No fue el hotel que me hospedé al final de todo pues resulta que este hotel lo tuvieron que cerrar y me movieron al hotel 5Q Quinta Camacho y no fue por lo que pagué, no tenía ascensor y teníamos que bajar las maletas muy pesadas, limpiaban las habitaciones siempre y no quedaban limpiada, el desayuno pésimo

Great Value Stay in a Safe Neighborhood!

We arrived late at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the reception staff, who efficiently checked us in.

The room, though small, was tidy and clean, albeit a tad noisy due to street sounds with the windows open—perfect for those who don't mind some city buzz.

While lacking air conditioning, the room had a small fridge, and the bathroom, though compact, was clean with hot water and complimentary toiletries.

The comfortable bed with four pillows ensured a restful sleep, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive.

Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a sufficient spread, with particularly delicious coffee.

Located in a safe neighborhood, this hotel offers excellent value for a comfortable stay.

Lo único negativo el baño que se mojaba y informe a la señorita de recepción del turno pero parece que eso ya estaba así. El desayuno debería ser un poco variado.

This property outside of a few staff members couldn’t care less about its guests. The WiFi is dialup speed, the walls are thin enough to hear someone yawn among every other sound and the management is simply rude. I’ve had power outages last 8 hours without an explanation or apology, I’ve been Locked out of the property by a sleeping receptionist and yet the final straw was being charged an extra person fee for a 6 year old son that amounted to nearly half the room cost. After patronising this business for years, I’m moving on. There are much better options in the neighbourhood. Even on the same street.

I’ve stayed here many times, and was shocked they demanded a 25$ extra person fee for a 6 year old child. I’ve stayed here a dozen times through countless underwhelming receptionists, but I was informed nothing can be done. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

Basic No-Frills Hotel

Bare bones hotel. No full length mirror, poor lighting, toilet was a bit smelly. Thin walls and doors. Sheets were clean, and towels were actually good (which is rare in Colombia). The staff is AMAZING. Cafe was great. We came in and out at all hours with no issue but security was good.

We couldn’t check in because the receptionist,
Did not allow my 82 year mother to check in. She didn’t have a Colombian ID as she is an American. She an American ID he didn’t accept. This was around 9 pm at night. No other hotel did that in Bogotá. As the payer, I was the only one asked for an American passport. In addition, he charged $49,000 to my credit card. I had to star a fraud investigation out the credit card company. We had to look for a hotel at 9 pm with an 82 year old in Bogota, not one of the safest cities. He should be fired!

The hotel has excellent staff and service, which aimed to respond immediately to any needs that arose. The room was clean and very spacious, but in need of refreshment in terms of the furnishings and layout. My first room had a key entry system that did not work and the next room had a television without the box necessary to make it work. The bed was a little hard, it seemed that the matress was old and a bit worn. The staff responded very well to all requests, but more work on ensuring that the rooms are ready for guests.

Property issues: 1) very poor lighting in bedroom and terrible lighting in bathroom, 2) no coffee in rooms, 3) vessel sinks in bathrooms need replaced, 4) replace worn laminate flooring with carpet so the room is quieter, 5) new larger TVs needed, and 6) it is well past time for new beds.

The lighting was so poor that I could not read in my room at night. The high intensity lights need to be replaced with LEDs. New lighting should be added near the bed.

If they made these changes, they could double their room rates and improve occupancy.

The hotel did not honor the rate hotels.com had confirmed. They charged me almost 50% higher. It was late and I had flown long hours and didn´t feel like arguing with the front desk guy. I said I would straighten out the issue with hotels.com. He seemed not to worry about customer comments on the website.

Really enjoyed our stay here. First, Staff are very nice. Frankly, I have nothing negative to say. Location is great. Walking distance or very short taxi to Parque 93 area. Neighborhood is nice. Had the two bedroom. Two private rooms with a nice living room and couch. Spacious and clean, two bathrooms with very strong water pressure, and very hot water. Only improvement in our room, toilets didn't flush so good, and refrigerator didn't cool so well. Breakfast in the morning was nice, with juices and coffee, and rice and cold cuts and fruit, cereal. Really good value here all and all. I would stay here and recommend to family or friends. Wi-fi worked very well.

They gave away the 2 bedroom I paid for in advance and forced me to get 2 1 bedrooms and Pay did the second. BOTH of the units were next to a construction site that starts at 830am so No one could sleep. Will never rent here again.

