What a phenomenal experience. All hotels should strive to this level of attentiveness and service. I am floored and will forever compare all future hotels and stays to the Oberoi Rajvillas. With kind and genuine staff; amazing food and services; and absolutely beautiful grounds and rooms. The luxury tent was next level comfort and a perfect reprieve from the chaos of Jaipur streets. Anything you needed they would help with from tours to drivers to sunscreen at the pool. We also had laundry done and are impressed with the speed and service; my clothes have never looked better. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Standouts were our drivers, and Siddarth, Sunny, Akash (who helped us pack), Akash and Ashina at the restaurant, along with the women who helped us the first night and the one (I forgot her name!!) who carried our lunch box to the car. And the WhatsApp text service!!

Decided to extend our stay in Jaipur by one day following our incredible stay at Oberoi Udaivilas (Udaipur) so we could indulge and explore Rajvilas before continuing our journey to Agra (to visit the Taj Mahal) - worth noting that Rajvilas is located on the way (in that direction).

The overall estate is beautiful and features a 300-year old temple (with Oberoi offering nightly blessing ceremonies), a beautiful spa housed also in a 300-year old house / villa. We had booked a tented room but were offered a generous complimentary upgrade to a pool suite which was incredibly nice.

The staff and service was exceptional - everyone from the General Manager, Vishal, to Neeraj who managed dinner service, chef Manoj, Niraj, Dharam, Neran at dinner / breakfast / the bar, Luv who couldn’t have given us a warmer welcome, the concierge Mihika, the incredible housekeeping team - virtually everyone was exceptional and we will most certainly seek out Oberoi locations in the future as both our stays at Rajvilas and Udaivilas were just exceptional.

The location is ideal for those headed towards Agra from Jaipur as well as for activities like leopard safaris. For sightseeing in Jaipur itself one should plan for 30-40min drive given traffic etc.

Can only wholeheartedly recommend Oberoi and their Rajvilas property.

The friendly staff welcomed us with refreshing drinks and a shower of petals, a gesture that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Throughout our visit, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly pampered.The dining options at the Rajvillas were exceptional, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines that catered to all palates. The presence of peacocks roaming freely across the property added a unique touch of majesty and serenity, enhancing the sense of royalty and exclusivity. Ayush, the General Manager, was particularly noteworthy for his helpfulness and attention to detail. His willingness to accommodate a late checkout due to our travel plans exemplified the exceptional service standard of the Oberoi. Furthermore, when our pre-booked car failed to show up, Ayush promptly arranged a last-minute car to Delhi, ensuring our travel plans were not disrupted. This gesture was nothing short of a lifesaver. Rahul, a member of the staff, displayed incredible kindness and professionalism when he meticulously repacked our shoes that had ripped through our bags. His thoughtful action greatly alleviated our distress and added a personal touch to our experience. Dev and Shravan was always attentive, making sure we were well-cared for.

All have their differences the Rajvilas is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful landscaped garden with pool and outside dining area. The staff are amazing they are so friendly helpful and are at your disposal . Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff excellent, food outstanding and service is spot on. Would highly recommend. Muskan and Shubham were super helpful and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were great and arranged a taster of special local dishes. It is a wee bit away from Jaipur but Ubers and taxis are available and to be honest the tranquility of the hotel was more than welcome after a day or evening out. I would not hesitate in returning here for a special holiday.

Fantastic and most memorable holiday

Raj Vilas under Mr Vishal was one of ourmost memorable trip
on arrival we were greeted with the indian welcome with garlands and traditional lamp which brought the smile on our faces
we were told to relax and check in would be done at our leisure in our room
we were upgraded to a garden room which was one of the best rooms
we had over 100 peacocks to give us company and the property is breathtaking by itself
by far the hospitality levels are beyond comparison to take a few names who made our stay memorable are as under

Beautiful property with lush green garden and the magical touch of peacocks everywhere. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are a treat! Golf carts to take you around the property, nice restaurant with wonderful breakfast spread. Very friendly, courteous and genuinely hospitable staff.

What can be improved? Lunch and dinner service is extremely slow. Staff sometimes overwhelm you with constant questioning about how your day is going, plans for the day etc. It really becomes too much when every person is asking you the same thing. You want to be able to take a walk or enjoy your meal without disruption. So staff should be trained in the right balance.!

The best part of the property is its layout. Beautiful cottages nestled in 35 acres of greens with peacocks and other birds to give you company. Location of the property is a little off from main city but still at a drivable distance to everywhere. While the food was great but still felt that it lacked the wow factor. Top class service makes things perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Oberoi Rajvillas. The service was impeccable. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The property is massive and very well maintained (peacocks running around everywhere was definitely a highlight!). We stayed in one of the luxury tent rooms and would highly recommend. Food was also the best we had in Jaipur. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel.

