Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware.

Property area is very nice and charming. the hotel is average, we asked for couple bad but no way, we received room with two single beds. parking is difficult in the area and the hotel don't have space for a lot of cars, the first response at the reception was that there is no parking available. after double check they found space for us..... four stars? Sorry but for this rate it's unacceptable.

It is a beautiful hotel in a glorious position but mostly all staff are so kind and helpful, friendly and smiling even though the phone never stops. The room was immaculate and bed superbly comfortable.
My only complaint was that I needed and booked and double checked to have 5.15am wake up call. This was not done until 5.37am when my taxi arrived!! Good thing I used my phone alarm! The staff member was apologetic.

Hotel Allon is fantastic. Lovely and clean, rooms fantastic and spotless clean. Staff were all amazing always happy and smiling. Pool was great even though next to road hardly noticed any traffic noise as cars drive so slowly along the front. Will definitely return.

Where do I start. We arrived on my birthday after about 9 months of my husband being very I’ll. it was going to be a resting couple of days to recharge. Our room was ok, a little tired and lacking draws, so everything had to be left out, making the room look untidy. There was nowhere to put our toiletries in the bathroom either. But we could live with that. Dinner we were told was at 8 pm and when we arrive there was no food out and we were told to come back in 20 minutes. When we went back there was 3 other people there. We took a look at the buffet and what a shock. There was some salad but very limited. Then some hot food, well I should say lukewarm, dried up and some was cold. So we just had salad, couldn’t really mess that up. I was so upset as it was my birthday, in fact I cried. We have stayed in in many hotels over the years and never been presented with such poor selection and food. We weren’t go to go for breakfast but my husband said let’s at least look. We did have some but even that was cold or lukewarm. The only hot thing was the eggs that were fried for us. I then went and complained to the manager, who if I’m honest wasn’t really bothered. He said he would have a word with the kitchen staff but, he never came back to me!! It really is a shame because the position of the hotel is great and Villajoyosa is lovely. So we went out to eat after that. A very disappointing time away. Good job I’m still not working for Thomas Cook!!

Amazing balcony views.

Amazing location of hotel on promenade in lovely resort of Villajoyosa. Nice sized room with shower and bath. Hairdryer and in room safe are included in price. Adequate breakfast. Plenty sunloungers, but the pool water was very cold.

Great location, amazing view Overlooking the sea. I would have liked to have the option to NOT pay for breakfast but it was charged and included in the price of the room. Room was comfortable, nice updated bathroom. Very Friendly male server during breakfast in the breakfast area. Had good recommendations in terms of visiting the town.
Parked in the street- free parking but it was off season. I imagine street parking is impossible during the summer, hotel offers onsite paid parking though.

Very impressed with the service, we arrived two hours early but the room was ready so allowed access, a lovely room and large balcony overlooking the sea. We had all meals included and all the buffet meals gave us a very large choice, staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean.
Our room overlooked the beach. Beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was good until second dinner of 2 night stay. It was a la carte(1st night buffet as there was a party of 25) the buffet was really good, great choice for everyone and all really freshly cooked. The al la carte, my husbands dinner came wrong from the order and consequently mine was cold when he got his. At 2030 we were the only two in the restaurant, no light music so used my phone for background music. I think this experience will stop us booking half board in the future!

FORGET THE REST, THIS IS THE BEST

The Hotel Allon was a last minute choice, what an superb choice it was.From it's beach front position,The friendly and professional staff,who's training was first class and they the staff made our stay there a real 4 star experience.The rooms are large and comfortable, the WI-FI worked all over the hotel.The food was plentiful but maybe needed a little more choice,(This is not a complaint just an observation) . When you go to the Allon and we are certainly returning make sure you go up to the Valor chocolate cafe ,just up the escalator beside the hotel,the hot chocolate and churros are what chocoholics dream of.I think that by now you will have got gist of our opinion of THE HOTEL ALLON.

The room was lovely overlooking the sea; balcony very welcome. Reception staff excellent and very helpful.

