A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. Affordable. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way. Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can.

Rooms are basic and the bed was a little hard. The staff (and there was a very large staff at the restaurant and the front desk) were friendly. It must have been low season because it seemed to have double the amount of people as necessary in the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was great! The location is close to a beautiful park and the Zoo. A fitness center would be ideal

Nice spot, if a little noisy at night

Very nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Just using as an over night bed on the way from Denmark to Austria; but great location for drivers- 24 hour for front desk ( important as I was arriving at 2am) and very comfortable large single bed at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in the area another time.

More Suited to Business Travelers

We knew the location was not great as a bit out of town.
The room was small, there was no in- room coffee or tea. They did provide free coffee in the lobby but not convenient for most travelers. They did have gummy bears ??? Not sure as this hotel seems better suited to business travelers. Our TV set broke down and while they did offer another room we declined as after a day of walking and sightseeing we didn’t want to have to pack up.

The front desk staff was helpful but overall I would not stay here again.

Good for a short stay, friendly staff

We stayed here for one night for an Ed Sheeran concert at the Messe. It was easy to get to the Messe from the Hotel by public transport. Reception was very helpful explaining how to get there. The hotel is quite large and our room was of a sufficient size for 2 adults and 1 child for our short stay. If we had stayed longer, I would have found the room a bit on the small size with the added camp bed for my daughter. We did not have breakfast as we found the price a bit steep at roughly Euro 20 per person given that that would have pushed up the price for a one night stay to nearly Euro 200 for the 3 of us. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay but if we had stayed longer, I would have looked for something cheaper that included breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed here with family in July, observation based on this:
The good:
- great location, literally 2-3 minutes walk to nearest tram station that will connect you to any part of the city.
- breakfast is very, very nice. good variety of nice food.
- wellness section - pool and sauna available, a nice addition that was not reflected in the price

The bad:
- I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking but I like bed with a firm mattress.

Not a fancy, posh hotel but has everything that a hotel needs to have. A solid choice for staying in Hanover.

I enjoy staying at this hotel for the breakfast buffet which is fantastic in a lovely bright room with large windows and a view over the gardens, and the swimming pool on the 17th floor with great views.

The WiFi is poor both connection and bandwidth. The rooms are clean and acceptable. The bar and food is excellent although service can be slow.

This hotel was nice and was convenient as our business venue was located just a two minuted walk away. The service was very good and the employees were very attentive. The hotel was a bit older and outdated and some of the rooms were extremely small. It was also quite quiet which was very nice and didn't hear any noise during the night. Location is not the best as there is not much around. The bell boy was amazing and super friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel.

My room was quiet, clean and comfortable with excellent views. The city park was only over the road giving access to acres of lovely woodland and only a 2 minute walk from the Hannover Congress Centre. Ideal if you want a quieter stay out of town. 12 min bus ride to central station with a regular service. Impressive and beautiful city!

Cozy Hotel Near Parks and Zoo and the Messe

It was a night stay before our flight home. It is a nice hotel if you have a car and parking was free. Room and bathroom was excellent and it was in the 14th floor. Everything works and no complaint about the room and the hotel property.
It has a nice and cozy restaurant called DEINS and serves mostly steak and burgers.

Decent Value - Frustrating Internet Policy

The hotel is good for an inexpensive place to stay. There is no real room service. The wifi policy allows for two devices and while traveling for work I had four, including a personal and company iPhone. They initially said that it was two devices at a time, but it was only the first two for the whole week I was there. The restaurant and wait staff were great!

A nice hotel that's excellent value for money. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and clean. This hotel is only a short distance from the city centre but made easily accessible by the regular trams which stop across the road. highly recommended.

Booked the hotel on line 10 min befor arrived with secure card on file for $266. At arrival the hotel is not worth $150 stuff was extremely rude. I told I want to cancel and they said good but we will charge your card for full amount $266 even that I just booked 10 minutes ago.
I left the hotel with the hope they will not scam me.
When I will get back home to US I will have to contact my bank to solve this issue.

Booked in a rush. Was lured by pics of pool but pool turned out to be closed for refurbishment. There is nothing in walking distance which is a problem if you want to nip out for breakfast because €18 for the buffet feels too steep. Probably okay if you stay here for conference but not for leisure.

This hotel for us was a great place to lay our heads and dine in a good restaurant.

We would like to stay again!

I stayed this hotel with my 4-years-old son for visiting the zoo.

The hotel has a good access to the U Bahn station, and we frequently used the U Bahns to go downtown for shopping and visiting the zoo. My son really enjoyed taking the U Bahns!

If you stay with your kids for the zoo, I recommend this hotel since the staffs are friendly, in addition, a very nice breakfast buffet and the swimming pool are offered. (A lot of hotels in downtown actually don't not have pools.)

We would like to stay here again.

When i arrived i was offered for an upgrade for 8€ .the room was pretty clean probably exactly as good as i paid for. inly thing is if you leave the hotel after 2pm they don't provide make up room service anymore. and also a bit annoying they knock you door every hour from 9am even on the day you check out.Still nice hotel i rented a car so was location was not a problem for me.

A bit low rent: Don't have high expectations!

had 2 nights on business, everything was, well, just ok. Room was clean, but a bit scruffy. décor is a bit tired: kept awake by noises from upstairs. Pool was ok but not very warm. No Gym. The heating in my room didn't work - had to report it twice, it was eventually fixed with no problem, but the room didn't warm up until the morning I left. It's ideally placed for the conference centre and Zoo, and is a cheap cab ride into the city centre. Internet access was expensive. Breakfast was ok, but expensive. Not a bad experience, but not a good one either; Staff were efficient and friendly. wouldn't recommend it to a friend - will look elsewhere on my next visit.

