Staff were top notch! Friendly desk welcome, kind helpful porters and the room was lovely and spacious. Kitchen well equipped and great for one who prefers not to eat out. Local shops/supermarkets close by.

Some constructive feedback to improve in small areas. There is no tv box so could not watch tv unless having a subscription. Perhaps as you find in international hotels, an online chargeable per day/hr service if possible. It would also be useful to have labels on switches for hot water, fan, cooker etc. as it took some guessing to figure out what controls what. It maybe okay like this for Indian guests but but more challenging for foreign travellers. Drain issues in bathroom in this hotel as with many others of this rating seem common place but was manageable and didn't negatively impact our stay. The complimentary soap/shampoo/shower gel are too small and not enough for one person let alone 3 guests. No complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar etc. provided to make refreshments. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great addition, however the large room in which this is served on the first floor could do with some comforting décor, music and positive ambience.

Overall an excellent place to stay. I stayed here with my elderly parents, who needed rest for a few days following a long tour, before leaving to board an international flight from IGI Dehli Airport. This establishment fully served its purpose for us and we would highly recommend this place to stay.

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. The room was well laid out, very clean, and very comfortable. More than a hotel room it was more like an apartment, with a kitchen and separate living room. The food we ordered was delicious, and I got in a good workout at the gym. And the staff was very courteous, polite, and helpful at every step for all my needs. This was a 5-star experience at an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Delhi, and I give it my highest recommendation.

I paid for breakfast in my Expedia booking but the hotel declined to allow it as they said there was some confusion with Expedia! Charged me extra for breakfast even after I paid for it prior to booking! Very average breakfast so got my food from outside. Room was fine but had to change it as it was right next to a construction area. Hotel changed the room without question.

Fit my needs to a T

ZEN suites fit everything I was looking for: a clean, comfortable and quiet location I could stay, reliable internet for some work, and prepare minor meals if desired. I have stayed in other similar serviced apartments and ZEN was far better than those.

The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Vijay, Jyoti and Deelep. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent stay at the Zen Suites Gurgaon

My wife and I live in the USA and stayed in the Zen Suites, Gurgaon from June 20th to June 23rd then again from June 27th to July 4th, 2024. Overall, all staff members are courteous, humble and respectful. All front desk people are professional and takes very little time to check-in and check-out. This is the second time within one year we chose to stay here. Zen Suites is great for a short-term as well as for a long-term stay. All staff members do their best to make you comfortable. This time I have seen their cleaning services were sub-optimal. You have to ask for bath supplies everytime. Nonetheless staff members were responding and providing very quickly. Now they have started severing good breakfast compared with last year. Overall, the lunch and dinner services are excellent. Food was very tasty and worth of money. For few days they severed good buffet breakfast and also dinner which was a good idea, and they should resume it permanently. We would love to stay in the near future.

Wow. My wife and I were so delighted to stay at Zen Suites - Gurgaon. We stayed 7 nights and it was convenient to the airport with Uber.

The apartment was quite clean and beyond our expectations. The room is a spacious modern mini-apartment with a kitchen. We had breakfast and lunch in the room and took supper at convenient restaurants. We would recommend 32nd Avenue for restaurant choices. It is less than 50 rupees by an Uber tuk tuk. We went to 3 different restaurants and all were exceptional.

We liked Zen Suites so much we have a reservation to stay again next week. When back in the Delhi area Zen Suites will be our choice.

Our stay at the Zen Suites in Gurgaon was great!

We (five family members) stayed at the Zen Suites from Oct 31 to Nov 13,2023. We had three rooms booked.
Overall Zen Suites is great for a family to stay for the long-term and also for the short-term. This hotel is new and super clean. Font desk services are great, and they were very respectful. There was no problem of checking in and out. It takes few minutes to check in and out. Food was really tasty, and we enjoyed. All services were prompt, and they listen to all concerns for example providing napkins and tissue roles from time to time. If there is anything lacking, then the staff will provide immediately. Surely, one suggestion, we would like to make that complimentary breakfast was not good and not worth of money. They have only two choices everyday i.e., eat it or leave it. There should be fruit and juice included in the complimentary breakfast like other hotels. There must be a choice between North Indian and South Indian food every day. We did not like South Indian breakfast but liked North Indian breakfast. Nonetheless we have to eat South Indian breakfast.
Please provide more choices. Overall, the quality of food was super, and we enjoyed every day. The cooking, cleaning and serving staff were fabulous, respectful and courteous. We will definitely stay at the Zen Suites and will recommend to family members and friends. Thank you, Zen.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature. They have a in room fully equipped kitchen which makes me surprised with this kind of unique and lovely room . They also provide food services in their hotel

Zen suits apartment is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. Spacious air conditioned rooms with plenty of closet space, room safe and fridge. Large bathroom with shower. Very quiet no street noise . Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is superb—hotel is approximately 500 meters from the famous market of Gurgaon and close to all major attractions/ restaurants/shopping.i just love my stay in the Zen Suite . All in all a great property.

Everyone who works at the hotel is welcoming and friendly! The rooms were beautiful (one of our rooms was and it was spacious, and a specular view of the city and the nature). Breakfast at the hotel is well worth getting. They have a good variety of food, and the cakes are all homemade. We asked for recommendations for local restaurants, and we went to a different one each night we were there, and they were all fabulous (they had amazing food with a great taste).This hotel is a real gem, in the hotel you will find gym ,cafeteria space , in room kitchen with all equipped kitchen utensils also if anyone want banquet space there is also available this where you can do birthday party , meetings and so on .The central location was convenient for walking everywhere. Jona and other property's Staff will take good care of you! 😃
