was a bit shocked.

Modern hotel with all amenities e.g. WIFI, nice gym, etc. Very helpful staff. Only complaint was that we tried to ADD an additional day to one of our party who was arriving a day early and the management insisted on a penalty fee. This was a day after the booking. So we just booked a room for a day at no penalty charge. Would have expected more flexibility from a Holiday Inn. Other than that, very comfortable stay, would stay there on future trips.

Nice hotel, great location, and friendly staff.

I first stayed in this hotel back in 2000 when it was first opened. They have added a new building since then and kept the same friendly atmosphere among the same staff. I came with friends so naturally we wanted to stay together. The receptionists were nice, they upgraded our rooms to stay together. The breakfast was great with many varieties. The rooms were big with comfortable beds. I only have one suggestion to use what other hotels use for cleaning the rooms, just a simple card to hang over the door handles. I didn't like that I had every day to go by the reception and ask for my room to be cleaned. The newspaper was given on the first day only and was missed on the next two days although I notified the reception.

All in all, a nice hotel to stay in Riyadh business district.

A GOOD HOTEL

Stayed only one night.
Not my first choice as it was far from the airport and from where I had my meeting the following morning
Nice welcome and attentive staff;
First room given on the first floor had a view onto the indoor pool so had it changed without any pb for another room on the third floor, with a view on the numerous highways with heavy traffic, but not too much noise thanks to the double glazing windows and quiet at night.
Well equiped room, spacious and quiet
Internet worked very well
So overall a good hotel

I stayed at this hotel during a short business trip to Riyadh.
The staff had a lack of training on the programs that their group (IHG) was advertising.
I had to argue to get their program honored.
The room had some cleaning issues.
