The staff was great do not offer continental breakfast and now you have to pay five dollars for parking. The bathroom in our room had rust on the air vent and the shelves in the bathtub needed to be recalled. They look like they were about to fall off you like staying there just need a few little things to be fixed.

I booked a Jr Suite. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed the accessible room and I told them not really just needed the king size bed. They put me in a smaller room at the SAME RATE as the Jr Suite. I told them if I had know that I would have kept my booking as is. The beds were hard. I normally do not stay at Hiltons because they are pricey so this was a huge let down. I feel like I could have rented at Motel 6 for half the price for what we got. The saving grace was San Juana. I told her what had happened and she was able to move us to a Jr Suite and offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast. She wasn't rude, very professional and kind. SAN JUANA you deserve a raise!

We like nice hotels and wanted to splurge a little while on a small road trip and opted for the Presidential King Suite with a separate bedroom, but with enough room in the living room for the kids. We had been traveling a few days, but were only a few hours from home, and intended to sleep in late and rest up. There was a little glitter on the couch and ottomans, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The issue arose in the early morning hours (7:30-8:00) with tremendous banging and oscillating multitool sawing from directly beneath our bedroom. It turns out the entire 3rd floor is currently under extensive renovations (the Presidential Suite is in the 4th). To make matters worse, the workers accidentally set off the fire alarm at around 8:00am. Needless to say, sleeping in was out of the question. I understand that renovations are sometimes needed, and the noise can’t be helped. The staff was gracious and kind. My only complaint, is that nowhere in the hotel booking information, was a disclaimer about current projects, and warning of potential interruptions. Neither was the price adjusted accordingly. So essentially, We paid well over $200 for 3 or 4 LESS hours of sleep than we intended (and NEEDED!) Again, the local staff was attentive and kind, but on checkout we were also informed that no reduction in rate would be possible since we booked and paid through a 3rd party (Expedia). All in all a very disappointing morning.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was moldy, dead cricket on the floor, heater for the pool wasn’t working, so we were not able to use the pool, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, and we were not able to use it. My bed frame was broken, so I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The bathroom door did not close, the second room was also moldy. Hotels.com was not able to get a full refund for me, because they said the hotel denied my request. I sent Hotels.com videos and pictures of the room, and even after that they were not able to secure a refund for me, seriously, super disappointed and will not be using Hotels.com anymore and I’ve been a long time customer, after this experience, I no longer have confidence in Hotels.com.

The first night the air conditioning system would not work at all. I reported it that night and again the next morning. There were humidifiers all down the hallway and the wallpaper was peeling off, so they knew they were having issues. On the 2nd day I come back to the hotel and ask if repairs were made, they said no it was more than their repair man could handle and didn’t bother cleaning the room that day.

I spoke to a very nice manager and he said they would refund one night of the stay and move my room. They moved me to the far other end of the floor, I got settled in and sure enough the air conditioning would work. Both nights the unit was set at 65, never got below 74.
I was very upset when I went to leave and asked at check out for an updated receipt since the manager said he would refund one night. The clerk said she couldn’t do that since booked thru a 3rd party.

Even though the hotel looks decent, it has many issues in the rooms. I had stayed here 2 weeks prior as well, on a different floor and the toilet had issues flushing, the sink backed up and when we went to call the front desk the phones did not work.

For the reviews and the price I expected better. Thick dust in the room (bathroom door jam), bathroom moisture damage, scuff marks everywhere, terrible mattress, room door slams shut, peanuts from previous guest in room on floor upon check in, pool use wasn’t convenient, broken tile all over. Just was not impressed, even with light construction… it’s wasn’t well maintained.

Pricing is fair, including the pet fee. The staff are all nice and very responsive to requests.

Hotel is associated in a good, safe area. Walking distances to restaurants and a park with a walking path. Close by H-E-B and shopping.

Elevators were out of order so had to walk through the employee area to the service Elevator. The employee area smelled of sewer water. The jacuzzi was also out of order. The walpaper in the hallway was peeling off in several places and in some of those places it was scotch taped up. Some of our bedroom lights did not work, our bathroom shower had no pressure what so ever. There were people who pulled up at midnight in the back ready to rob cars until my husband flashed a spotlot and we honked very loudly. They took off very quickly. The breakfast is not worth $16, it is the same breakfast you get at most hotels for free with your stay. The list keeps going, but i feel this is enough to make my point. I am not usually one to vomplain, but this was not at all worth the amount charged to stay. We will never stay here again or recommend it to any of our friends or family. I have stayed at many Hilton's and been to many business conferences at Hilton, this was the only Hilton I have ever had a complaint about.