However..... In the 3 days & nights I stayed the bar was NEVER staffed. Food was pretty dreadful and cold. Only 1 member of staff for both breakfast and dinner. Other reviews said there are nice restaurants nearby. No there aren't. Just tatty burger bars, curry house, Chinese and pizza/pasta joints.

If you want sea, sand, swimming pools and bars, this may be the place for you.
It was not the place for me!

Not happy having to move my car from car park to make way for club 600 who were only booked in for one night and we were booked in for 3. No service in lobby bar only pool bar which was chilly in the evening.Food cold in the restaurant was booked in for July but have now cancelled. also all night disco in bar next door until 6.30 in morning so no sleep on the Saturday night.We have been to this hotel a total of five times so was very disappointed.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a trip away in various hotels in the Costa blanca. Hotel was very clean and the pool area is an absolute sun trap with the glass screen all around it. Food could of been a little more choice for my liking but always very well presented, we went full board so just had to buy our drinks that were very reasonable at only €7 a bottle of white wine. I parked in the free car park next door what is just a bit of waste land, lots of pot holes but my car was on there for nearly 3 days and it was totally fine, saved spending €10 a night to park under the hotel in the hotel parking.

Great hotel location and views

Lovely large room overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean and in good working order. The bathroom was modern (great shower head!). Staff was very friendly before our arrival and upon check-in but we found them less helpful after that point. We had difficulty connecting to the WIFI. There was a beautiful pool (and great beachfront access) but received no help getting towels to use. We were told first to use our two shower towels (which we did). When we asked for them to be replaced the staff wandered around as if this was an unusual request and then handed us two hand towels to use. I'm sure they have a lot of travelers from outside of Spain who don't bring beach towels with them. Other than that it was a great experience.

Lovely hotel, beach on door step.

Adeqate selection of food. Different every day. Wine prices very good value, only complaint some of the group found it noisy in the late evening. I did not problem with this.. Will definiately go back.

Beautiful location

The hotel is on the seafront and the view was lovely. Staff spoke english which was a help as we speak no spanish.The guests were mostly Spanish when we stayed there.(also French and German )
We are two 50 year olds and stayed at the beginning of November on a bed and breakfast basis.Plenty of choice of juices / hot food/hams and cheeses./ fresh bread , rolls and jams/croissants and cakes.
There were only a few restaurants open in November, turn left outside the hotel and there's an indian restaurant where we had a lovely meal.Further along on the corner ( across the road ) the food was beautiful, all home cooked and hot ! (can't remember the name, sorry) we ate here 3 times and the quality was excellent each time (bottle of house red for 7 euros- lovely !) Very reasonably priced.
The trams are a good way of exploring if you don't hire a car, easy to get to Benidorm (which was a trek from the station ) or Alicante which we loved.
The only criticism of the hotel was that it was advertised as having heating/ air con, unfortunately in the winter months the option is heating or heating turned off.We missed the air con as the room was very warm at night and leaving the door open meant we had a few mosquito bites.
The resort is a lot quieter than Benidorm ( and much nicer ) but has loads of good shops and not the usual tat, at least 3 supermarkets stocking a great range of essentials.
We had a very relaxing week and would definitely recommend this hotel and resort.

Hotel Allon - perfect beach location

The hotel Allon is a very modern, clean , and friendly
hotel. It is situated on a beach front with wonderfull
views of a clean sandy beach and a fishing harbour.
It is a very easy walk to restaurants / bars.
The town of Villajoyosa is very Spanish and has mainly not been spoilt by tourism.
The main town is situated at a higher level with a
series of esculators from the beach level to make the climb a little easier - not always perfect for any person with walking difficulties.

Hotel location is great with beach across the road, rooms are large and with a balcony as well. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay but the coffee/tea served at breakfast was awful, so order separately.

Gute Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhiges Hotel.
Sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbuffet reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Beim Kaffe wäre eine besserer Kaffeeautomat von Vorteil - ist aber eine Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Ich kann dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. War ein toller Aufenthalt.

Demasiado pollo para tan poco arroz

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. El aire acondicionado casi lo sacan de la época de \"Cuéntame como pasó\", además de que funcionaba como quería. Demasiado caro para lo que es la verdad, lo único que se paga es por \"tirarte de la cama y caer en la playa\". Lo único positivo, es el servicio humano, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Los desayunos, muy completos, las cenas... para ser buffet deja un poquito que desear.

