Arrived as announced, 1st they gave me a room that was occupied by guess, had to go back skipping the clean up carts, then up again key did not open the new room back down again, finally they gave me the right key and it worked, and to cap it all up Saturday party full of noise extreme noise until 2am, will never recommended or book it again, a total mess

The room is old.and smells . Worse than that when I tried to turn on the bedside wall mounted light during the night.it.fell on top of me.feom.the wall. When I reported this to staff next morning they seemed completely un.surprised. i.left an item of clothing there which was not reported to me

The front desk staff is really helpful and nice. The amenities kind of choked me on today's day a hotel that charges for the water bottle???, apart from that, i would say decent overall. For breakfast it is so poor options and around 9am not much left and lack of reposition, on top the staff is unfriendly and you have to beg for a spoon!!! The swimming pool and gym were great, so the staff on those areas. The stuff for the restaurante during dinner was great and supper friendly. I went with toddlers and they enjoyed the time and we were surprised with a cinema moment for the toddlers with popcorn.

Stayed for 3 nights. Standard room. Nice spacious room. Huge bed. Small 2 seat table. Working desk. One seat sofa. Mini bar with coffee machine.
TV channel offer not that big of a deal.
Have to be careful on the bathroom with the shower. There is no door( half a door) so you better be careful no to splash water.
Didn’t eat in the hotel but did check breakfast and had a nice variety of options. Staff very helpful, that’s a plus in bogota. Sauna and steam room very cozy.

The location is on the north side of the El Chico neighborhood; no restaurants, no stores, not safe to walk. The staff service sucks, not friendly no smiles overall bad. The breakfast ok only. Not a good selection, and the coffee was cold. Soaps cold. Wife asked 3 tines for a warm cup of coffee. They couldn't deliver. Overall, upper management sukcs the service is a direct reflection of poor management. Will never recommend this hotel to friends and family, nor will I book again for this hotel. I even left a day before to another hotel, with a superior service and location and food.

The rooms are outdated, they look and feel old, and the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly (individual units on each room, hanging from the ceiling). I requested a change of room because of this and the new one was as noisy as the previous one.

The shower is very weak and it takes a long time to get warm. So, wake up, turn the shower on and get a shower at least five minutes later. Not good!

There are 2 hotels.... the lobby, restaurant and bar and the rooms. 2 different experiences.

I'm sad to say the hotel has gone downhill on some fronts. In general the cleanliness of the room itself was ok (not great), but O really don't understand why the carpet has never been replaced with laminate or easier to clean flooring. Everytime we were in the room my eyes became red and my wife got an itchy skin. Staff was ok, some friendly and helpfull, others didn't even say hello or gave you the time of day. The breakfast is very good at the hotel, but the restaurant has gone downhill as in earlier stays up til 2025 we hardly could find a better restaurant in Bogota, this time we were disappointed by the dishes we got served.

The room and facilities were extremely clean. I very much enjoyed the extensive gym and how it opened into the terrace where you could also access the pool, jacuzzi and saunas. I would have liked the jacuzzi to be a bit warmer and was disappointed that the rooftop jacuzzi that’s pictured in the hotel information was not open.
The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good, with an omelet station and continental cuisine, including a buffet of fresh local fruits.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My 3-star review is mainly due to the restaurant experience. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious, but unfortunately we had issues with almost everything else we ordered. Overall, the food quality was disappointing.
After 10 PM the menu changes, and when we ordered a crème brûlée and a tres leches along with our meal, we were served completely different desserts that were tasteless and dry. What was even more frustrating was that the staff tried to convince us those desserts were in fact the crème brûlée and tres leches we had ordered, as if we didn’t know what those desserts are supposed to look and taste like.
We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and ended up leaving the hotel for dinner every evening because the restaurant experience did not meet expectations.

recently stayed at the Casa Dann Carlton Hotel, and while the physical condition of the hotel was good, my experience was marred by significant communication issues and rigid customer service.

The Positives
The room itself was clean, nice, and well-maintained. I had booked a King Size room, and it was exactly what I expected in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

The Challenges
1. Booking & Check-in Confusion
I had a frustrating time with the reservation. Although I attempted to book for 2 adults multiple times (and the rate for 1 or 2 people was the same), the reservation somehow defaulted to 1 adult.

I called the hotel directly a week before my arrival to confirm that the room was for two people. The agent I spoke with wasn’t very helpful but explicitly confirmed that the room was for two. However, upon arrival, I was told the reservation was only for one person. I was forced to pay an additional $100,000 COP per night for the second person. Even after speaking with the manager, they refused to honor the information I was given over the phone simply because I used Expedia as a third party.

2. Poor Phone Support
When I called ahead of time, the customer service was lacking. Beyond the confirmation error, I was told that airport transportation was not included because of the third-party booking, and I was unable to add an extra night through the hotel directly.

At the reservation is say the shadow to the airport is 24 hours every day and it’s not they don’t have service to the airport and only taxi and the taxi is expensive. Also the room it was so all smell like humid and the brake for the bathroom it was not working the lamp and the room. It was broke all night and all day they left the door for the emergency exit open in Bogota is not safe to leave the door open. I called to front desk and they told me oh yes we have to close and I say it’s been open all day and I was next to the door. The room is smell bad and not clean.
The reviews and the hotel say is fire stars but for me is very old Hotel and the managers they need to take care all the stuff.

El hotel queda en uyna excelente ubicación y es muy bonito pero las instalaciones están tremendamente descuidadas, hay humedad por doquier, malos olores, no hay desniveles en los baños de las habitaciones que hacen que se moje todo... Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 2 veces. La primera vez porque se inundaba el baño y la segunda porque no servía el aire acondicionado. Y sumarle a eso los malos olores que había. Me fui muy decepcionada esta vez :(

We chose this hotel because of the spa as we were going to do a lot of hiking and walking the city on the Sunday and then have a spa day on the Monday.
We the found out that the spa was closed for cleaning on the Monday. There was no mention of this when booking and this ruined our experience as the spa was the whole point of the trip.
We were also very disappointed at the management staff because they refused to come and speak to us even after 3 attempts.
The front desk staff and the porter lied to us saying the manager was not in the office when it was obvious that they were.

We loved the hotel and immediately booked another stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were courteous, and the lobby was a comfortable space to hang out after check out. The pool is delicious and long enough for a swim work out, and the spa also has a steam room and a sauna (heads up: you need a swim cap or they'll sell you one for about $2 USD). I never checked out the gym but they have one. The breakfast buffet was really good. We had a great experience and will definitely return when in Bogota.

Constructive feedback: It would be nice that the pool/spa and gym were available longer hours on Sundays, and the shower is not well designed to drain properly.

Overall, we had a great experience though.

Breakfast was much more limited than usual, apparently because maintainance in the main room, however, why clients should receive something less compared to usual breakfast?
How can a 4.5 Star Hotel (as advertised) can have so poor amenities at the room? Not even facial tissues which come standard in many 3 Star hotels,
Towels at the pool can't be thinner (lighter), again not for a 4.5 Star hotel as advertised.
