Not recommended, worst experience ever!!
While we selected Silverado Resort expecting a high-end hospitality experience consistent with the pricing and reputation of the property, we were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room assigned to us. The accommodations did not reflect the standards expected from a resort in this price range, and several aspects of the room appeared poorly maintained and below acceptable quality for a premium stay.

In addition to the substandard room conditions, we experienced a highly distressing incident involving the loss of one of our bags during our stay. This bag contained personal belongings and souvenirs collected throughout our Napa trip, valued at over $800, along with items of significant sentimental value and memories from our visit.

We reported the missing baggage immediately; however, it has now been two days without any meaningful follow-up or communication from the hotel team. The lack of urgency and response regarding this matter is concerning and has significantly impacted our overall experience.

We are not recommending this hotel based on our experience. This was the worst experience ever.

We booked the largest room, costing well over $1000 per night. Unfortunately, wifi AND TV cable was out for the entire stay. Staff was not very communicative with updates, which resulted in us waiting for responses for over an hour.

Taylor and Jordan were excellent and made our stay memorable. The bar with views over the golf course is great and we really enjoyed our evenings there.

Unfortunately we were not told about the closure of the spa, pool and main restaurant before arrival. We were initially compensated for this when raised, however later found out another couple had been compensated more for the same complaint. This was rectified, but I feel we shouldn’t have had to ask.

The spa, pool, jacuzzi and gym were closed for renovation so we didnt get to use the facilities except for the courts. We still had to pay a resort fee of $150. That didn’t feel good. The rooms are not updated as so far from the lobby/restaurant, courts and coffee shop that we had to get a shuttle/golf cart every time we wanted to go somewhere on campus.

Great stay in a two bedroom condo. Not near the actual hotel/resort part but had plenty of space and access to tennis courts and pool (not heated).
We had the entire restaurant to ourselves food was good. Resort pool was nice, better if kids had used kids pool. Food at the pool would have been ideal. Great location.

My wife and I stayed in something I think they call a Cottage. But it's really 6 standard hotel rooms with a very nice king size bed. The room was clean and neat. My primary issue is the room was advertised at $210/night but after adding 6 separate taxes the rate was $310/night (47% increase).

Nice resort. It’s pretty spread out, so you’ll want to consider which room you choose and how far you’re willing to walk. Our initial room was really far from the pool on the other side of the property, so we upgraded to a suite next to the pool. Other than that, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean.

Room was spotless! The restaurant was awful. We made a reservation, we checked in with the hostess and she told us it would be 45 minutes to be served our food. We were seated and no one came to our table to provide us with water or take our order. Decided to order Door Dash to our room, waitress came to our table after 20 minutes and asked if we were helped yet. No need to say more ...

We weren’t notified that much of the resort was under construction which out a damper on the stay. The spa was closed, the golf shop was only partially opened, long with the restaurant. It would have been good to know this as a disclaimer before booking.

The room was clean. The clock beside the bed was not set to the correct time and we could not figure out how to change it. I wish the coffee amenities were a better- creamer rather than powdered \"stuff\"? Our room had no view to speak of, as we overlooked the parking garage. Assessment for 2 days of \"Resort\" fees, when we are on property for less than 48 hours seemed superfluous.

I came early for a morning massage, I was given a room immediately (6 hours before check in) and it was upgraded for free. My room was very comfortable and I slept really well. All the staff was very nice and my massage from Lisa was amazing. Can’t wait for my next visit

1. The people before us seemed to use the house roughly. When we arrived, the chairs still had honey and other snack chips.
2. There were broken bottles in the driveway and we

Nice hotel overall, but I wouldn’t recommend it during the winter season. You still pay a resort fee, yet many amenities like the pool and hot tub aren’t really usable. There were also several occasions when no one was available at the front desk to assist with transportation back to our room, which was inconvenient since the property is very spread out—especially during the rain.

