We present the new Luísa Studio Hotel — formerly Luísa Palace Hotel — which has just undergone a complete renovation and a rebranding process. Now, we follow a practical, cozy, and essential proposal: rooms with soft bedding, split air conditioning, smart TV, and the essentials of a studio, including a sink, microwave, minibar, and utensils.
We maintain all the convenience of a hote, 24-hour reception, and cleaning service. With only 40 rooms, we offer more personalized and attentive service.
We are just a few steps from the sea, in front of the Canasvieiras pier, in Florianópolis, and we have a snack machine, hot drinks, and a hot water at the reception, ensuring even more convenience for your stay.

It was okay. The rooms are small but at least the air conditioning works really well. Not many amenities, bare minimum hotel. Rooftop pool was nice and had a good view. The customer service was so so, sometimes the staff acted like we were bothering them, like by asking for a taxi. I don't think I would go back.

- They tried to force us to move to another hotel of the same company, some blocks away, saying that there was a problem with our room and we lost almost two hours discussing.
- They said it was Orbitz fault and I said I didn't care at all and I wouldn't stay in a different hotel (which, by the way, was cheaper and far from the sea).
- They tried to do the same thing with another couple at the same time.
- Breakfast was regular.
- The cleaning service wasn't good. The room is clean, but the lady forgot many times to replace towels and she also ate some of our chocolates.
- Parking is free, but the capacity is only for 5 cars (out of almost 60 rooms in the hotel).
- Location is good, but not awesome. Next time I'll try Jurerê Internacional.
- Nevertheless, Florianópolis is a very nice city and I intend to go back.
- Since the problem with Luisa Palace is much more related to the staff and management, rather than the structure or location, they can improve, but they have to invest A LOT on training programs for their employees.

Devido a pandemia fomos transferidos para outro Hotel da rede Mar de Canasvieiras. O que não comprometeu em nada minha estada. O único ponto que a rede precisa melhorar é o sinal de Wi-Fi nos quartos.

O hotel apresentou divergências entre o que foi anunciado no site e o que realmente existia...como não ter café da manhã (e se eu paga-se a parte teria que ir em outro hotel para comer), não tinha tv a cabo e sim uma tv de tubo que só pegava globo (affff), estacionamento rotativo (a qual no anuncio não era avisado), menor números de camas do que foi pago....

Além da cama super desconfortável e do estacionamento caótico, o hotel não tinha cobertores, em pleno inverno, na noite fria do dia 19/07/2013. Tive que ligar o ar-condicionado na temperatura máxima, porém, o ar-condicionado era muito barulhento. Noite horrível. Talvez seja bom no verão, não sei. Mas então nem deveriam abrir no inverno!

O hotel é novo. Gostei da limpeza dos quartos e da qualidade das toalhas, tudo muito bom nesse aspecto. O hotel fica em uma das praias, Canasvieira. Portanto, é longe das demais. Canasvieira tem vida própria e tem um ótim centro comercial, com restaurantes bons, lojas, mercado etc. e fica a uns 5 min de caminhada do hotel. Outro aspecto positivo é que o hotel dispõe de uma ótima agência de turismo. O café da manhã, muito bom também, pois havia variedade de pães, sucos, leite, café, yogurte, frutas, queijos, e mais alguns itens. Quem quiser mais que isso, que fique num hotel 5 estrelas ( vejo muita gente querendo pagar pouco e ter tudo). A única bola fora do hotel ( e tenho convicção que eles vão mudar) são as camas. Como pode um hotel com tantas qualidades ainda não ter investido em camas box?? A cama de casal, na verdade, são duas de solteiro. Um bom hotel com camas ruins é como ter um carrão, com todos os acessórios, mas sem direção hidráulica.

O hotel é ótimo. Tem um bom café da manhã, ótima limpeza, toalhas de qualidade, funcionários prestativos... enfim tudo parece novo, tem uma boa piscina, boa localização e ainda tem um agência de turismo para fazer os passeios, com um bom preço e atendimento nota mil. Com todos esses atributos, é um pecado que um hotel desse porte não invista em camas box para os quartos e insista em manter camas ruins. A cama de casal, na verdade, são duas de solteiro. Em suma, é como se tfosse um carrão, todo automático, com banco de couro computador de bordo mas sem direção hidráulica. Jà imaginou?

HAY QUE PAGAR.en estos tiempos? creo que no habria por que.El estacionamiento, si uno salio con el auto cuando vuelve no tiene lugar.Mi pregunta Es.si saben que uno lleva varios dias en el hotel se tendria que respetar el lugar del auto. porque no le indican al pasajero que llega, que ese lugar esta reservado?eso lo considero una falta de respeto.
