Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay at Click Clack Hotel. While the design looks trendy at first glance, the reality didn’t match the expectations.
The room was much smaller than it appeared in photos, and not very practical. There was also a strange smell that didn’t go away during our stay. The noise level was another issue—you can hear people outside and even from other rooms, which made it hard to relax.
Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, but overall the experience felt unorganized and not very attentive. For the price, I definitely expected better.
The location is decent, but that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

On the whole, the hotel was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. We were in bedroom 315 and the noise from the courtyard was quite loud in the evenings and first thing in the morning when the staff for setting up for breakfast which starts from 6 am. Ear plugs solve this problem however, if you wanted some rest in the afternoon in your room be prepared for noise.

I think this was not for us the breakfast was great and varied but the hotel tries hard to be trendy when for us it would be great to have a good nice sleep and be able to hang your clothes . We got awaken twice during the night when the TV came on for no reason apparently due to a fault in the area but the same thing happened when we stayed 5 days prior . The hotel is very dark and as I said you get lavender oil and sleeping pills but no room to store your cases or hang your clothes . The food in the Vietnamese restaurant is average . Go to the pool for lunch if you want to eat well . We asked if we could keep one of the room we had booked until our late departure 4 pm but despite the inconvenience we had during the night they said no which is fine .we told them we would go to the pool and the replied that was no problem . Unfortunately when we got there it was the cleaning day. Anyway our daughter liked the place so could be more suited to a younger crowd

My biggest issue was they wouldn’t let my friend into the rooftop bar/restaurant so that we can eat dinner. We had reservation and everything!! the girl that was working the door was very rude and unprofessional. She held us up for a while almost missed our reservation because despite telling her FOUR times, we’re just going to the rooftop restaurant. She insisted that I pay extra and register my friend as an extra guest in my room. Crazy!! Eventually after all the hassle the front desk receptionist let us up to the rooftop but very unnecessarily frustrated experienced. Ruined the dinner

This is an interesting hotel in a very walkable area. No parking is offered. Need to buy parking from others. My buffet breakfast was inclduded and very nice. Also they would pack it to go. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. No tv unless you have netflix login yourself. Nice soaking tub in room. Shower does not have handheld just rain shower. All staff seemed very nice and helped me not speak Spanish.

Amazing hotel in a perfect central location. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Medellín. 😊

verything was good except for the fact that there was a dry law in Colombia due to the legislative elections, from Saturday at 6:00 p.m. until Monday at 6:00 a.m. We were never notified about this regulation prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages during that period. It seems unreasonable that this restriction would also apply to hotels and tourist areas.

All style and little substance.

Pros: Great location and great breakfast.
Cons: Our room didn't have working air conditioning and we were told several times that the issue was fixed but it wasn't. We noticed rooms near ours that were being cleaned had portable ACs in them, so we asked for one. We had to fight tooth and nail to get one on our last night. I'm sure they didn't have many to offer but we were desperate. We got one on our last night which was a huge relief, but still very frustrating considering how hard we tried to get one. A lot of false promises were made that the air con issue was fixed when it wasn't. Rooms are also very tiny and cramped.

The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. Shout out to Jason who assisted me with check-in and checkout and baggage claim.

The breakfast is outstanding. They have a small buffet as well as about a dozen items that you could order from a menu. Sofia was kind and helped me with my Spanish.

The room is small, but has all that you need, it is in a busy neighborhood with lots of nightlife so you need some earplugs to sleep here.

The neighborhood is chock full of great restaurants.

Great hotel! It’s fun, unique, has really cool and funny little Easter eggs all over the hotel. Location is ideal in El Poblado and close to Provence. Very walkable and close proximity to many points of interest. Breakfast was amazing! Pool is under renovation, so didn’t get a chance to see it, the rooftop is great with beautiful views, gym is on the smaller side but you wouldn’t expect a bigger one in a hotel like this and has most equipment that one may need while traveling. Had dinner at Egeo - great food and good service. A few things missing: no slippers, no bathrobes, had to ask for a few items which the staff swiftly provided.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect, close to everything, yet still feels like a stylish escape. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

Upon check in the staff did not go through the different amenities the hotel has to offer or describe the different restaurants and things to do at the hotel. We were hoping for more authentic Colombian dining experience for breakfast and from the restaurants. The shower is really odd as you have to climb over small wall to get in through a window type thing.

Communication through WhatsApp is convenient, the drinks at the bars are phenomenal, the gym was small but utilized the space well.

We loved our experience at the Click Clack! The breakfast was spectacular! Very fresh healthy options along with a wide selection. The rooms are not large but efficient and very clean. If music bothers you I recommend staying on a lower floor or in the opposite building as the rooftop club. It didn’t bother me however it did someone I was traveling with. The staff quickly helped remedy their room situation.

Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice.

I dont know how to say it other than from start to finish and all the bumps in between.

I stayed over 90 nights and 15 hotels in colombia this is by far the worst service.

They even refused to allow my team to join my partner for breakfast.

You better hope its not crowded for check in because they only have 2 tablets at about 15 min per check in and expect a lame insurance charge that they sell you on but its really optional.

Zarzo across the street 100x better.

Everything is phenomenal with this hotel. The staff is excellent, the service superb. I had an air conditioning issue that was completely handled within 20 minutes of reporting it and they even gave me a meal credit for the inconvenience. The location is great and this will be my new hotel to stay at when visiting Medellín.

The Click Clack is highly rated and it’s easy to see why. The property is gorgeous without being over-the-top and little creative touches make it feel like a boutique hotel rather than the usual corporate chain. The rooftop pool and bar alone is worth the price of the stay. Staff is super helpful, professional and efficient. Communication is on-point leading up to and during the stay. We will likely return to Medellín just so we can do a longer stay.