We stayed at this resort to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had an amazing time. The resort had so many great amenities, making it easy to relax and enjoy the weekend together. The tennis lesson was fun. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it felt like the perfect place for a special celebration. We’d absolutely return for another getaway.

We had issues when we checked in.The staff has tried to reach out and attempted to assist . But it's just not the experience that was advertised and the expectation that were set.The room had a different guests name with a welcome wine bottle and a plate of food which had pork items which I mentioned both in my reservation and at the desk that we do not consume pork due to our religious belief, yet both those things were in the room.I paid a non smoking room and there were cigarettes buds on the terrace table.The fireplace was not on and it doesn't have any wood logs that it can be turned on , I mean I booked the room so we could enjoy the weather and get cozy with the fireplace. A very poor and disrespectful welcome and the in room amenities not even available.The next day we went out for breakfast and our keys stopped working and we had to stand 30 minutes outside to get in our room.I am sorry but I choose Silverado resort for high end customer service and experience but It is completely missing for us.Everytime I called the staff which had to multiple times I was quickly made quite by sending me $50 resort credit.They thought it was a quick fix to get rid of the situation. It became insulting at the end I mean for them giving resort credit fixes the disrespect they showed for my religious beliefs.in the end a manager reached out and said they arose and extended recovery gestures including dining credits, waived resort fees, and additional accommodations that exceeded thei

We did find mice poop In the sofa bed. The shuttle driver had the interior lights turned off when we boarded, making extremely hard for my children to get on&off bus. The food was OK.

Our stay here was disappointing to say the least. We arrived just before 4:00 and were told that due to some late check outs, our room was not ready. ETA was about 4:30-4:45 and we would be texted. At the time we were told that we would be credited an \"x\" amount of money for the inconvenience & it could be used towards food, drinks, etc at the hotel.
4:45 came and went. Checked back in & were told it would be another 15 min and we would be credited $100, which I said I would just want refunded vs having to use it. We had also mentioned that we had dinner reservations & needed to be able to get into our room. At 5:15 we finally rec'd the text.
The grounds are lovely, however, finding our room in the dark was challenging. Signs were not well lit and/or hidden behind plants. And all the employees driving around in the golf carts expect you to step aside on the narrow paths vs them pulling over and letting guests have right of way.

We finally go to the room to discover that the closet door didn't slide, the sink drain wouldn't stay open so we had to constantly push down on the lever for the water to drain, & the sheet on the box spring was dirty. Maintenance fixed the door (we had not yet discovered the other two items). Next morning we had issues w/ the shower - old, old fixture that was difficult to use & the smallest adjustment would go from really hot to cold.
At checkout no mention was made of the credit, we were not asked how our stay was and I had to push for the credit.

hotel is clean and nice. when i booked i did not realize the format and layout of this property. the rooms appear to appear to formerly be apartments where 1 bedroom with private bath is partitioned off for the apartment. so you have a private entrance from outside. my room was quite far from the check in / lobby / restaurant area. you drive there after check in. if walking there is a shortcut and the walk is about 10 min by the putting tees and driving range. you can also request hotel car or golf cart service to the room. but the rooms can be far (depending on which rooms you book). so it doesn’t quite have the same conveniences of a normal hotel. this place is abit more unique.

Outdoor dining/patio was very nice and beautiful views. Clean cottage, front desk staff was very courteous. Housecleaning was thorough and request for extra water was quick. Amenities in cottage missing were paper products like napkins/paper towels, no filtered water or ice. Other wise very nice and quite.

Will NEVER stay here again. Was told I had a King Suite with golf course view. The view was of the driving range. Our patio furniture was broken and had holes in it, so we couldnt use it. Everything in the room felt 30 years old - including the tub shower which didnt work properly and carpets which were gross. We had a fireplace with no wood. Our room phone didnt work - so had to use our cellphone to call reception and the grill to try make reservations. The only icemaker is at the pool. For the price we paid, sooooo disappointing. As a travel agent myself, I will never recommend
