We only spent one there. The unit was clean and comfortable. The entry door would not close all the way unless you locked it. The unit was chilly when we arrived. We could not figure out how to turn on the heat or raise the temperature. By morning the temperature inside the unit was down to 63...it was chilly. Overall the place was okay. Not sure I would go back. Lots of other options in the area that I would check out first.

Unique stay in Napa. The best part of the stay is the staff, incredibly kind and receptive. The property itself is a bit old, I found our rooms to be a 6/10. Bathroom was a bit dirty / old but rest of the room was okay. We stayed in a studio that's split, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, even if they're just walking around. That wasn't our favorite. You do get a dedicated parking spot in front of your \"cottage\" which is convenient. There's a lot of activities to do on the property but the surrounding area definitely needs a car to get to wineries and restaurants.

The camp grounds were attractive. Our unit specifically was not advertised (by the third party site) as a studio, therefore we were misled to think we had a stovetop. The space was nice and had almost everything we needed, quite frankly. My only concern was a musty smell that prevailed even with the AC running. It was most noticeable when we returned to the property after our outings.
But overall it was a nice accommodation. Staff had a contingency plan for late arrivals and it was hassle free.

The external property is gorgeous, very nice scenery, close to downtown Napa. But the AC was broken and our room got up to 80 degrees even with the fan on and the AC turned on to 63. The hot water wasn’t working, and our pillows were dirty. Looked like they hadn’t changed those pillows in years, because it had brownish yellow spots on it.

This is a cute property right next to Napa River, with 100 separate trailers with good size bedroom, kitchen/living room with sleeper sofa, and separated by a bathroom with tubs and closet. Room is slightly dated but clean and functional. Kitchen has a large fridge and sink and microwave and coffee maker. There is a shared patio with next trailer which works great for us and our friends in the next room. No annoying upstairs or next door neighbor, even though you can hear outside somewhat. Great location, 1 mile from Oxbow market and downtown Napa and 1 mile to end of Silverado trail. Club house has sauna, pool, game room, lanundry, and yoga room. Good price. Highly recommended.

I was expecting this hotel property to be beautiful, it was spectacular. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We received notifications of events happening during our stay. The view of the river was amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it, we plan on going back next year. Love the fact that it’s tucked away by the river. It feels very private. Room was very clean. Amenities were good, the kitchen could have had a couple more things. We’re owners at another timeshare and their kitchens are better appointed. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and dining. Our only complaint is that you share a patio with your neighbor. Which is fine, but if your neighbors are using it a lot, you won’t get much time to use it. If you’re not used to staying in a timeshare, you will love the convenience and the extra room.

The location and site is amazing. My suster and i went back for a relaxing getaway. We loved the property previously. We were excited for lounging in the pool if warm enough or lounging in the hot tub if cold. Unfortunately, it was chilly and both hot tubs were closed. Thats my only complaint.
