The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The walk to the concert was only 3 minutes. The breakfast buffet was very good for a reasonable price. But we wanted to check in online on the screen provided to skip the long line, but the @-sign wasn't working so online check in was not possible. Also because of the concert next door there was only a street food buffet for dinner that was overpriced in my opinion. In general the hotel is nice and a good option if you need to stay close to the \"Messe\". Would be nice to get a reduced parking fee when staying at the hotel.

Hotel offers easy access to Hannover Fairgrounds

This hotel is very convenient if you are attending any event at the Hannover fairgrounds. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well maintained. If I were to provide a small amount of feedback, it would be that it would be nice if the restaurant had a larger menu as there aren't many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is perfect for conventions at the convention centre. The air con did not work properly so it was always warm in the hotel. They do not offer feather free options so they gave me a cushion from a sofa to sleep on.

On the road

Driving to spain. Stayed in this hotel. It was very quiet on the weekend. But had great food and service in the restaurant. Room nice. It is in a convention area so not too much around.

Good for the exhibition centre - Not near town

2 day trip for a conference. Hotel is relatively new and in good condition. The hotel serves the exhibition centre and is ideal for that. Getting there is either cheap and difficult or quick and expensive. Taxi is 30 mins and 60 Euros. Train is 4 euros and takes 1 hour with a change at main station, and a 400 mtr walk to the hotel. Not ideal in the recent snow conditions.
There is nothing but the Conference centre in the immediate area. 2 days in the hotel is enough before getting boring as there is limited dining with limited choice. It's also expensive for Hannover. There is a small fitness centre with Sauna / Steam room, otherwise it's a focused business hotel.

A decent hotel while working at the Messe

This was only a stay for somewhere to sleep for one night, As such I didn't manage to eat in the hotel (due to late arrival and early checkout), but the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Great Expo location. Good food & breakfast but the barman had to work hard as on his own. Gym pretty basic with 4 bits of kit, treadmill, step, Nordic & bike but good enough. Rooms & beds very good

Overall good, but be aware of position for Messe

This hotel was clean and the room was large with modern furnishings and clean. The breakfast was of good quality (19 euros). The staff are distant but polite. You need to be aware that this hotel is on the south side of the Deutsche Messe, which means that if you need to get to Hall 19 or 20 for Biotechnica, it is 3km away from these halls. So it's either a taxi ride or be prepared for a 30-40 min walk depending on how fast you walk. It is about 30 mins drive from the airport and a taxi there costs 57 euros.

Great hotel, overly staff

We stayed for the second time to attend the VW show on 1 May. Great value hotel, perfect location for what we needed. Staff are lovely and could not be more helpful.
Bit out of it if you are visiting the city, but 20 min tram for 6€ gets you to the centre.
Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel but employees needs training.

I usually go out of my way to stay at the Raddison Blu despite my meeting being in the city centre. But it seems loyalty is not always respected any more. The same chicken ceased salad I order every time is always different and missing items. I can never know why? The first room given was on the roadside despite requesting a room in the opposite side, then the 2nd room was a single bed, then the third change of room was an older room. All these happened in one day !!!!

very good welcome, probably the best i have had. the concierge said good evening mr (my name) as i approached the desk and was very welcoming offering to put in a cot for my son. i was very impressed by his warm welcome, knowing who i was before being prompted and general helpfulness, it was just what i needed after 10 hours driving!

room was compact but had good facilitites and a good view. room could have been a bit cleaner as there was dust evident (e.g. on the inside of the wardrobe - i know people don't usually look there but my 18 month old son insisted on us going into the wardrobe to hide. on the inside of the door there was a noticeable amount of dust).

ordered a pizza at the bar which was ok, but i would bet money that the pizza base was a frozen one. i was hoping for a base made in the hotel, with good chefs a this hotel has,they should be able to make their own pizza bases.

bar staff good and attentive. same with the breakfast service staff. breakfast was good, with a chef on duty to cook omlettes to order. food on offer was what you would expect from a good german hotel, a good range of very good food.

Convenient hotel away from the hussle and bustle

Brand-new clean hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms are sizeable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with options for carnivores and vegetarians as well as sweet-tooth owners. We managed to get an early check-in which we were desperate for before heading to the arena for RW concert.

We stayed here for one night in order to break up our long drive from London to Poland. We couldn't fault the hotel and it served it's purpose. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the food was good. It was in a brilliant location for us. We would stay again.

