This is a hidden gem in Bogota. Absolutely amazing staying in a spotless hotel. I am staying again in a few days because it is not ultra expensive, food is yummy, staff is beyond expectations, room is clean and comfortable. I could keep appraising amazingly this hotel but certainly there arent too many caracters in this box. Thanks!

I was so happy to come and try this hotel! The room was amazing and the employees were so friendly. I wasn’t crazy about the food in the restaurant, but the breakfast was great for being included. We had many fun nights at the tapas bar with the bartender. He even found me a speaker so I could play music from my phone. It was very close to the heart of Zonia T and we never had an issue getting an uber from this location. I felt very safe here and I will absolutely be coming back in the future! Thank you for making my trip to Colombia so great!!

Do not stay here, you might get robbed. There are similar cases on Google reviews, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident.

During a stay in August 2025, my family members were the victims of a theft inside their locked hotel room. The door was secured with the hotel’s keycard system, yet a substantial sum of money was missing when they returned. The police were contacted immediately and an official report was filed.

The worst part was how the hotel handled it. The head of security refused to help, avoided questions, and only spoke when police were present. There was zero empathy or willingness to assist, and even basic information such as management contacts or hotel protocols was denied. Despite repeated attempts to reach the general manager directly at the hotel and via email, there has been no personal response. Instead, only generic emails repeating the same lines were received, asking for documents that had already been provided. To this day, after submitting the police report, we have not received any communication and there does not appear to be any progress.

This is supposed to be a five-star property, but the lack of security, transparency, and professionalism is alarming. The issue here is not the money, but the safety of guests. If this is how they treat victims of theft inside their own rooms, how can anyone feel safe staying here?

We had a nice time. The hotel is in a very nice area and very close to restaurants, shopping malls, transportation and other entertaining places. The hotel overall is in nice condition but some renovations needed.
We definitely will consider it for our next trip

The hotel seemed fine at first, but all the noise from the lobby to our room on the fifth floor was easily heard. Without informing us, they hosted a party in their entertainment room on Saturday, with loud music and talking until 2–2:30 a.m. Obviously, they are not equipped to host such events if the noise disrupts guests who are trying to sleep.

When I brought this to their attention, they only said, “We’ll bring your concerns forward”—no compensation, nothing. I didn’t pay to stay in a place where I can’t sleep and am constantly disturbed by loud noises.

The room was also not very clean. It had carpet flooring, stains in the bathtub, and a plastic trash can in the bathroom that was heavily worn and looked dirty. My allergies acted up, so I know it wasn’t properly cleaned—not just based on appearance but also from experience.

I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at the 101 Park Hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful assistance. The hotel's location is a definite plus, situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Having a supermarket and a variety of restaurants just nearby made it easy to pick up essentials and find dining options. While the breakfast could be improved, the overall experience at 101 Park Hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and would happily stay there again on a future trip.

This hotel was super clean and the staff was super friendly. Their transportation services consisted of them having taxi’s readily available for use and it really came in handy and helped ease any concerns about being overcharged. Room service was 24/7 and the menu options were great. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful area.

Check in and staff was atentive and up to standard for a property like this , although it don't compensate for some of the things in the room , like short in towels & the fire pit inside the room didnt had any wood.
Service is there but cant be used .
I was cheking in and out for 1 day . Overall a good experience but details are KEY when doing luxury rentals.
Only a recommendation, most likely will return .

Park 101 House is a terrific hotel in a quiet Bogata neighborhood. The staff is terrific. Very helpful. Breakfast is substantial. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchens are a nice amenity. Highly recommend. Ask for a room overlooking the park, if possible.

This is a terrific notel. It is in a residential area with apartments and a park nearby. The rooms are very bigand comfortable. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is wonderful. Very good choices for the breakfast buffet. I have stayed here twice and will stay again next time I visit Bogota. Excellent and highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great part of town, quiet and safe. The room was spacious and comfortable. I got the top room so an upgrade was not possible.

The staff has limited English but were very helpful. They are really helpful!

Breakfast was good with a lot of fruit and healthy options.

If I return to Bogata I will stay here again.

Great extended stay hotel

We stayed here for over a week with two toddlers. The room was spacious and perfect for the little ones to play. The kitchen and kitchen table were great for cooking and family dinners in the room. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Located in a residential area which seemed safe and a great little playground right next to the hotel was great for the kids. Walking distance to a grocery store.

