Hotel ligt in het centrum met restaurants dichtbij. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Onbetaald parkeren is mogelijk tussen 15 en 9 uur, overdag tegen betaling. Kamers zijn netjes, maar wel wat gedateerd.

Wir haben 4 Tage dort verbracht um einfach mal raus zu kommen und etwas anderes zu sehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, eine große Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei. Außerdem ist es super das man sich rund um die Uhr kostenlos an der Kaffee/ Teebar bedienen kann. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafräumen gehabt sodass die Kinder ihren eigenen Raum hatten. Vielleicht könnte man die Zimmer etwas heller gestalten ( sehr dunkles Holz ) Es gibt ein großes Angebot was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Abends/ Nachts kann es mal etwas lauter sein, da sich das Hotel gegenüber vom Bahnhof befindet.

Ja, das Mobiliar ist etwas ins Alter gekommen, aber das wird durch alles andere in den Schatten gestellt.
Lage: 1a, direkt an der EK-Passage, dahinter die EK-Meile. Die Jade mit Aquarium, Hafen, Deich, gut zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Und wer ein Fahrrad dabei hat, was man übrigens für 10€ im Hotel auch mieten kann, hat viel zu sehn und kann viel erkundrn.
Personal: super freundlich, hilfsbereit ohne weitere Worte und ohne Ausnahme
Frühstück: da muss sich das Atlantis schon anstrengen um da mitzuhalten
Dazu kommt das man ein Hauseigenes Restaurant hat mit Super leckeren Speisen
Ach ja, und eine Kaffeemaschine, die alles zubereiten kann, steht Tag und Nacht zur freien Verfügung
Parken: Hoteleigener PP, wo man mal nicht
ausgenommen wird. 10€ pro Tag... danke. Sonst zahlt man 25€...

I had a pleasant stay at the City Valois Hotel in Wilhelmshaven. It was a pity that the window did not have a proper sun screen as the early morning sun was shining straight into it.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplatz nicht bewacht aber vorhanden, Klimaanlage war vorhanden aber nicht bedienbar (keine Fernbedienung vorhanden). Daher mit offenem Fenster schlafen und um 5 Uhr von den Möven geweckt worden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück standard, aber gut.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Stadtzentrum und unweit des Binnenhafens und ca. 30 min fußläufig zum Strand Wattenmeer. Die Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es im direkten Umfeld mehrere Möglichkeiten gibt, sich für den Tagesstart mit leckerem Frühstück zu rüsten.
Hotelparkplätze stehen mit einem Tagespreis von 7 EUR direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Der Bahnhof ist direkt gegenüber.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Möbel erinnern eher an die 80er Jahre . Das Zimmer war gut gereinigt. Leider die Dusche nicht. Die Ecken waren schwarz belegt . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Nacht urplötzlich sehr laut mit Polizeieinsatz vor dem Hotel.

Wenn ein Nachtportier den Gast nach Mitternacht derart freundlich mit den Worten begrüßt, er sei ihm noch vom letzten Besuch bekannt (über ein Jahr her), dann ist das einer der heute nur noch seltenen Momente, in denen man sich über die Wahl seines Hotels sehr freut. Danke an den Portier; er gab einem das seltene Gefühl unterwegs zuhause zu sein. Ansonsten alles bewährt gut.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Und damit hat es sich mit positiven Erfahrungen in diesem Hotel. Dass im Sept. 2021 \"aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation\" das Restaurant geschlossen hat und dass die Zimmer nur vor und nach An- bzw. Abreise gereinigt werden, zeigt offenbar, wie \"mitarbeiterfreundlich\" dieses Haus ist. Wie gründlich die Reinigung dann erfolgt, möchte ich auch bezweifeln, nachdem in der Dusche das Duschbad und am Waschbecken die Bartstoppeln der Vormieter nicht entfernt wurden.

Das Hotel war wirklich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut fand ich, dass in meinem Hotelzimmer ein Tablet mit dem \"Hotel-Internet\" installiert war. So konnte ich auf einfachstem Wege erfahren, was im Hotel und auch in der Umgebung los war und einiges über das Restaurant und das Hotel selbst erfahren. Darüber konnte ich auch auf das WWW zugreifen und zusätzlich gab es auch einen WLAN-Code. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen.

Eine Wand war mit Stiften bekritzelt. Die Fußleiste aus Teppich löste sich. Der Fernseher hatte alle fünf Minuten geflackert. Die Kaffetassen auf dem Zimmer hatten noch Flecken. Im Bad waren zwei Waschbecken, aber nur ein Seifenspender, was sehr umständlich ist. Das Rührei zum Frühstück war schwer zu genießen. Dazu wurde Kaffee in einer Kanne serviert, der fast kalt war. Besseren Ersatz gab es im Flur am Vollautomaten.
Die Beleuchtung der Leihfahrräder musste durch uns mehrfach geprüft werden, bis wir zwei funktionierende hatten. Während der Fahrt löste sich die Feststellschraube des Sattels, weshalb wir es nochmals tauschen mussten.
Bis auf die Tassen im Zimmer konnten wir uns über Sauberkeit nicht beschweren. Da wurde gut gearbeitet. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung.
Die Beleuchtung der Leihfahrräder musste durch uns mehrfach geprüft werden, bis wir zwei funktionierende hatten. Während der Fahrt löste sich die Feststellschraube des Sattels, weshalb wir es nochmals tauschen mussten.

Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, das im Winter aber vorgeheizt sein sollte. Wer erst um Mitternacht eincheckt hadert mit einem kalten Zimmer, da die Heizung nachts abgestellt wird. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber neuerdings von etwas knapp bemessen. Sehr netter Nachtportier.
