Beautiful and clean hotel. Spacious room, clean and modern bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The staff was all very friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant served excellent food for the breakfast buffet and regular lunch menu. Close to the airport and several malls. We had an excellent stay and I highly recommended this hotel.

Its a great hotel, great location clean n nice . Good breakfast just that there was some weddin happenin due to which restaurant service and in room diinning was very slow. They should not avoid regular room guest cause of this. Otherwise everything was perfect.

5 star service

Two days into my stay, I fell ill and required emergency surgery. The day and night managers both came each day to visit me in hospital and see that my needs were met there. They even brought me some excellent food frrom the hotel. I wa1s treated with special care once I returned from the hospital. I cannot say enough about the amazing treatment I received at this hotel. I was also pleasnatly surprised by the luxurious look and feel, which were above my expectations. This hotel made my trip to Gurgaon feel very special.

GREAT STAY IN GURGAON

Al the staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and well laid out.

Excellent service from all employees and management: From entrance - check-in - restaurant - bar - room service - laundry - management. They really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Beyond all this, the hotel is excellent value for money.

This hotel is a highly recommended.

The location of hotel is accessible, and with a 10 minutes walk to Sector 29 F&B outlets. All services and stay was good except for the manager at the check in counter who was less than friendly as we sought help to get a car (OLA/UBER) for a meeting in Gurgoan. Be expected to experience a few blackouts a day (although momentarily)

I flew in from airport and stayed here for my first 4 days in India, getting over jet lag. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous including front desk staff Nidhi , Wait staff especially Deep in the cafe and room service. They were very personable not in an overbearing way though. The hotel itself was in nice condition. Its not a Five star like big hotels in New Delhi but its very clean with all amenities one would need for a short term stay. The location is great. Its very close to the restaurant and nightlife district of sector 29 and about 30 mins to the airport. I would def stay here again. I visited with my elderly mum. The hotel lent us a wheelchair so my mum didnt have to walk around.

Poor hotel customer service

Duty manager was so rude, my whole was super noisy and when I complained to the duty manager. He said you should have told me earlier and when I vacate the room because of the poor service and they charged me for the full day, I had not used the at all given such a poor service led me to change this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Central Gurgaon Hotel - for 1 day business stay

Though the hotel is centrally located near the offices, I would not recommend the stay for leisure here. The coffee show staff are rude and front office does not accommodate any requests. We had asked for a Single King size bed and in turn they gave us twin bed options which were poorly place and move once we were getting up.

Even after we requested the front office to switch our room, we got a stiff reply that a marriage party is booked the King Size rooms. Why would a hotel charge us for the room we booked and then not give us the same!!!

Overall - it felt like a big compromise to stay in this.

This hotel is good if you need to be in Gurgaon. It's not too far from the airport and is a short tut tut ride from the metro. If you are in Delhi for sightseeing, then it might be far from the main tourist sites.

The staff who were supposed to look after the guests during morning breakfast were quite rude. They were discourteous and notwithstanding the hint given by front desk staff, they continued to show rude look. The lady in particular was terrible

Great service for such a low price! All of the staff at The Pllazio went above and beyond what they were asked. The room was extremely classy and neat. No complaints whatsoever on this short stay! If I ever come back to New Delhi, I am definitely coming back!

Very badly maintained Hotel

I regret booking this hotel based on the Expedia Ratings. Guest Rooms are maintained in very bad condition, none of bed linens were fresh and so is the bath towels provided by the Hotel.

Even during the check-in hotel staff allotted a room that was dirty and were not aware of which room to allot. Mattress and pillows in the room are horrible, I woke up in the morning with body ache and neck pain. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any one and this property is not the worth for what they charge.

I was actually living in another hotel next door and had a night to spare so decided to try out the Pllazio. I called them in the morning and they refused to let me check-in the morning unless I paid for it. I understand the policy of most hotels to charge for an early check-in but few follow it. If there is a room available then they definitely accommodate customers.