I was in Bogota visiting a friend and seeing the sites. My stay was for five nights. The most important thing I can say about Viaggio is that the staff are amazing. My Spanish is horrible, and they made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. From check-in to ordering snacks or calling a cab, everyone was very helpful and wonderful.

The only downside of my stay was the noise level in the rooms. Most nights there was a significant amount of noise that could be heard in my room. There was definitely now way to sleep in, as you could definitely hear the noise from neighbors and from the lobby.

Overall, a great location, especially if you're a sound sleeper.

NOT MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME, THAT'S WHY I LOVE IT

One of the things I truly appreciate in a hotel is the capability of it making me feel comfortably away from my house while enjoying a little quiet after a long day working. I also search for a different feeling when traveling because if I needed a home away from home, I'd simply rent an apartment in Bogota or buy something if that was the case. This is what Viaggio provides. It's a small group of no-nonsense hotels all over Bogota where you can find what suits you best depending on the occasion. Their customer service is top-notch and everyone in their different buildings are always attentive to your every need. Viaggio 93 is for me, a great place to be.

The hotel is very clean, in a very nice area in Bogota, about 40 minutes from the airport. Plenty restaurants and stores in the area, we felt pretty safe walking arround during the day and night time, in general the hotel was a good option, the breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit, breads, eggs and cold cuts. We recommend the hotel.

It was very pleasant. Personnel was very helpfull. Great taxi service for trips outside the city, very reliable. Location is good, easy to walk to stores, banks and the park by93. Right now there is a lot of construction around the hotel, it is noisy in the early mornings, but will be over in a near future.

The hotel is , ok not great .the location is good , bit there is construction in the whole block., making it difficult to get to .
The construction should be reflected on the price in the mean time . Breakfast is not bad , but limited choices . Very basic.
You have to beg for towels , not washcloths and only one big and one small on the room even we were two guest.
I have stayed in similar price hotels in the same area much better

The hotel was pretty nice and had a cool concept - each floor dedicated to a Colombian author. In general, the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great, and the location was pretty good for good food and the night clubs. The only real downside was that the lighting in the room was pretty bad, but I didn't find this to be a big issue.

Great location near Parque 93. Cool artsy theme to the place. Room bigger than expected. They gave us breakfast buffet and got us checked in early our first day at arrival (10am). The breakfast is good, European style meat and cheese options, Colombian hot dishes, fruit. pastries and lots of juices. The desk got us a driver to head up to the salt cathedral and Andres Carne de Res for a fair price and arranged our airport taxi for us as well. The bar service at the front desk was also appreciated.

This hotel is amazing. Hotel like this in the US would be $120-200 per night but here you can stay for under $80. Staff is the most helpful hotel staff I've ever dealt with. Most desk personnel speak pretty decent English. Between my broken Spanish and their English I had no problems communicating. They were willing to help in anyway they could. If I ever return to Bogota I guarantee that I will stay here again.

El servicio del personal y la gran ubicación son los mejores aspectos. Ya es un establecimiento viejo que requiere mejoras en sus instalaciones. Tuvimos un apartamento de dos alcobas con cocina pero sin ninguna dotación: no hay vasos, copas, ni cubiertos. El desayuno muy básico.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cercano al parque de la 93, , el centro comercial Andino y puntos estrategicos de la zona de la ciudad. El desayuno estuvo muy bien es tipo buffet, las instalaciones de la habitacion estuvieron adecuadas, muy amplias, closet amplio,mesa de estudio. Aunque deberian hacer revision de detalles y deterioros de la habitación. Lo unico que no nos gusto de ha mucho es que el hotel combina habitaciones de estadias cortas con espacios de personas que viven en el edificio y la verdad se escucha mucho de los demas edificios, un poco de ruido, entonces para personas que no les guste el ruido no es una opcion muy favorable, pero en general todo muy bien

Relación Costo/calidad muy buena. Siempre está limpio. El buffet de desayuno es modesto, pero si pides que te preparen algo en particular, lo hacen sin problema. La zona es segura y muy linda, hay muchos parques, restaurantes, cafeterias y centros comerciales accesibles a pie. Si quieres comer cosas muy locales, en los alrededores encuentras puestos callejeros y locales de comida muy ricos y de bajo costo.

Tienen cocinera en la habitación sin nada de losa ni ollas ni sartenes ni platos ni cubiertos. Solo dos vasos sucios.
Olor feo en recepción.
Paredes sucias. Duchas con moho.
Ninguna decoración.
Desayuno mediocre.
Si llegan a tener ganancias mi consejo sería invertirlas en remodelaciones.
