Awesome amenities if you’re skiing on the mountain! I will say the hot tub was a little bit small and since that’s a staple after a long day on the hill it was a bit crowded, but we still had a lovely weekend! Room was clean and staff were very nice!

It’s clean enough, also could use some updates to plumbing and carpets. Friendly staff, great location and good prices. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working and the heated pool was barely working.
However The place does the job and the entire family had a positive experience.

Wonderful place, spacious room, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Only downside was very limited dining during this time of year (September), however upon recommendation, we were sent to the \"Our Place\" local restaurant in Kimberly. What a fantastic place with excellent food and friendly staff.
I would definitely stay here again in the off-season. I might be cautious about staying during ski season, as it could get quite noisy, but if you are a skier who cares!

The room was ok. Pillows were terrible. There was a leak in the bathroom that had clearly been going on for a while because there was mold 1/4 of the way up the cabinet and a large puddle. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible. The restaurant was only open for dinner and only until 9 pm. It was closed for breakfast. The hot tub was half full, the nets barely worked and it was absolutely filthy. Literally dirty. And again only open until 9 pm. For $335 for one night I was pretty disappointed.

The hotel has seen better days! Hot tubs are broken. Pool had flies in it and was cold. Front desk staff are arrogant and snobby. One elevator that barely works….list goes on. Don’t recommend at all!!!

Looks beautiful from the outside. Love all the wood. The couch and bed needs to be replaced. The sectional is too big for the room. The TV needs to be replaced as it keep clitching in and out which was annoying. No amenities like shampoo.
The door at the restaurant was amazing and the bar tender was a sommelier so he was very helpful.
The resort could be so much better with just a few upgrades.

So disappointed to show up and the pool was closed. Main reason you pick hotels for summer vacation to have a pool. Only one of the two hot tubs had water. The hot tub that was open. The jets didn’t even work.

The pool was terrible! Was so disappointed to stay here specifically to have a pool day with the kids in the hot sun and it was so dirty, full of bugs and slimy. Not impressed to travel a far distance and not even enjoy the amenities. Please at least have somebody maintain the pool properly.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great pet friendly resort with lots of areas to walk your dog outside the resort. Location was good, just a short drive into downtown Kimberley. Loved that there were laundry facilities available as well.

The restaurant was closed. The pool closed at 9 o’clock, which was way too early since we were golfing and not finished and then when we had to go out to eat by the time we came back the hot tub in the pool were closed. The bathroom fan was too noisy and we couldn’t sleep. The refrigerator was broken and was very noisy all night long in the morning. The coffee maker was broken. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls had gauges.

We were on shoulder season, just after winter and before spring gets into full swing. Dead quiet, which was lovely, except the restaurant was not open and only made aware AFTER we checked in. The front desk check in staff, although competent, and not friendly and was off-putting. Check out morning staff markedly more friendly.

Room was clean, well appointed, and couch and bed super comfortable. Bathroom DATED!! Sink was cracked. However, clean. Very clean.

Hot tub and pool area wonderful for quiet evening.

Need better towels for entire property.

Front desk service and check in was great and easy. They only have one hot tub in service right now. The fitness facilities are quite dated and minimal. The unit was well-equipped. The dishwasher took a few times to get it working properly. Sadly, one person in our party had significant allergic reactions each night after using the shower - we suspect a reaction to possible mold in there. So, we had to leave one night early as it seemed clear it was a reaction to the bathroom. Great location. Just a dated building.

Mountain Spirit might be better

This was our second year staying here for a dance competition. Unfortunately, the experience was again tainted by one particular woman at the front desk. Her attitude toward customers is consistently unpleasant—she’s rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when answering even basic questions. It’s disappointing, especially when everything else about the stay is decent. We hope the hotel addresses this, as it really affects the overall experience.