Perfect for the TUI Arena

Me and my daughter stayed here two nights for the Green Day concert at the TUI Arena and overall we were quite pleased - the hotel is literally right next to the arena and arena car park. However the details for the hotel say that there is an airport shuttle bus and there definitely isn't - we had to get a taxi from the airport to hotel that cost about 50 euro each way which we weren't prepared for at all as we hadn't thought about the details being wrong. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted it for but the area around was completely deserted with only one small supermarket at a local petrol station open and there was a severe lack of things to do while we were waiting for the concert. The Expo Plaza looks like it is really quite abandoned and empty. Drinks in the hotel were very expensive but food was reasonable and was very good quality. Breakfast buffet was great and very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again for a concert at the TUI Arena, but despite how pleased I was with the hotel itself and staff, if I wanted to explore Hannover I would find somewhere much closer to the city centre.

Fantastic Stay. The hotel was very quiet given I stayed on the night of a huge concert :) Staff were efficient and very friendly, room was clean with a nice comfy bed.
Buffet breakfast was very nice too.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pleasant Surprise

Past reviews were limited and the price was too good to be true during the Hannover Fair, so I wasn't expecting too much. The hotel is an ideal location for the Fair (with an overpass -- short walk to the West entrance), the rooms were excellent -- very comfortable and stylish. The restaurant had a limited menu.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist super. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr gross geschnitten. Die Betten laden zu einem Nap jede Zeit ein. Lediglich der seltsame Geruch auf den Gängen war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Erstaunlich gut!


Das Hotel liegt recht weit ab vom Schuss (ehem. ExpoGelände), aber die Straßenbahn Linie 6 (Haltestelle 3 - 5 Minuten Fußweg) bringt einen direkt in die Innenstadt (z.B. Kröpcke).
Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und in der Bar.
Leider ist an der Bar keine Barzahlung möglich; Handyzahlung klappte nicht, Karte musste benutzt werden.
Ansonsten ist das Radisson Blu wirklich zu empfehlen…

God service, romslige rom og god frokost.

Frokosten var veldig god og innsjekking gikk fint. Tok noe tid når vi skulle spørre om hjelp, men hun kom relativt raskt. Vi var noe usikre på rommet vårt og fikk lov til å bytte flere ganger uten problemer. Hun sørget for at vi fikk et rom vi var komfortable med uten at vi følte oss til bry. Gratis parkering utenfor. Rommene med tregulv ser veldig moderne ut, rommene var romslige, og det var rent. Noe små hår her og der, ellers fint. Kan fint velge dette igjen.

Hotel liegt zentral am Messegelände. Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings riesiges Manko: Die Klimaanlage ist bereits seit mehr als 3 Tagen komplett defekt. Gäste bekommen Gratis-Wasser. Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen ist das eine sehr kleine Entschädigung. Das müsste in so einem großen Haus am Messegelände schneller repariert werden können.

Zu wenig Sauberkeit für den Preis

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Daraufhin gab es ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war dann in Ordnung, allerdings waren auch hier viele Stellen wie z.B. der Toilettenpapierhalter stark verstaubt.

Das Hotel.. die Lage direkt an der ZAG Arena perfekt von dort aus zur Show zu kommen Super gut zu erreichen mit der Bahn zb. ab Flughafen.

Einzig was nicht soo gut war das Angebot zum Abendessen im Hotel nicht ganz so viel Auswahl und zb. Wiener Schnitzel sehr sehr überteuert.

Et stort hotel, hvor vi føltes os som de eneste. Da vi skulle spise morgenmad, var der ingen til at betjene os, hvilket ikke burde ske på et hotel som Radisson Blu. Vi sad helt alene i morgenmadsrestauranten og var nødt til at gå helt ind i køkkenet for at finde en kok.

gerne nochmal, aber Zimmerauswahl beachten

komfortables Hotel mit netten Angestellten, gerne nochmal.
Bei der Buchung darauf achten das das Zimmer nicht Richtung Autobahn ist, außer man ist nicht Lärmempfindlich.
Und im Restaurant frühzeitig buchen sonst kann es sein das ein große Gruppe alle Tische belegt.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Wir hatten 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten bebucht. Erstes Zimmer war ein Doppenbett... Das Personal hat Sehr professionell reagiert und uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches Richtig war.
