Beautiful hotel it was so comfortable and not too busy didnt have to queue for Sun loungers the surrounding area was nice and close to bus and train station it was a perfect destination for a relaxing family sun holiday the only negative was it was a bit far from the airport but apart from that Tosara was a beautiful location and we felt we experienced the real Spain away from the busy tourist places

The stay was fine. The air con is very noisy and I ended up turning the power off to it.
The room was advertised at 77 euro but I was charged 85euro. When I queried it I was told it was taxes. This didn't happen on my previous stay. If the price shown on site is pre-tax then I think it should be clearer.

Check in and out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room that was disappointing but not the end of the world. The public areas and bedroom were all spotlessly clean. After reading previous reviews we requested a garden view room and were very glad we did. Stayed in Tortosa as were going to the MotoGP in Aragon and was about midway between that and Reus airport.
Parking facilities were good - although spaces were a little tight. Did not sample food. Service in bar was good when they weren’t busy with catering for functions. Would certainly stay again

Fair, but wait staff is unfriendly.

Waiting staff is rude front desk people are very nice. Rooms are cool and modern nice pull out couch. Pool has a little tile slide. Everyone smokes and weekend lunch is included 25 euros a piece it was okay.

We were unable to take advantage of all the very tempting facilities such as the swimming pool as we were only passing by Tortosa on our way to a wedding. What we did see was very pleasing and we would certainly like to stay there a little longer if we ever have the reason to go to that part of Spain again.

Busy hotel in the centre of the new town.

Tortosa is a beautiful place to visit. The hotel was very busy but surprisingly quiet at night despite the numbers of family groups and dogs!

We stayed in this hotel whilst traveling to and fro the motogp 2015 race on Saturday and Sunday.
Easy to find, underground secure car park. English speaking staff who were very helpful. Extremely clean. The menu was very good and the prices were excellent. Spacious room and un be known to us a kitchenette available at a small supplement of per day if staying for a minimum of 3 days. My wife was pleasantly surprised and impressed by my choice of hotel.

Great value for money

Great value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk). One employee allowed me to print and send a fax overseas. We stayed here for about 5 weeks in a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 flat screen TVs. The room had a great view of pool and mountains. We had some issues when using the electric stove as the fuses would blow. The pool is fairly big but leaves need to be removed more frequently. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby although the center of Tortosa is over the bridge. Overall I do recommend this hotel for value and great staff. Would stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel twice in route to final destinations.location very convenient for us. A little dated, but overall very comfortable.Discrepancies with room description, king size bed in standard room is not king size ! Apartment was superb for only a few pounds more.Will definitely stay in this hotel again if travelling in this area.

This is the 3rd time have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting friends. The rooms are modern and air conditioned. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool. There is a restaurant but we did not eat in the hotel.

Base camp for the mountains

Good location at the border of two sleepy towns, easy to find and free parking. Just minutes from the Els Ports National Park information centre, and right on the road to several hiking trails. The pool was being renovated (we stayed in March), but you could see that the back garden would be a nice spot for kids in summer. Big triple room, good view of the mountains. The fixed menu was a great deal for dinner with good food.

Good hotel if you don't mind a walk.

A good hotel in an average area about 15 minutes walk from the centre. We were upgraded to a suite without charge which was appreciated. There is free parking at the rear of the hotel in a decent area.
It is a pleasant walk to town where we crossed one bridge on the way in and another on the way back enjoying the mighty Ebro in all its glory.

Si queréis tener una agradable estancia NO OS ALOJÉIS EN ESTE HOTEL, os lo encontraréis con restos de heces en el baño, el wifi no funciona, el personal es muy antipático y mal educado y hay más ruido que una discoteca de Ibiza, un auténtico desastre. Dirección nefasta.

Así ha de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Perfecto.

Todo a la perfección. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Para estancias largas quizas necesitaria un lavavajillas, que si lo habia no supimos encontrar, aunque no nos hizo falta. Las camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá cama. El baño bien equipado. Esperamos volver a este u a otro de la misma cadena para repetir la experiencia.

Hotel amb bon servei, el noi que ens va atendre a la tarda va ser molt amable.
Habitacio molt espaiosa i llit molt bé, còmode.
Per contra, el Wifi funcionava defectuós i ens resultar difícil agafar cobertura de Internet, fins i tot en dades mòbils.
Esperàvem més varietat i qualitat del bufet d'esmorzar, tot i que estava correcte.

La estancia fue corta, de una noche, pero estupenda. Superó nuestras expectativas muy positivamente. Además, íbamos con un perro y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento, con comedero, bebedero y cama para él. La habitación (o más bien apartamento) estuvo genial, limpio, amplio y con toda la equipación.

Apartamento cómodo pero caluroso y ruido tráfico

El apartamento es espacioso, moderno, bonito y tanto la cama como el sofá cama muy cómodos. Estaba todo muy limpio. Pasamos dos noches con los niños. La pega era que en la ha itación hacía mucha calor y había que abrir las ventanas de noche, siendo Marzo. En verano debe ser un horno y estar todo el día con aire acondicionado no me parece bien. La otra pega es el ruido del exterior, ya que daba a una rotonda muy muy transitada.

En general muy bien. Muy buena atención personal. Bien el estado del hotel y las instalaciones. Pero extra por la mascota, extra por el parking (siendo una habitación para minusválido que debería incluir el aparcamiento). Mi perro durmió debajo de la cama y al mirar debajo había demasiadas pelusas. En cuanto a la cama, se especificaba cama grande pero eran dos camas individuales unidas.

This was a one night stop for us on our way to Denis for the ferry to Majorca Island. Was great, comfortable, spacious room with view of the pool area & trees (we asked for a quiet area). We took the buffet breakfast as well, good choices. Recommended!

Déçu par deux choses.
Un, le parking n'était pas stipulé comme payant lors de la réservation, nous avons dû payer 9,00€ par jour pour celui-ci. Si vous avez un gros véhicule, fuyez car les places sont vraiment trop étroites, il est difficile de s'y stationner, ou alors vous avez du mal à entrer ou sortir de la voiture.
Deux, le matelas était vraiment trop ferme, résultat, mal de dos pendant tout le séjour et dès que l'un ou l'autre se tournait, l'autre était dérangé pendant son sommeil, présence de moutons sous le lit, non enlevés pendant la durée du séjour.
Sinon, l'accueil a été chaleureux, piscine propre et bien entretenue et bon petit déjeuné.

Bel hôtel propre, réceptionniste agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Par contre, bruyant le soir à l extérieur. Pas grand chose à faire dans les alentours. Paysages magnifiques.
Un super restaurant en face de l hôtel \"Rotisseriat\" les filles sont superbes, très bel accueil. Elles vous préparent les plats comme à la maison. Elles que formidables.
