El Servicio de recepción del Hotel fue excelente, el personal es muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, si tiene usted un sueño muy ligero le aconsejo no quedarse en la parte the atrás del Hotel ya que no muy lejos de hotel hay un mega club y la música es bastante fuerte y va como desde las 10 pm hasta las 4 de la mañana. Pero si su sueño es bastante bien no creo que tenga ningún problema.
Es la tercera vez que me hospedo aquí las otras habitaciones están bien.
Por otro lado la comida del Hotel está bien aún que no hay mucha variedad, el desayuno no es muy variado es casi siempre lo mismo. En caso de que quiera comer algo diferente no muy lejos a 7 min en taxi puede encontrar otros restaurantes especialmente recomiendo este restaurante Di Lucca , la comida es excelente y de muy buena calidad. El servicio de parqueadero es pesimo. La talanquera no sirve ni a la entrada ni a la salida. A cierta hora no hay servicio de parqueadero en toda la noche, pero cuando llegan a pesar de que informan q no hay, cobran abusivamente tarifa de toda la noche. Parqueadero inseguro.

First of all there is no gymn just a small room with 3 ellipticals. The restaurant is extremely expensive. No service . I was never offered coffee or anythingund you this is $95 a

Room service was ok barely any toilet paper, room keys only take you to 1 floor and we had a wedding where we had to go to different rooms to meet up with other guests and we couldn’t but always had to go to reception to ask for access to other floors. I hired transportation and they limited access to front door as hotel had security access where my transportation service had to always pay to come in.

We reserved hotel roommates with double beds for up to 4 guests and when we arrived they gave us a hard time and said only 2 guests were allowed in the room and charged us for each additional guests per night.

They need to make access to the hotel the entrance is on side of highway however the exit was blocked and transport had to travel at least 5 miles away to be able to turn around to get into the hotel,

The entrance was terrible. They need to redo the entrance.

En general mi estadía fue muy agradable, el personal de reception fue muy atento y servicial especialmente Miguel el cual me ayudó a solucionar un pequeño detalle con mi reserva . Muy cordiales tanto a la salida como a la llegada del hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias y la cama muy confortables.
La comida en los restaurantes es buena, lastima que no haya más variedad en el desayuno considerando la cantidad de productos frescos que se pueden encontrar en Colombia. Durante los ocho días que estuve allí casi siempre veía lo mismo .
Al menos todo se veía recién hecho.
Yo creo que los desayunos deberían de ser más variados, tratar de no ofrecer todos los días lo mismo. Pero en general todo muy bien.
La hubicacion perfecta a 10 min del centro comercial fontanar y no muy lejos de Chía y Cajica los pueblos más cercanos.
Espero tener la oportunidad de regresar nuevamente y sopesarme allí nuevamente.

Tried working in the business space on a morning and even then there is a huge bass coming from the music downstairs.

The gym doesn't have the weights cables like shown in the photo. Only cadrio machines.

My mom and I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They are not eager to help and solve a problem. Anything you ask for is “NO, so sorry we’re not allowed”. They have room service signs everywhere so we call to get room service for breakfast and “No we don’t offer room service for breakfast” we pay a lot of money to spend a day at the spa and do the hot tub treatment and their hot tub smells disgusting, you can’t even stay for one minute and they still wanted to charge us FULL PRICE for the service. They said the Manager would come give us a discount and nobody came. We asked for a drink at the bar and they said “that drink was only for the spa we can’t make it for you here”. It’s a five star hotel and everything is No and the spa is BAD. We paid for an exfoliation as well and they put the lotion and immediately took it off. (Absolutely no exfoliation) they lie in your face and just tell you “it’s the hotel’s policy”. BAD BAD customer service. Would never return.

In general I'm happy with our experience at this hotel.
Property is in good condition, well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious good amenities good wifi and so so cable tv.
Restaurants are located in an upper floor with good views. We only went for the breakfast buffet which was good but not great due to limited selection. Customer service was good.
Main issue was the parking situation which is almost a deal breaker I would consider staying in another place next time but there's limited availability of hotels in the area.
The parking situation is annoying, inconvenient, not well thought or planned, antiquated and really maddening, borderline infuriating. First the building has parking around it but there's no signs about it; when you drive in, you note that there's a guy in a kiosk nearby the entrance/road but not on the road or facing it so you don't know if you have to stop or ask the guy or just keep driving; in my case I kept driving around the building and parked near the main entrance of the hotel and checked in. When I wanted to leave and get some dinner I discovered the steps. A guy in the kiosk writes down the plate in a notebook! and then when you want to leave you ask for a seal/coupon in the front desk then you walk to the kiosk and pay (only cash!) but he/she has to find your plate first in the notebook with hundreds of handwritten notes. Then you will get a receipt with a code which you scan at the exit. Repeat every time you want to leave!

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was great. The two negative things I can think of (and they are both minor) was the parking payment location and the ease of exiting the facility. The parking payment booth is located near the entrance to the facility, which means that when we needed to leave we had to walk clear across the facility to go pay for parking. They need to move the payment booth closer to the exit. Secondly, the only way to exit the facility is to take the road going north into Cajica. Most of the time we need to take the road going south towards Bogota. Which meant we had to go north a little ways then try to make a uturn to get on the road we needed to go south. That was not an easy task. It was a major hassle.

I truly thought whether to leave a review for this hotel or not. It is such a big disappointment that I will do my best to spare the people that truly try.
There is construction on one side of the hotel, all the lines called superior rooms will probably have this issue and here is the funny part: constructions starts around 7:00 PM and last well past midnight.
We stayed 8 nights at the hotel with a nine month old baby, and the construction, hammering and noise happed every single night.
We complained every night 3 or 4 times, not only the noise did not stop, worse yet, it happened the next night again and again.
This tells me that the hotel manager / administrator knows about this and does nothing, meaning they take no legal action against the construction company working during these late hours or that the manager is being paid to remain quite in spite of hotel guests disappointment and frustration. It is completely unacceptable that they did nothing for the 8 nights we stayed there to stop the constructions during this late hours, they didn’t even want to call the police. They wanted to take care of the issue with the guard of the building complex which obviously did nothing.
The heat in our room did not work. Room service took forever.
The only good thing was breakfast, which is pretty good.

I rented 2 rooms and both were having extensive water filtration due to heavy rain. We were provided with another room on a different floor even thought water issues were reported in both rooms. They advertised a full breakfast but upon check in we were told there was an additional fee for breakfast. Check is was not as steady. We were not provided with working keys upon check in and needed to go back to the front desk for new keys. Definitely a more attentive and caring staff will make the stay more pleasant
