Someone tried to barge in my room when my wife stayed back and I went to office, guard drunk every night, aryan from dining was rude and delay in buffet breakfast, given sugar in tea and then said no sugar, no swimming pool but pool picture on website which I got removed from prevent team as I work in Expedia, to remote didn’t worked and much more issues

Comfortable with great service

The staff at Park Inn is very attentive and professional. The room I had was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large desk and a small seating area. The area the hotel is in is good if you have to be in Guragon, but there aren’t many things to do around or restaurants within walking distance.
Fortunately the food at the restaurant is quite good with many options on the menu.

Nice hotel....everything was good as per my experience.

However when we asked housekeeping guy to clean the dust again, he simply cleaned it with his hand instead of machine.

Rest all was perfect.

Decent business stay hotel

Room was clean and spacious. Wifi is free, but very poor speed. Not much options to eat out. Close to the international airport. If you are coming by taxi, make sure you say its Civil Lines (Moor Chawk) Gurgoan as directions.
Its about 20 min to 40 min from International airport (depending on traffic) Advise use Uber. Should be around Rs 250 or £3. When you are at the airport, use the departure area to be picked up to save the additional entrance fee.

The hotel staff was not behaving properly, they did not got booking confirmation and the guy on reception was notdoing effort to get confirmation from hotel.com. we have to wait at reception for an 1 hour to get our room. Further we have booked and paid money for double bed but two single bed were provided to us. I will not suggest anybody to stay at such a pathetic hotel where staff do not want to help the guest and make them comfortable .

Hotel for Oriental Choice & not for all.

Not Good. I booked thru Expedia.com. Expedia charged me for xtra person but never paid to hotel. Hotel charged me again for xtra person. Hotel charges for transport are very high. Taxis & autos not available. F & B menu is limited.

Durrr Gaon. A far non happening place.

Expensive hotel Too many hidden costs. Food expensive. Staff was good except on the day of checkout they took 30 minutes to complete checkout despite alerting them previous nite. Taxi hired for return trip to Airport was below standard. Need trained personnel both in catering and room maintenance. Had to tell staff to clean the room as well as the catering staff to clear plates etc. LIft was excellent and express fast. Bar & Dining was quite OK. NOt a good experience at all. For Rs 6000 plus nightly there are much better hotels at more convenient place in Delhi. The photo in the website is misleading..

Very good Hotel in not-so-good location

Reaching the hotel was a big hassle.The navigator led us 3 km away and we reached the hotel after taking directions from the staffs.However the hotel interior was very good and the service was prompt.

MY SHORT STAY AT PARKVIEW INN IN GURGAON

We stayed in Park Inn hotel in Gurgaon, Haryana for two nights. Overall we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and it is close to all shopping centers. It is easy to shop around. No doubt all main streets in this hotel's vicinity are highly congested and also not to talk about traffic. The hotel building from inside is very nice, clean and well maintained. Nonetheless electricity was turning off and on 2-4 times at day lasting for few seconds. We enjoyed daily break fast which was included in our package. It was good and almost equivalent and even better compared with the breakfast provided by many five-start hotels. This is based our experience. My wife was really impressed by their excellent services. We would surely stay in this hotel in the near future. Thank you, Nirmal & Sarla

Comfort in the hustle and bustle of city life !!!

My stay was magnificent !! Loved the hotel..stayed there for 12 days and no regrets. I read some reviews prior to booking this hotel, most noted it is difficult to find..well i dont think so ..with such good transportation it is easily found and one can stop a auto rickshaw just infront of the hotel and just can go anywhere. I loved the premium television channels. Enjoyed watching the movies in the room. Cleanliness surpassed the standards. Excellent ! Hotel staffs were friendly and they even offered helping hand when they saw me carrying loads of shopping bags. What a good gesture. My husband and i are sure to choose this hotel for our next stay.

I actually choose to stay here because I'd stayed at the hotel before & enjoyed my stay. While the hotel & room are still very nice, the service wasn't that great this time around. I had to ask for things multiple times before they delivered it. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. There were a lot of power outages. While the generator kicked on quickly, every time it happened I had to restart the air conditioner which was very annoying late at night. The bed, however, was very comfortable. Truthfully, unless I had to be in the area, I probably would not stay here again.

I stayed here for business purposes. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The room was well-maintained, clean, and had plenty of light (which I find most hotels are terrible at).
My only criticism of this hotel was that, a few times, I called down to the front desk to arrange a car or something. But when I would come downstairs nothing would have been arranged. It was somewhat frustrating.

Nice hotel, great food, value for money

The hotel is 2 years old & maintained very well.
To our surprise the buffet dinner was absolutely great. The number of items were less but each one tasted great and we enjoyed it.
Rooms - Very clean, new & spacious.
I am new to Gurgaon & I think it is not in the city center(I could be wrong). If the location is OK for you then you can sure pick this hotel.

Park Inn GURGAON

Park Inn has been my preference since I stayed there for the first time in Nov 2010 and since then everytime I have to visit Gurgaon I stay at Park inn. Hotel staff is very gentle, food quality is great. I usually travel by my car and they have vallet parking free of cost, car wash service as well. I will give 100% voting for this hotel. Great deals from hotels.com

部屋が広くてきれい

周りの環境は決して良いとは言えませんが、ホテルから出なければ全然問題ありません。インド慣れしている人にとっては十分過ぎるホテルかと思います。部屋もきれいにされており、且つ広いです。停電もなく、wifiもそこそこ早いので次回も使用したいと思います。

it is my 2nd. stay at Park inn Gurgaon this year. The excellent service as before more than that I found very high leavel for their meal at restaruant not only India food(keep rich aroma without unacceptable spice) Even the non vege food are excellent cooking not any less than outside India. Japanese omlet with japanese wine smell it like pudding and Jawanmushi mix with Tamagoyaki out look. I brought 2 rolls back to my home my daughter love it very much Never miss their restaurant

Get more than my pay

I visted India 3 moths 2 times.since 2005 their hotel in Inida always price over vlaue but this time park inn realy good for price balance. far from airport 30-45 min. I will stay there again when next time visit Delhi.
