I stayed for the quick hotel shuttle. That did work flawlessly. Grateful for that. The room clean but spartan.

The restaurant is a Buffett, was below average. Opened 15 minutes late on my departure morning. Offering virtually the same as dinner. With the addition of an unmanned omelette station.

I would not recommend this hotel for a transit through Amman. They are hard to reach, don’t answer messages sent them through the App, took so long to transfer us for the 10 min drive from and to the Amman airport. There were no towels in the room, brown water spurted from the sink at one point, and I had to move from one room to another because of plumbing back fumes in the room.

Avoid at all costs. We booked as our flight came in at 12.45am. The transfer bus took an hour to show up, and when we arrived at the hotel, they wouldn't give a key to the room but kept saying the door would be open. The first room had a guest in, the second one we were told to go to, we waited outside for 30 minutes with other guests also trying to get into rooms. After visiting reception for a third time, we were given a different room after demanding a key. Once in the room, there were no towels and the room was FILTHY. Not just slightly, the switches were black from dirt, there was blood spattered behind the bed and in the sheets, the plug sockets didn't work.

On top of this, staff were knocking on doors from 5 in the morning and tried to enter our room at 8am without knocking.

Horrendous experience. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else.

The room was horrible, it was kinda clean but soo old, no towels unless asked for them and the breakfast my husband got a terrible food poisoning and for the next 13 hours flight he suffered. Such a horrible experience would never repeat it again. The only good thing was one receptionist who was so helpful and the man who took us to our room.

It is in a nice location for airport transit. The property doesn't have a non-smoking room at all.
When we arrived just past midnight there was no towels in the room, after requesting 10 minutes later a staff delivered two bath towel, no other hand towel or wash cloth.
The breakfast has a lot of choices but not really appealing. There is bottle water available amd a orangr colored drink. Don't get too excited about the breakfast.

In general this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 star. I came after 12 hours flight, room was not clean-specially bathroom and carpet. Air condition function like fan and after 6 hours they changed my room.
I complained at check out and asked for compensation in away of discount on my poor staying there.the man from reception told me he will pass it to the manager and send me reply right away when manager comes at 08:00 and didn’t hear anything from them till now.

For a hotel that has the prime location for being closest to the airport and it charges premium prices, it has got to be the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet in the room had so many stains and crumbs. The tables were dusty and the bathroom counter was a mess. Also the tissue holder was rusty and the hair dryer was stained. When I opened the tap the water that came out was brown at first but then it cleared up after a minute.

We asked about the airport shuttle and never got a response. Had to get a taxi. Checked in and told we have to pay for an extra child even though I had the room paid for. Paid for king size bed, instead got 3 single beds. Room was very dirty and not clean. Breakfast was awful- had to ask for bowls and then had to ask for spoons. No milk. Then took us 25 minutes to speak to somebody about the airport shuttle. When finally somebody spoke to me he tried to say I need to pay for a taxi. Eventually got the airport shuttle, 45 minutes after leaving our room. Only for we arrived at 3am and were exhausted, we would have left and went into Amman.

The Amman Airport hotel is your below par airport hotel. AC wasn't working, the pillows were uncomfortable and breaking buffet was poor. The free transfer doesn't operate as it is advertised, we had to book a taxi as we was arriving late and could not get any confirmation of a pick up

My room was changes 2 times. 1st room had mold smell, 2nd room the AC wasn't working, 3rd room was okay, but bathroom wasn't clean, only 1 thin sheet for the mattress that kept falling off cause it's old. They gave me 1 big towel and that was it. The hotel needs big time renovation and deep cleaning. This hotel isn't worth the $$$

The room can use some rehabilitation. I was surprised that towels were not present in the room, as I was not informed how to get them.
I am extremely appreciative of the staff support when I forgot a piece of clothes in the room after checking out and heading to the airport. They delivered the piece to me in the airport with the following shuttle trip.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. It looks nice online and it is pricey, but it was extremely dirty. My room reeked of smoke and had cigarette ash piled in various places across the carpet. When I asked for a new room and showed them the cigarette ash they did not apologize. The restaurant was also dirty and was a large windowless room. Tables covered in food scraps and the floor looked as if hadn’t been cleaned in days.

The customer service was terrible. Was left at the airport waiting for over 3 hours for the hotel shuttle. Hotel kept telling me they will come in 5 minutes but no one was coming. After a long flight I just wanted to check into my room before my next flight. Hotel never replied to any of my emails or calls when I wanted to let them know ahead of time of my date and time of arrival. Unprofessional and unorganized!! Hotel was run down and can use a lot of work. Not happy with my experience at all!!

