The hotel was stunning, a modern mountain vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pools are spectacular, we had seen a photo of these and that was why we visited. We were not disappointed, cave like steam rooms and saunas, multiple pools.
The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and we will go back. I should also mention the bar food was to a very high standard, reasonable prices and large portions.

Amazing

Wonderful spa/hotel experience. My wife is a celiac and the nutritionist arranged with the chef for a personalized gluten fee menu. The massages were fantastic. A beautiful experience.

Passeio por norte

O hotel é confortável e com boas piscinas para relaxar. A aldeia onde o hotel está localizado tem bons restaurantes e a sua pessoas são muito simpáticas. Gostamos muito . O que gostamos menos é que no fim da estadia queríamos ficat mais um pouco antes de viajar e já não tínhamos acesso à piscina a não ser que efetuássemos pagamento .

Este é sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. O complexo de piscinas é formidável, o restaurante serve refeições de ótima qualidade e os funcionários são muito prestativos. O ginásio esportivo possui equipamentos de primeira qualidade. Pena que não possui aparelhos para exercitar as pernas. A propriedade fica numa região linda da Serra da Estrela. É um lugar perfeito para descansar e relaxar.
