하지만 룸 컨디션 괜찮았고, 직원 일부는 영어 소통이 가능했다.

The front staff was nice. The room was a bit cold. It was close to the convenience store and also there were restaurants. Very quiet. It was a bit far to walk with big luggages to the station but there was a taxi in front of the hotel and it was easy to carry luggage’s inside the car.

部屋のクオリティは他のビジネスホテルとなんら変わらないことに加えて、部屋内も古くてコストパフォーマンスは酷いと感じた。全館空調で部屋の温度を好みに合わせられないし、また泊まろうと思える要素がない。、

キレイなホテルです。

リピーターです。ちょっと駅から離れてますが徒歩圏内です。子供の大学の近くで、春休み帰省してた子供を車で送って疲れたので泊まりました。ちょっと上の階の物音が響きましたが、駐車場も敷地内ですし、また子供の用事の時は多分利用させていただきます。

雲海最高！

部屋の臭いが少し気になりました。それ以外は良かったです。夕食は雲海さんを利用させていただきました、その時､コースメニューの中に食べられないものが一つあり別のものに変更できるか聞いてみたところ快く変更してくださいました。コースメニューの内容もどれも美味しかったです。米子に行く機会があればまたこのホテルを利用したいですし、雲海さんで食事をしたいです｡ご馳走様でございました。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。チェックインの際、部屋の清掃の問題で30分待ったのですが、喫茶店のドリンク無料券をいただき、また、チェックアウトの際は「チェックインの際はお待たせして申し訳ありません」と別のスタッフから言われた。とても印象が良かったです。ベッドと枕が個人的にキツかった。眠れなかった。

Stayed one night, arriving late in the evening, and was soon relieved to have chosen this hotel. There are smaller hotels nearby but it was reassuring to be able to rest and refresh for the following day here. Clean and comfort able, replete with soft linens. 米子駅から少し離れてると言う口コミもありますが、徒歩10分圏内でじゅうぶん駅近です。
無料の駐車場もあるので車で米子行く場合も便利。
和・洋のレストランがあって、自分は和食レストランで夕食を食べたのですが、食事もお酒もリーズナブル且つ、美味しかったので大満足でした。
レストランはラストオーダーの時間が少し早めであるものの、周辺に遅くまでやってる飲食店があるので、観光でホテルに戻るのが遅くなっても大丈夫です。
朝ごはんは有料で、初めは料金設定が高いと思っていたものの、実際に食べてみると、質の高いビュッフェで、更に、その場でノドグロやアジと言った魚を焼いてくれるので、これも満足度が高かったです。

ふるさと納税のQRが置いてあるのに、webには何の案内もない。
現地決済の場合だけできるらしいが、手間を省くためにカード決済にしている人にはとても不親切。　チェックインの際の案内もないし、電話で問い合わせても、スタッフはふるさと納税に関して何もしらないようでした。
サービスする気がないなら、QRをおかなければいいのではないでしょうか。
ホテルウェブには情報はないがらさとふる、楽天のサイトには情報があるといわれました。
部屋も大したこともなく、ビジネスホテル並みでした。
他のホテルをおすすめします。
