My husband booked this room for me as a respite getaway night because I have been primary caregiver for our son with severe special needs. I booked the room through Expedia and got to the hotel to check-in only to be told that they do not accept \"locals\" who book rooms. She said if I wanted a refund that I needed to take it up with Expedia. I'm already beyond stressed out prior to arrival and then told that the room I booked and paid for would not be available. I asked to speak to a manager and explain that I'm literally here to enjoy some quiet, get a full night's rest, and maybe watch a movie. The woman at the desk just looked blankly at me and said, \"The manager will just tell you the same thing.\" I started to cry...because I not only had no room but could also possibly be out $90 if I could not convince Expedia to refund a \"non-refundable\" room. Add to that the stress of calling and spending precious respite time trying to get my money back.
I think the woman took pity on me and begrudgingly allowed me to stay. Probably also because I kept pressing the issue. But what in the world?!?!? If this is common policy, I have never experienced it at any other local hotel in the area. Not every local is going to trash a room...some just need a break or a safe space to regroup and breathe.

The room was lovely everything was spotless! There were dog biscuits for my fur baby! Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and much appreciated. What stood out was that in my hurry to hit the road as soon as possible due to the snow, I realized I had left my purse in the room. I called and Cleo who assured me they would go up and bring it down to the desk. I turned around and when I went in, there it was! I couldn’t say thank you in person but I really appreciated it.

Everything was great except the shower fixtures were not tightly affixed to the wall. Breakfast, lounge and lobby area were very clean and inviting and decorated very nicely for the fall season. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was good to attend the Bloomsburg Fair. Located conveniently to Walmart, Aldi, Cracker Barrel, and other shopping/dining. Greeting at reception was welcoming. Room had a strong smell of chlorine but appeared clean. Needed to spray lysol and it was managed. Breakfast is a carb lover's heaven. (Waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal) Not great for diabetics. Fruit was (green) bananas, oranges, and apples. The only protein/lower carb item was yogurt. We'd stay again because the location was great and the price was better than some of the other options, but our expectations will be managed.

I had a wonderful stay at the Inn. My room was excellent and cozy. The staff really wonderful. My room key wouldn't open my door and the staff at the desk actaully walked up with me to open the door. (I had been having problems with the door key more than once during the visit.). But staff was just so kind and paying attention to what was going on. Great stay! Will be back.

This hotel is in a shopping mall parking lot lots of bikers and truckers. So if you like listening to loud trucks at 6 o’clock in the morning and motorcycles, this is the place to stay no elevator horrible breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel wasn’t bad. Didn’t really look like the pics but still good. Honestly we were pretty much there to shower and sleep. Beds were comfy. Bathroom and shower weren’t the cleanest but I’ve stayed at worse. House keeping was available upon request. Ice machine wasn’t working and when I asked one of the workers about it they just said oh I don’t know. Went up to the front breakfast area hoping they had ice they did not. When i told the lady at the front desk she called maintenance and then told me to use the 2nd floor ice machine. Overall the workers I talked to didn’t seem very knowledgeable of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was alright nothing special. The bed is what made the stay because seriously very comfy. The ac worked great. I also liked that my room had a fridge. A lot of food places around it and an Ollie’s right across the lot.