Congress Hotel Am Stadt Park

The hotel is located within walking distance of my destination. If I did not want to walk I could take the 11 tram (about a block from the hotel) one stop and it would leave me about two blocks to walk. The 11 tram can take you right to city center and there are also two buses very close to the hotel that can do the same.

The food at the restaurant is quite good but the service can be slow.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and has a friendly and helpful reception staff.

I would stay there again during my next visit to Hannover.

Conveniently located to tram and easy access to downtown and the hannover fair grounds. However, very small room...about 10' x 15' space overall including bathroom. If you're just sleeping there and it's a short stay, it's fine...but if you're spending anymore time in youroom than that then it's a little too small.

Der Empfang im Hotel sollte dringend besser über die aktuellen Preise informiert sein. Bei meiner Anreise wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück pro Person .. Euro kostet – sogar für mein 8-jähriges Kind. Bei der Abreise sprach ich das Thema erneut an, und die Dame erklärte mir, dass das Frühstück tatsächlich ..Euro kostet und mein Sohn kostenlos gewesen wäre. Solche widersprüchlichen Informationen sind für Gäste sehr ärgerlich.

Auch im Restaurant war der Service leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Nachdem wir die Speisekarte erhalten hatten, wurden wir in einem unfreundlichen Ton gefragt, ob wir zum Konzert möchten. Als ich verneinte, bekamen wir als Antwort: „Dann müssen Sie länger auf Ihr Essen warten.“ So etwas sollte in einem gepflegten Hotel nicht passieren.

Zudem wollte ich ursprünglich direkt im Hotel buchen. Am Telefon wurde mir jedoch ein Preis von 390 Euro für die erste Nacht und ..Euro für die zweite genannt. Über Expedia habe ich für beide Nächte zusammen nur Euro bezahlt. Für mich als Stammkunde ergibt eine Direktbuchung im Hotel unter diesen Bedingungen absolut keinen Sinn.

Schönes Hotel, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Kuppelsaal hat. Sehr praktisch dass die Gebäude verbunden sind und man trocken und ohne Jacke einfach dorthin laufen kann. Auch am Abend noch einen Drink an der Bar war sehr schön. Der Frühstücksraum , die nette Bedienung, den Blick in die Natur und die große Auswahl hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für unseren Hund gab es sogar Näpfe, Decke und ein extra Schild ! Das hatten wir bisher noch nie. Super! Und dann noch direkte Nähe zu dem großen Wald gegenüber war super. Schade dass der direkte Park für Hunde nicht erlaubt ist. Aber dafür kann das hotel ja nichts. Können wir nur empfehlen. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Dankeschön!

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the male staff member on duty. Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to \"wait a moment\" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me. They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me. This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background.

Der Check In verlief reibungslos, das Personal sehr nett und höflich. Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) war gut und sauber. Das Abendessen im Parkrestaurant war okay, das Personal nett und höflich. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll und reichhaltig, für jeden etwas dabei. Und der Blick aus dem Restaurant in den stadtpark wundervoll. Das Personal wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem also ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Ich war geschäftlich nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Sollte ich jedoch noch einmal nach Hannover kommen, würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Das Hotel war für meinen Aufenthalt (30.04.-04.05.) sehr gut geeignet. Sehr schön sind die Umgebung (Zoo, Stadtpark, ruhige Lage). Mit der Bahn ist das Hotel in 15 Minuten aus der Innenstadt sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen. Leider war bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen, dass der Preis nicht das Frühstück beinhaltete. Letztlich empfinde ich eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück für ca. 150 Euro bei dieser Ausstattung für zu hoch.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht plus Frühstück dort. Zimmer war Top, alles incl. Einchecken klappte super, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, es war alkes da und für jeden findet sich was. Wer hier etwas auszusetzen hat, dem kann man wirklich nicht helfen.

1. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Alle Kühlschränke im Hotel wurden, angeblich aufgrund der Umwelt, abgeschaltet. Bei 33° keine Empfehlung. 2. Die Auflage, die auf dem Bett lag war an der Hinterseite, der direkt auf der Bettwäsche lag, sichtbar schmutzig. Ich habe diese Auflage auf dem Boden gelegt, mit der schmutzigen Seite oben. Zu meinem Erstauen lag die gleiche Schmutzige Auflage mit dem gleichen Flecken (getrockneter Yoghurt, oder Schlimmeres?) wieder auf meiner sauberen Bettwäsche.
Ansonsten ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und alles ok, tolle Lage direkt am Kongresscenter.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.Auch eine Sauna
ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert) ist fussläufig erreichbar und auch die Bahn ins Zentrum.
Der Service im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und auch das Bett hatte eine gute Größe.

Sehr kleines Zimmer und Bad.
Bett zu klein, ich bin 188 cm.
Das Kopfkissen ist eine Zumutung für die Halswirbelsäule.
Frühstück ist gut, jedoch keine 21,50€ wert.

Schade, dass man erst im Hotel mitgeteilt bekommt, dass der Wellnesbereich geschlossen ist.
Kopfkissen waren zum im Sitzen schlafen gut, nicht aber um mit dem Kopf darauf zu liegen .

Gå afstand til Zoo, men ikke centralt

Det var var et værelse og ok morgen buffet. Der var dog kun lidt af hvert, da der var ret få på hotellet.

Hotellet ligger ikke centralt, men ligger ved en dejlig park, og i gåafstand til Zoo.

Der er parkerings kælder til en rimelig pris, og ellers kan man parkere gratis uden for hotellet.

Fint hotel til god pris

Godt beliggende hotel tæt ved motorvej til overnatning på gennemrejse. Rigtig fint hotel. Gode parkeringsmuligheder.
Hyggelig beliggenhed med smuk have.
Vi fravalgte dog morgenmad pga prisen.