I finally checked in at 6 in the evening. While I had booked for a King Bed i was given a Twin bed. I immediately called the front desk and they asked for sometime. I got a call back in 2 mins informing me that they would send someone to join both the twin beds since they DID-NOT have any other king bed rooms available. I refused to accept this and told them that they should have let me know about this when I checked in. He asked me for another min and immediately was able to move to next door to a available King-Bed room.

I was checking out at 4am and during checkout I was charged for mini-bar usage which I hadn't done. Luckily there was a manager who was around and he asked his guys to recheck and post confirmation they found out that they had forgot to re-stock the mimi-bar.

All in all, while the hotel rooms were good and the hotel location was great, the poor service ensured that I would never go back there again. They need better staff who understand what customer service is.

Badly maintained.

We had booked this place for our wedding night. Wasn't exactly pleased with the way dissatisfied customers are dealt with. The first night, we had an airconditioner that failed. And we were moved to another room, which I can understand. The second night however, we noticed the airconditioner again failed. Now this is 2 nights that a customer complains to the hotel. Blaming it on technical defect is fine, but in my eyes its simple maintenance. In my own apartment I haven't had any issues with airconditioning in the past years, so how do I have that 2 consecutive nights in a 5 star hotel. The worst was how the hotel deals with it. Second night they sent a engineer at 3 in the morning, claiming it will work. However, this was a sloppy fix, as the it only cooled to a certain degree, and was still hot. Whats even worse, is that normally, as a customer you would expect the hotel to give you something for the bad experience for the past 2 nights. But they offered nothing. It was a kind of \"sorry, but we dont really care\" attitude. In my eyes, Pllazio is a pretty fine hotel, but thats it. Maintenance and quality are definitely not up to par, and the consumers just has to deal with it.

Not enough for a 4 or 5 star hotel, disappointed!

Nice staff but the room service and cleanliness was not good for a 4/5 star hotel. There was a lot of dust below the bed, the minibar had many items with expired date, during more than a week stay they have never replaced bathroom toiletries even if finished. What it's sold as a spa service, it's not a spa at all. There some girl that are not at all professional masseur. It's too expensive for what you get. I would not like to go back there.

First Class Hotel Near Airport and Dehli

One of the better hotels I've stayed at. There were so many extras, like housekeeping coming to the room with complimentary juices, cookies and chocolates during the afternoons and evenings. The entire staff was attentive to my needs and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Decent business hotel in good location

Its a hotel that is comfortable rather than chic. I have no serious negatives to report, but it just feels a bit tired. Had one morning where the shower was only tepid.
Staff however, shine. They do their very best.
Be aware the internet is a bit iffy, and a pain to keep logging in to.

The hotel room is crammed from buildings on three sides surrounding it so less n chance of a view.
The aircon was hardly cooling the room and the very next day i found a puddle of water right on the middle of the entrance. Its dangerous because one could slip.
The bed's back rest was such that if you recline on it - the whole mattress would move forward creating a gap between the backrest and the bed. Had a tough time pushing it back to its place.
The furnishing was just Ok, nothing great. You would expect better furniture & walls at that Price.
The hotel staff though is Polite & helpful.
The breakfast was good & had good variety. The food was delicious.

To summarise, for that price i would definitely get a better hotel room then this Hotel.

LUXURY AT ITS BEST FOR A PRICE OF 3 STAR HOTEL

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME , i dont even know what to say , 5 star (real 5 star ) for the price of 3 star. Services is just too good to mentioned here. From the door man , bell man ,receptionist , room cleaners , room services etc etc etc is just excellent. Furniture in the rooms are made from MARK DAVID in USA , so you can imagine the luxury there. I was just short of words, i wish i had stay there longer , plus the new town Gurgaon that the hotel is built in is also totally different to chaotic cities like Mumbai, Delhi and other big cities. The air is fresh , big shops and mall, a lot of international eateries. The only drawback i had in the hotel was there was no KULFI in their menu or the buffet.
