Beautiful breakfast buffet and extremely friendly staff. The views from the Palm Towers were gorgeous .
My only concern is that most of the amenties are on a pay per use basis and quite expensive for the value they add (think mini golf or par 3 or beach chairs)

While the room, balcony view, and staff were gorgeous and accommodating, the overall experience fell slightly short of my expectations for a resort of this size. We visited specifically for the Christmas lighting, which was advertised as exceptional. Although the lights were certainly pretty, I was expecting a more extensive display. This may be a resort better suited for a summer visit, where the beach and pool amenities or perhaps a golf outing, would truly shine.

When we arrived the room that was designated to us smelled like mold and felt humid. They accommodated us and upgraded our room which was great. The room itself was clean overall, however there was noticeable mold on the toilet seat areas and when the air conditioner was turned on the room as smelled humid. The location was so far from the airport that uber services were not available and was only available through the hotel service. The food quality was mediocre and the restaurants on site were expensive. In addition to that, my sister experienced food poisoning after eating at the Chinese restaurant. While seated during our dining time the waiters and waitresses just stared at us and it was so uncomfortable. Adding to that, everywhere we went they stared at us and made us feel almost un-welcomed. They don’t have room service on Thursdays and they close all of their pools or activities extremely early. The language barrier is huge! Even using a translation app didn’t help.

Overall okay stay. The rooms were great and comfortable for a family of 4. The beds were comfort, the AC was great, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 of us. The view from the room was amazing!

We were disappointed with the on site restaurant options. We ended up choosing a yakiniku style restaurant for dinner our first night and fought off bugs the entire time as it’s outdoor dining. The bugs were even in the food buffet server.

The poolside bar was trash, don’t even bother spending money there. We grabbed drinks from the small convenience store on site and were told we could not drink them at the pool. So we walked to the poolside bar and couldn’t help but laugh at the drink options. $7 for a small Orion or some orange juice based cocktail served in paper cups. Garbage lol.

I don’t think we’ll be back in the future. Lol.

Not recommended if you’re not native Japanese. Extremely rigid Japanese attitude. Most services like spa is only available to golfers (I am not, so they kicked me out). Nobody speaks a word of English. The facilities and rooms are run down and not anywhere close to high quality. Just the usual unfriendly Japanese hospitality for foreigners who prefer quality and friendliness instead of consistency

best service and amenities and cleaness. most importantly the best view. you need to rent a cart to see around. this resort is huge and beautiful all around. there are golf course around the resort. I saw two swimming pools. not many people at this moment beof covid so it is best time to enjoy amazing beach view in quiet night and morning. just amazing amazing amazing.

The price we paid for the big room wasn't up to the quality we received. Transportation to/from lobby and restaurants were difficult. The Japanese restaurant was particularly expensive and barely edible. Real disappointment.

Spacious location for family holidays, golf, and other summer activities. Plenty of rooms therefore availability very good. Rooms are old fashioned and Japanese + western style bathroom not so convenient. There was no variety for breakfast menu. Transportation within the resort by bus or self-driven carts. Golf course is reasonable for medium level players.

Nice little getaway

Great place to stay and very scenic views. On the east side of the island so gorgeous sunrise. Hope restaurant was 5 stars! Free breakfast buffet was very good as well. Overall a perfect place to stay. Only complaint is I wish the gold carts were faster.

We traveled at short notice -- flights, accommodation, car were all booked 12 hours before travel. We didnt know what to expect, but the Expedia reviews helped us choose where to stay. We were happy with the choice. It was a very realxing, self-contained resort with great facilities and a variety of dining options. The rooms are large and well-designed. The golf course was very good.

My expectations of this place were pretty high considering what I was told from the people I knew who had been. But I thoroughly was impressed from beginning to end. We got upgraded rooms to Begin and it was amazing. I wanted to stay in the room the entire time. The weather during my trip wasn't all so great but the resort is gorgeous. From the secluded entrance to the lobby and the private beach the resort has. We went to dinner at le Palme d'Or and it was great. The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone stay here if they had the opportunity. You should rent a golf cart and remember to bring your bathing suits. I would say this. It's a bit expensive but it is completely

Great get away for couples to enjoy each other

From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are catered to by their gracious employees. There was a language barrier, but we are in their country. We enjoyed the food, though on the pricy side. Our stay came with breakfast which easily saves you $50 each day. Dinner for two was any where between $60-$100. We went during their starlight season. When the sun went down, the resort lit up like a Christmas tree. The only down I can see for this resort, but is the same for most resorts, is that they charge for EVERYTHING! My wife and I were there celebrating our 20th anniversary so we didn't do much. It was in January so most of the water play events were off. I would come here again with the wife, but I cannot say I would do it with children. You will spend an arm and a leg keeping them occupied.

