With this price, the conditions of the room, the swimming pool and the breakfast are pretty poor. The staff did not advance there is a cost for the sauna nor any note to be seen, only at the check out they tried to charge for it.

We were given the wrong room type but once I asked about the city view, the front desk was quick to change our room to the correct type. It was a big room but no kettle or cups in the room. Be careful when getting out of your car as we had a close encounter with a coyote. It was fine but a bit scary. Lots of variety at breakfast. It’s worth the upgrade to pay for the city view!

Numa escala de 0 a 5 dou 4 apenas por um senão, estão a precisar de mudar o soalho do chão, muito barulho principalmente nos corredores de acesso aos quartos, assim nos quartos também faz muito barulho. Quanto ao resto, muito bom e com umas vistas da aldeia muito bonita.

Localização maravilhosa, a melhor de Piódão, de frente para a aldeia, com excepcional vista de dia e de noite, estacionamento privativo. Ótima estrutura. O atendimento é muito bom. O quarto é excelente, amplo e confortável, com frigobar. O banheiro é grande e a ducha é boa. O wi-fi é um ponto a ser melhorado, achei apenas razoável. E o café da manhã é excelente, com qualidade e variedade.

Ok hotel in a an amazing location
Amazing location just above the beautiful Piodão Village in the middle of the mountain. Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor with a view for the car parking which was terrible...my room was ok but needs to be renovated and the toilet ,which is big has a bathtub with goes from one side to the other and makes it really complicated to get my self inside/outside and i am sure my mother wouldnt be able to have a shower here... i could hear all the huge noise from the room beside me in the evening, 2 young Spanish guests shouting and laughing as it was nothing so i complained to the recepção on duty but unfortunately nothing changed...
Terrible wifi... Very nice breakfast! As mentioned before the location is amazing and its actually the only hotel in the area so... Just ask for a better view and if you are lucky with next door guests you will enjoy it !

Super emplacement avec super vue sur Piodao. Un grand hôtel dans le ton de la ville, mais un peu vieillot.
Personnel très très gentil (Marianna, Inacio), qui ont bien voulu nous imprimer des pages, nous déboucher et laisser boire une bouteille assis sur leur terrasse malgré le bar présent (et ouvert). Merci encore :)

Hotel com vista privilegiada sobre a aldeia de Piódão. É fantástico olhar pela janela do quarto e ter aquele quadro real, ao vivo e a cores. Então à noite, com a aldeia iluminada, é simplesmente único!
Apresenta linhas modernas e quartos bastante espaçosos. O staff é simpático e prestável; deram-nos bastantes dicas sobre o que visitar na região e foram muito responsivos aos e-mails (inclusive, fui contactada via telefone para um esclarecimento mais imediato de uma dúvida em relação ao quarto que pretendíamos).
É possível almoçar e jantar no hotel mediante o pagamento de um valor extra. Tendo em conta a qualidade e a variedade da comida, creio que o valor é bastante justo.
Aspetos MENOS POSITIVOS: Como estávamos com um bebé, solicitamos um berço. No entanto, basicamente fomos obrigados a escolher entre ter um quarto com vista ou um que permitisse a colocação de berço. Inicialmente, pensamos que seria por uma questão de espaço, mas não... são políticas internas do hotel: não autorizam a colocação de berço no quarto com vista para a aldeia.
Devido ao COVID-19 (creio eu), notamos algum comprometimento na qualidade dos serviços: a piscina interior tinha reaberto há pouco tempo e a água ainda estava fria. Para além disso, havia poucos funcionários a dar apoio no restaurante (apenas 2, que tinham de servir os clientes, recolher a louça, desinfetar, preparar as mesas, etc.), o que é mau para a celeridade do serviço, mas também creio que sobrecarrega e desmotiva os funcionários.

Aspetos MENOS POSITIVOS: Como estávamos com um bebé, solicitamos um berço. No entanto, basicamente fomos obrigados a escolher entre ter um quarto com vista ou um que permitisse a colocação de berço. Inicialmente, pensamos que seria por uma questão de espaço, mas não... são políticas internas do hotel: não autorizam a colocação de berço no quarto com vista para a aldeia.
Devido ao COVID-19 (creio eu), notamos algum comprometimento na qualidade dos serviços: a piscina interior tinha reaberto há pouco tempo e a água ainda estava fria. Para além disso, havia poucos funcionários a dar apoio no restaurante (apenas 2, que tinham de servir os clientes, recolher a louça, desinfetar, preparar as mesas, etc.), o que é mau para a celeridade do serviço, mas também creio que sobrecarrega e desmotiva os funcionários.

A sanita estava com água a vazar (se fizesse chichi o liquido escorria por debaixo da sanita) e o chuveiro também vazava muita agua ao tomarmos banho, portanto o banheiro ficou todo molhado.
Nao solicitamos a troca de quarto pois nos foi informado que teriamos que ficar no quarto de acesso a deficiente pois era o único disponivel.
O quarto que ficamos era no 1º andar e com isso não se tinha muita vista da janela.
O ar condicionado do quarto também não funcionou e o banheiro era bem simples, deixou muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, esperava bem mais.
Ponto positivo: a estrutura do hotel, a localização e vista para Piodão são incriveis. A cama tambem era bem confortavel.