From the pickup at the airport, the check-in within the confines of your room, the customer service and wanting to ensure comfort, the peacocks and other exotic birds, the Shivji Temple across a waterway, the palatial vibe of the place...where do I start and where to stop.

IT IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!! Even if you can experience this hotel for 1 night and be conservative for the remainder of the trip, it will be money well spent.

Overall, this was probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had anywhere. There really aren't enough superlatives to describe how good this hotel was.

By Indian standards, the cost was high. But absolutely worth every penny. The facility is lovely and charming. Beautifully landscaped with plenty of wildlife (mainly birds) on the grounds. It's peaceful and tranquil; an oasis of calm in the middle of frenetic, chaotic India.

I was welcomed straight away and they brought me in to do the check-in formalities. The staff were very friendly, courteous and approachable (and all spoke impeccable English).

En route to the room, the hotel's general manager introduced himself and we chatted briefly. He took great pride in the property and was pretty hands-on; it really showed. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy and also made me feel welcome.

The room itself was great. The hotel grounds were lovely. There were peacocks everywhere. The hotel also has a helipad, tennis courts, a pool, spa and a temple. The food was excellent as well.

Very happy with my stay here and I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Jaipur.

Oberoi Rajvillas is truly one of the best hotels in the world! Our stay at the Rajviillas was the highlight of our trip to India.

The property is magnificent with beautiful, expansive grounds and rooms- truly a slice of paradise in Jaipur. It is extremely well maintained, serene and immaculate. The food at the restaurants is exquisite and tasteful.

But what puts the Rajvillas over the top is the service and the staff. I would rate the staff and the service they provide a 10 out of 5. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by amazing staff that take care of your every need. They provide incredible personal touches- rose petals poured upon you from the rooftops as you arrive, a white chocolate placard made specifically for you, a flat iron they purchase specifically for you becasue you request one. The guest to staff ratio of over the top- you don’t have to lift a finger while you are there.

We had an issue with our flight out of Jaipur and I cannot tell you the lengths the staff at the hotel, the hotel drivers and the Oberoi airport staff went to to get us a new flight in a very tight time window. From the moment the problem was identified to the moment we boarded our new flight, the staff stayed with us and took care of us every step of the way. We could not have managed without them and I cannot thank them enough. I would like to call out each staff member but I cannot because each and every one was incredible!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like Maharajas. We chose this hotel to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Being a same sex couple, I was a little nervous about this as I have read to be careful in India letting people know that you are in a same sex relationship. Nothing could be further from that at the Rajvilas, though. Our anniversary was celebrated so wonderfully. From flowers, to the rose petal bath to spelling our \"Happy Anniversary\" in flower petals on the floor, we could not have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate this occasion, And as if that weren't enough, we had dinner reservations off the property the night of our anniversary and decided to cancel last minute and stay on property as we had some deliveries arriving to the hotel from our day of shopping. We called the hotel and asked them to cancel and make a reservation at one of their restaurants. When we arrived for dinner, they had set us up outside under a beautiful pavilion overlooking the area that musicians and dancers performed in the evening. The area was once again decorated with candles and flowers petals. It was an anniversary we will NEVER forget.

On our last night there, we experienced the elephant safari and had such a wonderful time interacting with our elephant. After that, we were taken to Mr. Oberoi's private residence, Naila Fort that was just exceptional. Thank you Akshit!

A true credit to the Oberoi brand, this property provides all the amenities of a five-star hotel, however the experience feels somewhat like a seven-star given the personal touches, proximity to senior professionals in the hotel and passionate service driven staff. This property shows clear signs of excellent leadership from the General Manager which influences the motivated and exceptionally helpful staff to go beyond their remit. Whilst most hotels offer a welcome and departure which is memorable this hotel offers that extra something - consistency. The arrival, stay and departure provide a consistently exceptional experience. No request is too small or big, the comfort of its guests is the main priority of this property. The hotel complex is breathtaking. The natural wakeup call which is the sound of peacocks on the property grounds, the service promise to deliver food to your room within 30mins, the choice of pillows, entertainment and convenience are all a step ahead of any other hotel which I have stayed in. This property is synonymous with luxury, exceptional experience and memorable.

Our family of four with two teenagers stayed at this hotel in December 2015 and loved the hotel, grounds, and service such that we extended our stay by one day. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The king bed is comfortable. The grounds are like a park with peacocks roaming around and very quiet. The swimming pool is large and heated. The personal service provided at this hotel by each staff member is simply outstanding and incomparable to any other hotel we have stayed at in Europe or USA. The staff knows all guests by name and will go out of their way to provide any service you need. The food, especially the breakfast buffet (although the staff will cook essentially anything you want to eat--Indian or western) is superb. Even though the hotel was full (around 150 guests total), we hardly saw more than a few people at any one time but lots of staff who will give you immediate attention when needed. There are a lot of activities--pool, buggy ride, small playground for kids, badminton, lawn croquet, tennis, spa, demonstrations of local arts and crafts, kite flying. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel for everyone.
