It's a good hotel with friendly staff, just slightly on the periphery of the Chico area, where other hotels are possibly more embedded. But the area felt safe, the staff were very professional, and the price was more than competitive compared to other options. My only niggles were staff knocking on the door after eight or nine in the morning which was too early, and the showers requiring five to ten minutes to reach full temperature, but the view was stunning and it was my first Colombian hotel that offered both a hairdryer and a personal iron, where most do not. It had a very corporate vibe, but the mattress was divine, and the feature set outflanked all other hotels that I've been to within Colombia.

The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to room service, particularly the quality and value of the food.

I understand that hotel room service is often priced at a premium, but the food should at least meet a reasonable standard. I ordered two burgers—one chicken and one beef. The chicken burger was priced at over 50,000 pesos and the beef burger at over 60,000 pesos. Unfortunately, both were made with very low-quality ingredients and did not reflect the price charged.

The presentation was poor, and the food was so disappointing that I could not finish it. Charging premium prices for food of this quality leaves a very negative impression and does not align with the standard the hotel otherwise tries to present.

Replenishing of bar items was not constant on a daily basis. More products should be available and more options of drinks such as sugar free sodas. Cleaning crews should be better trained to not speak loud or on the phone in the corridors at early hours in the morning, as doors are not sound proof and it feels like they are in the room. Awesome treatment by Adriana at restaurant, she should be training the front desk staff how to feel really appreciated and extremely welcome every moment

They gave us a room that was fine but 2 days later they changed us to the room that we really wanted. Katrina at the front desk was really helpful, always helping us and checking if we were ok. The price for the rooms is great. The staff in general is very professional.

One of the ladies working the front desk is openly rude and has no business working in customer service. There was constant construction, painting, carpentry work taking place during our stay, halls smelled of strong chemicals. Gym was out of service for the majority of our stay. Once asked if I could use the sauna, first person immediately said no. They said it was under repair. Then while in the gym, I asked when the sauna would be finished with maintenance, they staff member said the sauna was working just fine and wasn't sure why I was told this. They turned it on for me. Then the next day, told by another staff member that I could not use the sauna. On a different topic, we wanted to order of scrambled eggs for take-away. We asked if we would be charged the full price for the buffett, and if so that we would eat elsewhere. They said no, that it was not an issue, and boxed up a small portion of scrambled eggs. At check-out we were charged 100,000 pesos (~USD $25) for a side of eggs. I asked if they could check with the restaurant. They said no and that it wouldn't matter what the restaurant said regarding the matter. General attitude of the front desk was unhelpful and annoyed. There was one lady at the front desk that was lovely, but can't recall her name. The cleaning and other staff were very nice.

The rooms are good, overall is a good hotel, the price is also good. Their restaurant food could be better.
Their staff service is really good, especially Adriana at the restaurant.
This was 4th stay in this hotel, and I will definitely come back.

At the moment of check in I was told I had a 10usd credit the I can use in the restaurant, the I can charged to the room and pay it at the check out, so when I check out and claim the 10usd credit the girl in the lobby told that the credit was not available, bottom line the lied to me and deceived me with that information, that was very uncomfortable and disappointing for me.

Unfortunately I wasn’t to satisfy with this hotel. When I booked it I wanted to have convenience to be in a public area as well as having great accommodations because I needed to have air conditioning in my room. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms and was charged extra because the only room that had air conditioning was the executive suite. Not fair to me when I had reviewed and made my booking due to there services that unfortunately were not correct.

The place was not perfect, but what hotel is?
The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were terrific. I read some reviews that the breakfast was not worth the money, but I thought it was. The food was of top quality, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and will return on my next visit.

Overall it’s an okay hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast at all. It’s not what you read! The food is cold and stale. The toaster doesn’t actually make toast, although it works. The fresh fruit is good, and the selection of juices is good. The omelette station is the very good. Everything else, nope! The self serve coffee is disgusting. The rooms are okay, but need a Reno. They aren’t particularly clean. The common halls are filthy! Would I stay again, no.

It looks old fashioned, non well cleaning. The room door has no Security extra lock. Bogotá is a cold city and at the moment I came to te front desk asking for an extra blanket they said that they don not have another at the time. But at least they sent a heather to the room. Also, in the bathroom mirrors with the steam of the shower some words written in them appear, so they can improve the cleaning and the washbasin also wasn't clean at all.

Everything is under construction around.Dusty and a little bit difficult to get out and into. Cleaning isn’t their thing, the blackout was broken and it was one of my requests they didn’t listen and I had to change my room.
Breakfast is good and the area is convenient for business.
It’s an okay place, and enough for the price.

I liked staying here, but on the second night the air conditioning was not working at all. The room was very hot and one thing I didn’t like was that they control the AC terminal through them, you are not able to monitor it yourself through the thermometer on the wall. Hot water was goof, but the shower had way too much pressure, the room was clean but the AC was a turn off for me. Thank God I only stayed a fee nights.

This property is a hit and a miss. The first room I got was way too noisy, windows don't have sound insulation. The shower pressure was so hard that it stung my skin. I requested a different room. I got a room on the other side of the building, not facing the street, but could still hear road noise at night, since this room also didn't have thick glass. The bathtub had hair in it. Certain staff at the front desk were not friendly, just like certain staff at the restaurant weren't friendly either. I expected way more for a \"5 star\" hotel. Too bad.

This was my absolute favourite hotel to stay at during my 3 week trip to South America. Massive rooms with a nice desk, super comfortable beds. What I loved most was the business centre. Felt like it had a professional WeWork built in for its guests with fast wifi and excellent seating. If I came back to stay for a month this is the hotel I’d stay at. The area around WTC felt super safe as a solo female traveller and I could not recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also great with made to order eggs.

Hotel is average but it is surrounded by construction, which is inconvenient. We recommend to out of your valuables in the safe, including electronic devices. We left electric toothbrush on the bathroom counter and it was taken from the room. However, they returned later but of course my partner wouldn’t use it again.

The room was superb, we had a suite but it was really liKe an apartmemt AWESOME!! Clean , spacious, enough closets, bathroom big, shower big and roomy. For people who need a computer, they have a Mac Computer you can use on the 2nd floor, you just have to ask for the keyboard and mouse.
There is a Starbucks and Dunkin in the little shopping mall right next door.There is also a money exchange office downstairs next door, but it was temporarily closed.If I ever go back to Bogota, definitely will stay here again