Stayed here years ago and it was nice, not so much anymore. Shampoo bottles had fallen off the walls and holes just left in the tile, shampoo bottles were propped up in the soap dishes. Mold in the caulking in the shower. Wall and floors are dirty, Tile floor had dry spills that were never cleaned so feet stuck to the floor. Dead roach laid in front of the elevator the entire time we were there. Didnt realize we didnt have ANY towels until someone got in the shower. We literally had a bathmat and 2 wash clothes. Had to go find housekeeping myself. I don't know what has happened to this place, but we will find somewhere else next time. Sad

My wife and I stayed two nights for a wedding. Check in was fine, and the room was fine. The staff was very quick to accommodate our needs. On the other hand, there were a lot of broken things. The hot tub, our floors ice machine, one of the elevators. There was only one full luggage cart, and another guest had complained about having to make multiple trips from their car because it was already in use. They have a bar and grill in the hotel lobby, we didn’t use because it wasn’t worth it, and I guess that’s why they don’t offer complimentary breakfast which was a big let down for me. I wouldn’t stay again, but I didn’t care enough to leave after we were there.

Disliked: bathrooms towels were dingy, no fan in bathroom, no clock, elevator was out 1 day, not enough towels in bathroom to start with, and were dingy and worn. Beds were uncomfortable. Not Perferct, WORTH IT.

This is one of my top 3 favorite locations, Trenton, NJ on 195 will ALWAYS be NUMBER 1... the reason I scored with comfort level 3 is because the room I was in had broken cables on the black out shades so I couldn't get the quality sleep I was hoping for, I was also disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission. I am excited about the coming changes for this property as it is under outside renovations, the interior was top notch, high traffic areas should be swept/vacuumed more often. One elevator was not in use, but didn't seem to slow the flow of traffic. Every staff member was polite and efficient. I was there with my disabled mother and my children and everyone was attentive and kind. My daughter enjoyed every moment, as she is 3 years old, and very outgoing in nature. We do thank you all for the stay and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy the upgrades and amenities.

The front office had construction work. There was not clear direction exactly where to enter. Doors that would normally be locked were left open.
I did not feel secure/ safe. The condition of the room was poor. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. The air condition did not work well, thus leading to very poor sleep.

It was pouring rain so their covered car port was as under construction so we were constantly having to make trips in the rain to bring luggage in and out of the hotel. This was the worst part of out stay by far because of the rain. It was frustrating that the hotel had a second port on the other side but it wasn’t available for guests.

The room itself was not in good shape. There were light bulbs missing, the ceiling fan light was literally hanging by the wire, the wood paneling to the night stand was ripped off and there were exposed wires. Terribly done paint touch ups throughout the room. The bathroom shower dipped water, it also spewed water out of the side when turned on. There also like is not a cold setting at all and it was only giving us scorching hot water.

This stay felt like a motel 6, like legit I’m frustrated I spent $150 and got motel 6 quality.

Wonderful staff, but hotel needs TLC. Show ran (not dripped) no -stop. Fixtures hanging off the wall (ex. Shampoo dispenser in shower). Exposed, unfinished woodwork and electrical under bedside counter. Sheetrock issues in bathroom. Cabinet doors hanging and won’t close all the way. I’ve said enough. I expect more from the Hilton.

Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast.
Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel and, as always, we were impressed. Customer service is always amazing, hotel to include the room was very clean and the location is central and close to everything in Temple. Our stay was over 4th of July weekend and we were only 12 minutes away from the location of city drone and firework show. We will be staying here every time we visit Temple.

Property was under renovation with both main entrance and rear entrance closed . It was difficult to find appropriate entrance due to very poor, limited and small signage . The pool and spa were closed due to maintenance during our entire stay. We were not informed prior to check-in or at check-in about the entrance closures or the pool and spa being closed, resulting in a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend staying at this establishment !!!