Renholdet på hotellet var upåklagelig. Bl.a. nye rente håndklær daglig. Resepsjonistene var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Derimot var maten sånn passe, og betjeningen i restauranten gjorde jobben sin, men ikke så mye mer enn det. Super beliggenhet rett ved stranden.

Todo Ok pero algunos detalles no cuadran: desayuno con solo 1 variedad de muesli y de youghurt, prepararse un te es una odisea, zumos de frutas totalmente quimicos.
Horarios de Limpieza del cuarto no predecible, al entrar a la habitacion excesivo olor a productos de limpieza; puerta al balcon se abre y se daña la lampara, Tele muy pequeña; no ascensor para bajar al aparcamiento, demasiadas lamparas fluorescentes o halogenos, productos de limpieza en envases pequeños de plasticos.

Senger litt mykere enn marmor, men ikke mye.
En stikkontakt på hele rommet; måtte koble ut TV-en for og få to.
Fin fasade, elendig interiør på rommene og tomt.

Forventningene var høye pga den høye prisen, men får mer valuta for pengene ved og velge ett annet hotell i området med lavere stjerner

Je suis peut être devenu exigeant avec les années, mais je sais reconnaître un bon hôtel et un erzats…
Accueil moyen, pas de parking disponible, pas de changement de chambre, pas de serviettes de plage. Hôtel triste au niveau animation. Et le buffet est correct sans plus. Quelques personnes du personnel du restaurant sont très pro, mais d’autres qui vous renvoient car l’horaire du buffet est arrivé à son terme (pour une assiette d3 fromage, le buffet étant vide à 15h25…). Le chef de salle a fait le nécessaire après notre réserve, mais cela démontre l’état d’esprit. A aucun moment l’accueil est revenu vers nous pour nous proposer des aménagements concernant nos demandes. Nous sommes restés 8 nuits, au 1re étage vue mer (6 étages)
Et pas de parking. La réception n’est pas très avenante, à l’image du patron de l’hôtel que nous avons croise deux fois sans qu’il n’ait pour nous le moindre échange d3 convivialité ou quoi que ce soit… cela se ressent avec tout le personnel qui suit lamême tendance . Franchement au regard de ce séjour je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel même s’il a une situation géographique idéale. C’est la seule chose qui lui permet 4 étoiles. Le reste ne les vaut pas.

El hotel de 10 la ubicación y la limpieza, así como la amabilidad del personal del hotel, en especial David, encargado del Restaurante del hotel, gracias a su profesionalidad y amabilidad ha hecho posible que lleváramos mejor las comidas ya que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear ..el último día se arregló un poco después de las innumerables reclamaciones por parte de los clientes, un menú donde no había ni variedad, calidad ni cantidad. No merece la pena contratar pensión completa, cerca del hotel hay numerosos restaurantes donde se pueden realizar las comidas . Insisto en dejar claro, la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza así como la ubicación.

Très grand lit.
Terrasse donnant sur la mer avec deux fauteuils..
Salle de bains grande et complète, articles de toilettes.
Très calme.
Garage sous l'hôtel (14 euros par nuitée).
Personnel adorable, très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.
Petit-déjeuner buffet fantastique, beaucoup de choix, produits frais et de qualité.
Pas de doute, si nous revenons à Villajoiosa, ce sera là.

Séjour en amoureux sur la Costa Blanca.

Séjour en amoureux à Villajoiosa, adorable petite station balnéaire et port de pêche située 30 kms environ au nord d'Alicante.
Hôtel parfaitement situé en front de mer.
Grande chambre très bien équipée et très confortable.
Personnel adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider.
Petit-déjeuner buffet inclus, très complet et varié, et de très bonne qualité.
Belle piscine, et tout peut se faire et visiter à pied.
Métro aérien qui relie à Alicante, 30 kms plus au Sud, et Bénidorm, 10 kms plus au Nord.
Si nous revenons sur la Costa Blanca, c'est bien là que nous séjournerons.