The staff is cordial, respectful and promptly.
The lobby is accommodating and inviting, the restaurant and bar is organized, clean and the menu have soooo many amazing and tasty options.
Did I mention the food is delicious ?!?
The architecture of the hotel is great but the rooms, really outdated and bed mattresses terrible old and uncomfortable... The physical space of our suit , was great but the old carpet (got my allergies going) and dated furniture made it not so comfortable. The highlight of our stay was def the kindness of staff and restaurant food.

The hotel is outstanding. Initially thought it was a bit out of the way but that is not the case. It is in an extremely safe, relatively affluent area of the city, a bit of a walk to Parque 93 and Zona Rosa but still doable. Having been to all the “big” cities in Colombia, 101 Park House had the best breakfasts, most comfortable beds, exquisite linens. The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely attentive.

The service at this facility was 5 star. The staff was friendly and more than willing to serve the needs of it's guests. The facility itself is more like 3.5 star but I would return. The furniture is not the most modern but it is not bad. Again, I would return but if you are looking for a 5 star Hilton, this is not it. The area of the city was not too bad either.

The stafff was very friendly, the suite was huge and had a fireplace, stereo system, full kitchen, balcony, and two showers, which sounds weird until we decided to shower at the same time (but seperately). In case of emergency, the suite is also stocked with anything you might need, albeit at a high cost. The free breakfast was incredible, I’d give five stars on that alone! Location was near the restaurant/bar zone and the neighborhood was upscale. Dog-friendly, the fee is high for the one night, but it’s $50,000 for the stay so after two nights it’s less expensive than any where else.

Good quality hotel for the price. Location isn’t a hotspot for tourists but suited me for the one night I was there. The staff spoke English. Breakfast is good and the restaurant served up some decent grub.

I advise against taking advantage of the fire place. The room got quite smokey!

Awesome Hotel! I would stay again. Not near center of Bogota. But, that is ok. The hotel makes up for that. Always your personal taxi there to take you where ever you want to go and pick you up for a reasonable price. Better than dealing with unscrupulous taxis.
Super service at the hotel. Cleaniness, good food and a great bed!

This hotel has Chauffeured services They do not tell you what this is. The Chauffeur would come hours in advance and drive hours to hike up the rates. When I figured out this, I was furious and asked the hotel to call taxis. They initially refused but I was so angry they complied. Instead of paying $80, the cab cost $3.00.
I asked them to book a 1/2 day city tour of Bogota. They told me it would cost $150.00 for four hours. I said no. They were unable to assist with other places of interest in Bogota.
I asked the hotel to arrange a trip. A hotel Vice President booked the trip to Cartanaga and
it was great.

The last bill I was charged for coffee and other food in the room not marked. I paid the bill but told them their guests were being cheated and I was going to the American Embassy.
A supervisor and manager came to my room .
I expressed my concerns. The coffee and candy
Prices were marked on the back page of their brochure.I told them everyone provides free coffee. They told me in Columbia this was not true. They said they had a Consierge who was ill who would have been able to assist all guests with information on tours and places of interest.
I did go to a few places in Bogota at their recommendation. The remaining days in Bogota, I went to movies.
The hotel gave me wine and took off all fees such as food in the room and coffee. They supplied a driver who took me to airport.
My vacation was ruined and they knew it.

I have been to this hotel several times including the last week in July 2017. The staff is always incredible, they will work to accommodate anything you need. From the Bartender, drivers, porter, front desk and the cleaning team they are all just great! Place is nice and very clean although my bathroom is looking like it may an update soon. The hotel is well located near restaurants and many large businesses. Always felt safe walking around the area. They don't have a gym but provide passes to a good Bodytech very close to the hotel.

- From the moment I stepped inside the door, they offered a free glass of great wine, which they kept refilling
- Beautiful 2 bedroom. 2 bath apartment style room with fresh daily flowers, full kitchen, etc
- In a day or 2 everyone seems to know your name.
- Car service at my disposal 24/7 - They even picked up my friend daily who stayed at an apartment across town. And to buy Cuban cigars on our way to the airport
- laundry service fast and good
- Everyone speaks English
- Great free morning buffet

Four day stay for Business. Good locations for my needs. Comfortable Business suite with full kitchen and sitting room.
Good onsite Restaurant and Bar. Bar has live music most nights, can be a little loud if you just want a quiet drink. Used Hotel Taxi which was added to my bill. Very convenient and ensured I was given reasonable rates.
