I had no room upgrade and the VIP reward was ridiculous, they offered me something similar to use for beach chair rent, which makes no sense because I wouldn’t take it to the beach anyway. The first time i stayed in this hotel i had a pleasant experience. Now for the second time, not only they are overcharging guests, the service level has dropped. The female receptionists I dealt with were courteous, but a male front desk representative (It I am not mistaken named THomas,) was a bit rude. The way they organize their breakfast is offensive in a way that someone keeps closing the door, like a bouncer that let me go in and check the ID. If they are concerned people will eat for free, they should have a subtle way to do it.

The staff made the highlight for my stay.
The staff was very attentive, most helpful and always smiling. Even though it was off season, the staff was present and working hard to keep the facilities and my room tip top shape. The breakfast was great with a wide spread for everyone's tastes. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable given the price. Not in the \"hottest\" part of Florianopolis, but decent value for the money spent. Would prefer to stay closer to or in Jurere if possible, but the hotel is still close to other beaches. One staff member speaks English, the rest Spanish or Portuguese, but all are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Overall positive experience.

O que me deixou a desejar esse o hotel foi pela falta de honestidade, esqueci um ice pack de carregar com a térmica as comidas e leite do bebê no congelador que custa em torno de 600 reais, e quando pedi o hotel eles me disseram que não foi encontrado e não me devolveram.

Ficamos, um casal e uma criança de 8 anos no apto no segundo andar do bloco Napolis. Apto muito bom, com uma cama de casal, colchão bom, uma cama de solteiro, colchão um pouco pior. Chuveiro é elétrico mas funciona muito bem, pelo menos no verão, período em que fomos. O ar condicionado é split e funcionou normalmente. A TV pega muito bem com diversos canais a cabo. A wi-fi funcionou bem. O apto possui
churrasqueira e funcionou muito bem. Também possui um pequena cozinha com frigobar, fogão e armários com alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha. Razoável. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, porém está precisando de uma manutenção urgente. Banheiro com infiltrações, portas quebradas, ar condicionado de janela com filtro super sujos, cozinha estava suja, área do café da manhã possui uma escada na entrada onde debaixo da escada tem tipo uma piscina que estava com a água super turva e com teias de aranhas. Privadas dos quartos estavam com tampas quebradas e mal cheiro no banheiro que parecia vindo dos ralos.

Não havia internet no hotel, apesar de que estava inclusa na reserva. Como meu celular não é brasileiro e estava sem chip, eu fiquei completamente incomunicável. Então não pude usar o quarto; tive que ir a um café pra usar o wi-fi deles até fecharem. Só usei o quarto pra dormir. No dia seguinte eu tinha que trabalhar pela internet e o hotel permanecia sem wi-fi. Não ofereceram sequer me hospedar em outro hotel até consertarem a internet. Já era de tarde quando me deram acesso ao wi-fi. Foram quase 24h sem internet. Não foi essa experiência que eu havia contratado.
