The room was trash with a dirty bathroom with mold. Dirty walls a dirty blanket and dirty chairs. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff they did nothing. They were indifferent. The view of the beach is watch you are paying for as the room is basically a run down motel. They have a one towel per day policy for the pool and rooms so you need to find a way to dry them.

I absolutely loved my 2 week stay at Hotel Porto Sol Beach. The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was delicious. The location right at the beach was really great and convenient since the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables. You could also order food from the restaurant while lounging on the beach! I highly recommend this option and would definitely stay there again. It exceeded expectations.

The hotel is in an excellent location with the beach sat directly behind it. The room was spotless being super clean and the hotel facilities were excellent too. All the staff were helpful, friendly and any requests or assistance were dealt with great efficiency. The breakfast was varied and tasted great. I would tecommend highly to anyone looking for a stay in a beach location, where you feel catered for at all times of day.

Multilingual didn't mean English; but we got by and staff tried very hard. The hotel is bright, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast buffet was great. Beach location and sea view were as described. Only draw back was no restaurant and this wasn't overtly clear in the description; but they ordered pizza for delivery to hotel which was great. Shops and restaurants in walking distance providing not pouring with rain. Would definitely go back.

Itens de banheiro básicos. Café da manhã com básico, saboroso e com alguma variação ao longo dos dias. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Amplo espaço para os hóspedes nas áreas comuns. Nas fotos parece mais do que é de fato. O preço teoricamente se justifica pela proximidade com a praia, mas se der azar e pegar dias chuvosos, fica no hotel não é tão confortável quanto promete... É \"ok\", por isso entendo que o preço não é compatível.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, em frente do mar. As áreas comuns do hotel são confortáveis e bonitas. O café da manhã é ótimo. O staff é gentil e atencioso. O quarto é bem grande. O único ponto negativo é que os quartos estão um pouco decadentes. Já estariam precisando de uma revitalização, mas isso não comprometeu a estada. Foi tudo perfeito.

O hotel é muito agradável, café da manhã bom, o restaurante a la carte é muito gostoso com preço justo. Praia do hotel bem tranquila, curtimos batante e não estava cheia (fomos em outubro). Falta um pouco mais de estrutura/brinquedos para quem vai com crianças.

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e simpáticos, era muito difícil conseguir sair do hotel devido ao ótimo atendimento. Quero destacar a simpatia do Henrique e da Malvina no restaurante e do Lucas na recepção, era um atendimento extremamente acolhedor que nos fazia sentir em casa. O Hotel tem uma área muito boa e pode vir a ser 4 estrelas se fizerem as manutenção adequadas. Coisas simples como goteiras no restaurante e varandas, no elevador que a parte externa dos botões estavam danificados e grama crescida já dariam uma melhor impressão aos hospedes.
A limpeza dos quartos ficou muito a desejar. A arrumação da cama feita de forma descuidada. O chão continuou sujo após a limpeza.
No geral amamos o hotel e devemos retornar no próximo ano. Espero que esteja bem melhor que agora.

Hotel precisa de manutenção: pintura do quarto descascando, poça d'água na varanda, porta da varanda emperrada, chuveiro velho e entupido, todos ar condicionados corroídos, ferragens da estrutura corroídas e expostas, etc. Dispõe de apenas 1 elevador, obrigando os hóspedes a utilizar as escadas e, ainda por cima, é pequeno e mal conservado.
Ladrilho da piscina é azul escuro, o que dificulta a visibilidade inclusive quanto à limpeza da água.
Café da manhã variado, mas apenas com os itens mais usuais.

En general un buen lugar pata quedarse. Está en jna zona más tranquila de Canasvieras, entonces se puede tener un poco de tranquilidad y a tres minutos caminando por la playa están varios restaurantes y muchi movimiento. El único problema es que en la noche es difícil salir a una tienda o algo pues está un poco lejos.

Lugar tranquilo e muito aconchegante, estivemos no hotel durante o período do frio, portanto não aproveitamos a área da piscina que nos pareceu ótima também. É distante do aeroporto porém é no norte da ilha bem próximo de muitas praias famosas como: Jurere, ingleses, santinho e canasvieiras.
