My son and I stayed two nights at this hotel, and we have nothing but praise for the staff, food, amenities and the rooms. If anyone is travelling to this part of the world I would really recommend you stay here.

Very good choice for Wilhelmshaven, only a brisk walk from the centre. Very warm rooms even during the winter. However, wireless wifi internet in the rooms as well as public areas would add a lot, not everybody carries an old fashioned cord for their computer these days. The staff are attentive and know English fluently, the breakfast was also good.

Le premier soir, le restaurant étant fermé, nous avons pu dîner au bar. Service, accueil impeccable et souriant 😃 de la réception au restaurant en passant par le bar. La chambre était sur l'avant, mais bien insonorisée grâce aux doubles rideaux ( excellent point).

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und wurden verwöhnt.

Das Hotel hat mir vom Service extrem gut gefallen

Mein inzwischen dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es bleiben einfach keine Wünsche offen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man brachte uns die Cocktails bis über die Plätze hinaus ins freie. Fahrradverleih verlief auch völlig komplikationslos. Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und vielfältig.
Weil das Schwimmbad in der Woche zwecks Reparaturmaßnahmen schließen musste, hatte man uns statt eines Zimmers eine Suite überlassen.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Jahr beim vierten Besuch.

An sich war ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, nur leider musste man zusehen das man Abends irgendwo etwas zu essen bekommt, da das Hotelrestaurant bei Anreise komplett ausgebucht war und die Restaurants drumherum auch.

Seit Jahren sind wir regelmäßig im Atlantik Wilhelmshaven. Nach wie vor ein sehr schönes Hotel . Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, qualitativ jedoch in Ordnung. Lage ist sehr gut. Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich, lediglich beim Frühstück wirkten einige etwas lustlos, was jedoch durch die Herzlichkeit anderer Kolleginnen wett gemacht wurde. Wir kommen sicher wieder....

Man kann sehr viel unternehmen oder sich einfach nur in der Umgebung aufhalten.

Schickes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Toll war auch der Spa-Bereich. Der Boden um das Schwimmbecken herum ist jedoch sehr rutschig, wenn er nass wird. Wir hatten dort einen kleinen Unfall.

Die Temperatur im Pool könnte höher/wärmer sein. Ein absoluter Minuspunkt sind die Parkgebühren in Höhe von 15€/Nacht. Diese sollten bei so einem Hotel in der Übernachtungsgebühr enthalten sein. Das passt leider nicht zusammen. Zumal der Parkplatz weder überdacht noch überwacht ist.

Leider war das vegane Frühstücksangebot, das auf den Tischen selber beworben wurde, nur auf Nachfrage zu erhalten. Selbst Milchalternativen für das Müsli standen nicht am Buffet bereit und mussten einzeln bestellt werden. Die Beschilderung am Buffet war diesbezüglich auch nicht ganz deutlich.

Allerdings 1 Stern Abzug da man für das Parken am Hotel 12 Euro pro Tag zahlen muss. Das finde ich überteuert, vor allem weil man quasi gezwungen ist mit dem Auto anreisen, da Wilhelmshaven über eine katastrophalen Bahnnetzanbindungen hat

Ein schönes Hotel. Die Raumaufteilung in der Suite war mit Baby wirklich super. Das einzige Manko war das Frühstück. Es gab wenig Auswahl und der Raum ist einfach zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen, am Büfett war es unglaublich eng und gedrängt.

Von außen ein bisschen zu betonlastig, entpuppte sich das Hotel von innen als sehr schön. Saubere, sehr große Zimmer. Freundlicher Service- bis auf eine Ausnahme: der Barkeeper Herr E. War unfassbar unfreundlich wenn nicht sogar unverschämt. Jede Order wurde mit Kopfschütteln oder unfreundlichen Handgesten quittiert. Die Frage nach der Rechnung wurde nur unter lautem Aufstöhnen bearbeitet. Nachdem sich das am zweiten Tag nicht änderte haben wir den Aufenthalt verkürzt.
Da ansonsten alle auffallend freundlich und serviceorientiert waren ist es mir schleierhaft wieso ein Hotel dieser Größe solches Verhalten toleriert.
Ohne den Bartender wäre es wundervoll gewesen.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft. Man betritt das Hotel und von der Lobby schaut man schon auf das Wasser. Ein Punkt Abzug, da der Spa Bereich seeehr klein ist. Es gab nicht ausreichend Liegen, sodass wir uns lange Zeit eine Liege zu zweit teilen mussten. Zudem war der Pool sehr kalt. Das erwartet man nicht von einem Innenpool. Die Dampfsauna war leider defekt, so blieb also im Spa nur noch die finnische Sauna. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Es gab von allem etwas. Der Service war super.

Wir waren übers Wochenende zu dritt in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, alles ist extrem sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen und höflich. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Zu Fuss war man schnell am Südstrand an der Passage oder in die andere Richtung in der Fussgängerzone. Wir haben unglaublich gut gegessen außerhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstück im Hotel war exzellent (reichhaltig, lecker und extra Wünsche werden direkt erfüllt) Ich würde sofort wieder dort einchecken.
