The hotel is new, clean and very comfortable. There is a supermarket besides the hotel, so if you want to save a few bucks, you can get supplies there. The hotel is somewhat close to downtown but you will have to walk about 20 min up hill to get to the restaurants and local shops.

We were visiting F&F and this was a very convenient hotel, standing in between the new and old part of town. Facilities have been renovated and everything was clean and straightforward.

Have stayed here several times. Offer was 34 euros a night. Room at front was large with great view over the valley when the sun comes up. Good bathroom, comfortable bed. Great breakfast but poor coffee. Staff are friendly.

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy parking and quick access to Serra da Estrella mountains. The Internet was not functional while we were there, which made planning for our next day incredibly difficult.

Hotel room was very cold. Pool was luke warm at best. Staff were rude, unreasonable. The hotel trumped up charges to our room that were not explained to us (we requested a crib, which is free, they said they did not have one and offered an extra bed, which they tried to charge us for). Would not recommend this hotel- but highly recommend the Serra da Estrela mountains (we've been 5 times and this was our only bad experience)

El hotel está bien , la piscina cubierta es de un tamaño aceptable y puedes ir cuando quieras . No tiene vigilancia ni nadie responsable allí por lo que los niños harán mucho ruido , el desayuno es bueno y la cena es regular si vas a media pensión , no recomiendo comer a Medio día ya que es a la carta , los precios son altos y la calidad es baja , nos pusieron un chuletón que era un 70% tendones y un 30% grasa por 22 euros .los camareros son atentos pero sin experiencia alguna

Les chambres ont besoin d’un bon coup ( peintures etc) et le seul souci majeur se sont les baignoires, très glissantes ! Pour des personnes d’une certaine mobilité réduite , c’est pas évident d’enjamber ! Sinon le personnel est sympa. Lors de la réservation nous avons demandé une chambre en hauteur et avec insistance, nous l’avons obtenu !
Il faudrait mettre en place dans votre application, une réservation systématique si le client demande une chambre en hauteur, car très souvent, ce souhait n’est pas réalisé .. !

La habitación buena y amplia, solamente los amenities de baño podrían ser un poco mejores. Desayuno muy bueno y variado, con medidas de seguridad y distanciamiento, solicitan utilizar guantes de plástico en el buffet, solamente podrían coordinar un poco mejor el número de personas sirviéndose en el buffet a la vez. Lo demás perfecto, áreas comunes del hotel agradables y muy limpias, lobby, bar, etc. No hemos disfrutado de la piscina ni de la cena en el restaurante pero nos pareció un 4* estrellas muy bueno en todos sus servicios.

O que não gostei foi o fato da piscina aquecida, assim como a academia serem abertas ao público. Reservei esse hotel principalmente pela bela piscina aquecida, mas quando chegamos todos preparados para desfrutar da piscina, simplesmente estava tendo aula de natação para crianças. O local estava repleto de crianças e suas mães. Também a jacuzzi estava tomada pelas crianças. Achei que esse fato deveria ser informados aos pretensos hóspedes.

Hotel muito confortável. Usamos ele como base para conhecer a Serra da Estrela. Tem sauna, banho turco, restaurante muito bom e o café da manhã também é dos melhores. Está próximo de shopping e posto de gasolina. Quarto confortável, com climatização, espaçoso e o banheiro também atende muito bem. TV é grande e há tomadas suficientes para celulares e notebooks.