デラックスルームに宿泊しました。旅行好きで色々な所に行っておりますが、1番と行っても良いくらい部屋の作りに満足しました。
祖母と孫の3世代で旅行に行くのですが3世代全てが求めている客室でした。
ゆっくりしたい親、祖母、しかし孫は遊びたい。バルコニーのジャグジーも目を離す事なく利用でき、ベッドに畳と文句ない程の部屋の広さ、そして敷地が広く心配しましたが、移動もカートやトロリーでリゾート気分を味わえてマイナス評価ない旅行となりました。
また沖縄旅行に行く際は同じプランで行きたいです！

広大な敷地の中でリゾートを完結できるホテルです。
小さなお子さんのいるご家庭は最適と思います。
我が家は高校生の娘と中学生の息子と夫婦の４人で滞在しましたが部屋も広くてとてものんびり過ごせました。
ビーチアクティビティも充実しています。
朝食ビュッフェも混み合うこともなく沖縄料理もあってとえも満足です。

カヌチャゴルフを利用するのに宿泊しました。部屋は広くおしゃれでした。ジャグジーもついていて、利用しました。食事もおいしかったです。ちょうど海開きしたので、家族連れのファミリーが多かったです。併設のビーチもきれいでした。施設内でバスが走っているので、カートは利用しませんでした。違うゴルフ場にも近くて行きやすい立地でした。

施設は年式を感じるが清潔。花も生花を使用して南国リゾートを感じる。
閑散期利用もあり、あまり利用客は多く無かったが客層は？？って感じ。場所は名護から20分は車でかかる。スーパー利用なら名護までいく必要あり。
しがし、リゾートならではの気分は味わえる。あと、星を見たいのあれば夜中か明け方しか難しい。
カヌチャが明る過ぎて星が見えない。

大変楽しい宿泊になった☆
なんせ敷地が広いためにトローリーバスやカートでの移動は楽しい☆ご飯もとても美味しかったし、スタッフも本当に丁寧で親切でした☆星が4/5の理由は、とりあえずなんでも高い！アミューズメントラウンジは人が誰もいなかった。
あとプールの営業時間を長くしてほしい、もしくは夏はナイトプールかプールサイドバーなど。

2度目の訪問ですが、部屋は広くてきれいです。また、施設内は南国ムード一杯で、昼間も夜もよい雰囲気です。
名護の繁華街からはかなり離れた場所にあり、周辺にも飲食店はほとんどないので、基本的には施設内で食事をすることになりますが、施設内の飲食店は限られています。
マリンアクティビティは、１つひとつがわりと高額なので、パスポートのようなものがあるとよいと思います。
今回は予約を誤って、カートのないプランになってしまったのですが、チェックイン・アウト時の送迎やトロリーバスがあるので、なければないで問題ないです。

２泊してゴルフだったのですが
ゴルフ場とホテルとの連携が全く出来てなく
チェックインの際「明日は何処かにお出かけになりますか?」と言われる始末でした
またチェックインの際の施設全体の説明がほぼなく残念でした

対応の方にすごく偏りがあると思います
ゴルフバッグ送る際も配送のデスクに行けばフロントに言ってきて下さいとなぜフロントに申し出しないと行けないのかなと思いましたが

チェックアウト時の対応は申し分なかったです（スタッフ○藤さん）

夕食で予約いれるも満席で付近に飲食店何もなく名護まで車の走らせることになりました

外国人の方が多く、説明不足なためホテルから出る際にバーコードがいるなどしらずでれないところであった。
日本人の男性スタッフで笑顔が素敵で説明も丁寧で天気の心配やカッパなどの手配も気配りもとても素敵な対応でした。
施設内は遊び場や買い物があり朝食も何箇所か選べます。
ビュッフェのところは種類も多く味も美味しくてとても幸せでした。
カートかバスでの移動になりますがカートはとても遅いので余裕を見ての移動が必要です。

敷地が非常に広いため、部屋によっては朝食会場に行くことにかなり時間がかかる。カートを借りることができるが、とにかく何でもかんでも料金が発生する（カートレンタル料、ジム使用料など）上、ホテル内の売店は市場価格の三倍近い金額設定がされており、部屋代以外にかなりの出費が発生する。
ベビーフレンドリーを標榜しているものの、バリアフリーは不十分。ホテル棟とロビーは階段を登るか、もしくはかなり遠回りを強いられる。
巡回トロリーバスもあるが、巡回頻度が少なく、時間も決まっていないため利用が難しい

まあまあです

敷地は非常に広いです。
個人的には歩くのは苦にならないのですが、一緒に行った友人のことを考え場内を移動するカートをレンタルしました。
ロビーより一番遠い棟に泊まりましたが、歩いても10分かかりません。
また、電話すると送迎の車が来てくれますし、巡回バスも１０分おきくらいで走っています。

部屋は什器、デザインともに少々古いですが、きれいに保たれています。
食事は、普通です。
ゴールデンウイークに使うと割高なのは仕方ありませんね

県民割の時期にはご注意を

客室は大変贅沢なしつらえで、広さもあって満足でした。
朝食の質も高く、料理の種類も豊富。施設内が広く、フロント棟から離れた場所に位置するレストランを利用したが、ホテルスタッフによる送迎もあってありがたかった。
ただ一点、コロナで県外からの利用減少を補うために行政による県民割が実施され、利用した日が土曜日の宿泊だったため地元の家族連れが大挙して詰めかけたこともあり、夕方のチェックイン時にフロントに長蛇の列ができていた。結局40分並んでようやくチェックインできたが、もう少し何か工夫がほしいところであった。

事前にお部屋の確定しないプランでしたが、とても広いお部屋で、ベランダにジャグジー付きの贅沢なお部屋でした。
