The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was a bit scary since we got there late at night. No elevator so we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was difficult.

Not a stay I would ever recommend or stay again.
The conditions are deprorable. Awful broken bed, noisy fridge and bathtub in very bad condition.
Decided to stay on this hotel because we thought the reviews were a little exaggerated...but no, everything is true. This is an hotel in very poor condition. We were told by a local that this hotel is paid by the government to take homeless people in the winter time, that's all I'm sharing.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location.
Spend your money someplace else, your back will appreciate it!

This place needs a facelift..worn out carpets, sticky floor, smell of weed from the guests permeates the lobby. The Front Desk Staff is the saving grace of this hotel. Stayed as just need a place to sleep for a few hours for an early flight the following day, was passing through, wouldnt book here again

My employee waited almost 45 minutes for the front desk person to show up to get checked in. I phoned for at least 15 minutes non stop with no answer. Used bar of soap in the shower. Smelt like cigarettes and weed. Put a chair under the door knob, was not feeling cery safe with all the sketchy people walking around.

There was pubic hair on the ceiling of the shower. The phone rang constantly, I unplugged it. The room was dirty and there were nail heads sticking up from the floor and snagged my socks and this was considered a good room, having a view of the river from the second floor.

I reserved the room for my granddaughter MacKenzie Christofferson. A man barged into her room around midnight last night with a gun and threatened to rape her.
She and one of her dogs fought him off. She called the police and he was arrested. She also filed a police report 202617302. Needless to say, my 26-year-old granddaughter did not get any rest. Please provide a FULL REFUND for this stay and I would highly recommend that you remove it from your list of places.

The staff was fine. The room was clearly neglected as priven by the cracks in the floor as well as the crevices under the walls. The sheets were not clean and one of the beds looked slept in; the beds were literal biohazards... the pictures misrepresented the conditions of the room as well as the entire building itself. The r9om and hotel were advertised as \"non-smoking\" but the building had a stench of stale and gresh cigarette smoke as well as moisture build up.

The door was falling apart, there were drunks at the entrance, it smelled like Sigarro. A dog was barking in one of the rooms, and I couldn't sleep! Aside from the damp smell in the room, it was an unpleasant experience! I checked in at 3 p.m. and had to change hotels at 10 p.m. the same day.

The hotel was really run down. My room did not have any heat. There was only one electrical outlet and it had an extension cord without any safety cutoffs. The walls were paper thin, there were bugs in the shower, and mold on the walls. The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, and I saw people cleaning regularly. The property is just very old and run down.

The beds felt like soft plywood. The entrance was a hazzard with uneven cement near the doors. One bad step could lead to a very bad fall on broken cement.
Good location near museums, bus stop, restaurants. Laundry was a handy extra.

Absolutely worst experience in 30 years of travel

Reception was pushy. Emergency doors all taped with signs that say do not use - no alternative exits for emergencies. Room was dirty with socks and underwear on floor, beds unmade and exposed sheets that were exposed looked stained as if with old blood. Immediately turned around to request a refund as we could not stay. Reception became rude and critical, refused to go look at the room, and would not help call the police when we walked outside and had multiple men trying to get into our truck.

This place is a total dump!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! From the moment we walked in the adjoining clubs drunken patrons were all over the parking lot and lobby. The room smelled musty and was disgusting the shower leaked the faucet was barely on and the shower panels were falling down and moldy… my wife got stuck by the broken mattress spring poking through the fabric. I did take pictures of everything and happy to share… the room was nothing like the pictures don’t stay here!!!

The hotel has microwave, coffee, fridge and ice and the room was clean. Our reservation was not properly entered so the front desk could not find it. She told us over and over that we had only booked one night when she could have easily have noted that the hotel was not full so there would be no problem staying an extra night. She did note however, that the second night would have to be more expensive until she eventually found our complete reservation (that had been fully prepayed). Not a pleasant start.

It was extremely expensive for what you get. And when you check in they add yet another $200 for a damage pre-auth. So, $400 at the door for essentially a motel-level place to stay. This is a great hotel for pet friendly travels, it is conveniently located across from the river front trail, near the downtown shopping core, and within walking distance from some nice restaurants. It always smells clean when I stay, and as a dog owner I appreciate the hardwood floors over dingy carpets other pet friendly rooms in the area have. The staff appear well dressed and friendly. Note, if you drive a larger vehicle ( long box truck, ford flex or other larger SUV) that the parking lot may be hard to navigate.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!
I had such a disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I knew something was off.

First off, the noise levels were unbearable. The walls were so thin, I could hear everything happening in the hallway and even in adjacent rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the noise continued well into the early morning hours (including screaming, swearing, and banging).

On top of that, the hotel did not feel secure at all. I felt uneasy leaving my belongings in the room, and I was constantly worried about my safety. Not a comforting experience.

To make matters worse, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before I arrived—the floor had sticky spots, and hair in the bathroom. The room had an unappealing smell despite leaving the window open for the entire stay. It lacked furniture and lighting. The mini fridge worked but the freezer was not usable due to frost build up.

Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was overpriced for what it offered, and it was a huge letdown in every way possible. I won’t be returning.

Check-in was good Had some parking options for a truck with a trailer.

Is located in the bar area of town. There were a lot of drunk people I was traveling with my family and there was a fight in the hallway right next to our room and they sprayed a whole can of bear mace. Which affected my two month old and three year-old greatly. They needed to be seen by ambulance and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I plan to get my money back and I hope the hotel is willing to cooperate. I think the hotel should do better as far as allowing these people to stay. I am aware that they do not foresee this happening, but the people were very intoxicated when they showed up and it could’ve been prevented if there was some security or some sort of monitoring going on.

We were woken late at night by someone because the front desk had given someone else a key. This other person has the same first name. The front desk did not check closely enough and our safety and security were at risk.

This hotel was definitely not as I expected. First parking was a nightmare. The only door to the facility was the front door that did not even open all the way the bathroom sink was cracked, and overall the room was dirty the staff and the bed and bed linens were excellent though.

I was supposed to stay tonight and elected to leave after the first night . It just did not feel safe overall the hotel did refund my pet fee and my second night lodging when asked so that was good.