Convenient to airport, but a dive with terrible service. Staff was surly, couldn't be bothered with helping. Only one towel in room when we arrived. Many items on the menu in the one cafe that was open they did not have. Came back late after a long day and our room had not been made up. Had to ask twice for a roll of tp to be sent up. Kids running up and down the hall at 3am. Got a call at 2am with no answer, then 20 minutes later a knock at the door advising me my uber was there that I didn’t order. Ordered a cheeseburger, got a hamburger no cheese. Gouged you on everything. $4 for a 6oz pop. Most of the staff didn’t speak English. Never had any change in the till. Had to run off to find change and then expected that giving you back less was ok. Room and bath were not clean. If you don’t have to, don’t stay here.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport for a quick stay, which is the trade off for the room cleanliness as it leaves a lot to be desired. The linens on the bed are fine, but the bathroom is never quite clean. The condition of the property is showing lack of real upkeep. The staff is helpful but clearly under-staffed and the shuttle is very convenient.

This hotel offers basic accommodation with a bed to sleep on and space for your belongings, structurally fine, but it lacks several expected basic amenities. My experience may have been an anomaly, but it was still disappointing.

Both phones in the room were non-functional, preventing me from calling the front desk. I was also given only one towel, with none for stepping onto when getting out of the shower. The water temperature fluctuated, starting lukewarm and later going hot but inconsistently, making for an awkward shower experience.

The hotel advertised restaurants, they seemed closed or non-existent. There was a coffee shop at front desk, but it lacked milk. While it says the hotel offers room service, I couldn’t see any evidence of that or use it due to broken phones. I hope you get the idea.

Check-in was slow, likely due to a flight cancellation, with long lines and several agents handling multiple guests. There was a lot of questioning at the door about who was entering and leaving, which felt overly strict. Despite an Expedia reservation, there was confusion about my booking, though they eventually found and honored it.

The airport shuttle service was prompt, arriving just 5 minutes after I told them.

Given the issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The only real plus was the airport shuttle, which was the main reason I was at this hotel, but I was disappointed by the hotel itself.

Way overpriced, dirty rooms, noisy and not particularly convenient for an airport hotel. I stayed as we arrived late at night and needed a low hassle clean hotel. It did not tick any of those boxes...and three times the price of what I thought it should be. Lots of tour groups coming through and understaffed as a result. Glad to get out of there and explore real areas and hotels that have competition and therefore need to be competitively priced, cleaned and optioned.

This hotel is truly a 3 star motel at a 5 stars hotel price! Unfortunately I am not allowed to mention the price as per Expedia rules.

Very expensive motel with dirty room. Also the receptionist told me he will wake me up at 6am without my request. I told him not to wake me up, yet he ignored my request and called my room at 6am!

Overall I don't recommend this motel especially at its extremely high prices.

The room is small and the floor is dirty. The bathroom is very small and worst part is there was only one towel althouhg there was two of us for each room. Not towels for face or hand, just one shower old towel. I asked for additionla towels so we can shower and dry our hands and faces. They brought only one towel and said there are not hand or face towels!!! Worst part, by far the towel they brought seriouly smelled so bad that I couldn't bring it near my face. When I asked for more towels the worker said: \"they are int he dryer, we will bring more when they are ready\". They didn't bring more and think they don't even clean the towels based on my experience. Never again in this place and i will do my own review and all known websites so people don't pay $160 for such terrible room and service. Also, the AC didn't work properly at all.

The hotel trades solely on its proximity to the airport. Everything is a little worn and tired. The dining in the main restaurant is school canteen like although the food was perfectly acceptable. Nice to have a swimming pool, but again it was a little grubby round the edges at the end of the day. Maybe I was expecting too much?

I reserved a room that sleeps three, Yet when my kids arrived to off which 11 and 14 they charge them $50 more for the 11 year-old to sleep in the room and I do not know why? The room did not have towels. The phone was not working. You have to go down to order the shuttle. You cannot reserve it one day or over the phone with them from the room not happy at all.

There are no mixed reviews. This hotel is awful. You are not given a choice when someone grabs your luggage to take to your room even after saying no thank you and then he stands there waiting for a tip. We had to go back to the front desk and wait in a long line to ask for towels. The dining room looks like a converted conference room. But we needed dining coupons from the front desk so we went back to a long check-in line to get the dining coupons. The buffet food is old and not appetizing. After having amazing food throughout Jordan, this was rated as zero. The only plus is that it's 5 min away from the airport so very convenient for a 3am flight. Otherwise find a nicer hotel.
