Overall was really good, I was just disappointed that the buffet was fully set up as if the hotel was full when we were just a few guests. I would recommend that room service was provided or breakfast ordered the night before and prepared per each order. The amount of food that was displayed will end up in the garbage and that is sad.

The hotel located in old building that used to be pen factory. 4th floor doesn’t have elevators, you have to climb 30 stairs at least.
The room was dirty, spider nets on the light fixtures, tv almost on the floor, you can’t seat and watch tv, definitely not from the bed.
The crew communicated, but no results, only sorry and that’s what we have.
I’m sorry but it’s not the Sheraton network that I used to.

Good breakfast, amazing conversion of a world famous factory into a great hotel with superb high ceilings. Adjacent gym one of the most comprehensively equipped gyms I've seen in a long time

Nice hotel next to tram line to Central Station where you can go anywhere in Germany with very little effort. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much at the Sheridan and protect Lee thank the hotel staff at the breakfast dining room for their courtesy and kindness. Very nice experience

Nice place but the charge for internet use in your room at €90 per day is robbery, the bar is opposite the hotel and small and dark not the nicest place to sit and relax after work.

Moldy shower, exceptionally rude reception staff, non-functional wi fi and computers. The staff refused to provide me a receipt when I checked out because I booked on Hotels.com. My adult son stayed with us 2 of the 3 nights and the hotel would not reduce the price for the third night. There are no restaurants near by. However the U bahn is in walking distance.

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable with friendly staff, its not too far from the town centre, transport is just outside (tram) and its fairly close to the motorway.

The Italian restaurant close by serves good food too.

Absolutely a great place to stay!!!!!

We loved this hotel! Everyone was friendly and lovely- and so sweet, which is unsusual and very special. Very dog friendly as well.The hotel was beautiful and we will visit again when we pass through Germany. What a truely wonderfful surprise!

Conveniently located to train in city - 3 stops

Hotel service was very good, we had a suite on the ground floor which was very big and comfortable.

Breakfasts were very nice

The hotel is located in the pelikan square which is a former pen factory, the hotel has a restaurant plus there is a really well known good restaurant and a cocktail bar across the square, normally we stay in the city centre itself but this time chose here as our friends were getting married in the aposthalle opposite, I'm glad we did as we will return the area was really nice and there is a tram stop across the road which gets you into city centre in under 5 minutes - easy to use, cheap and quick

Good Sheraton, great breakfast and recommended

Great Sheraton, many are not good, this one is. Rooms appear to have been refurbished since my last stay and are very comfortable.
Only problem was the aircon was not working in my room and it was hot and stuffy.

NOT SUITABLE FOR GAY COUPLES

The room we had was on the 4th or 5th floor and it was terrible to get there. We had to use the lift till the 3rd floor and walk up with so much luggage with no help from the hotel staff. We are a gay couple visiting for a weekend and the man at the reception automatically gave us two single beds. I was scared to ask for a double bed as I was afraid it might invoke homophobic sentiments in him.
Overall we had a terrible stay as the hotel did nothing to make out stay comfortable.

Good service. The first room I stayed in smelled of cigarette-smoke, but I was able to move to a new room when requested.
Disappointing to have to pay for internet connection. This should have been included in rate.
I suggest you provide better lightening in the bathroom (makeup-mirror)

This is a lovely building. What I absolutely hated was all the add-ons and up-selling. Why is it that the more expensive the hotel, the more they ding you for every little thing? Other hotels which were much cheaper had free internet. This hotel wanted 19 Euros!!!! When we asked about places to eat, the only place they suggested was their restaurant - again very overpriced compared to other places nearby. There's not much to do in this area, and staff was not helpful about helping us get around to do some sight-seeing. This was the most disappointing stay of my two weeks in Germany/

The Sheraton Hannover Pelikan Hotel

The room was very spacious, the reception staff was very helpful with regards to places to eat and things to do. The transportation system was very near and easy to access and very easy to use. Would stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Hannover, Germany.

The hotel was nice and the room looked very nice with a modern layout in a remodeled old pen factory. The mattress on the bed had a plastic lining that made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. It was a little better when I put a bath towel under the bottom sheet, but all in all, very sleepless while there.

A truely Great hotel Experience

I had forgotten how good The Starwood group are, and my recent stay at the Sheraton has reminded me to use them more regularly, the hotel was superb, cool room, great bar, a huge independent ajoining gym, free to hotel guests, with modern equipment, sauna etc.
But as always it is the staff that makes the experience great, and all my interactions with staff were faultless, even to the point of the receptionist giving me a bottle of water unprompted when they saw me returning from a run in the forest which is directly opposite the hotel.

Nach dem Tausch des Zimmers: Matratze veraltet und ohne Hinweis auf Französisches Bett, mit einer Decke bei 2 Gäste über 75 jährig..
Das Personal beim Frühstück war ein Lichtblick. Absolut überzeugend und richtig nett und lösungsorientiert.
28,00€ pP zum Frühstück ist grenzwertig. Alternative gut.

Executive Zimmer ist im 4. OG (Aufzug geht nur bis zum 3. OG). Das Frühstück war leider nicht so gut (kalter Bacon und geschmacklich wenig überzeugendes Rührei). Kaffee ist so lala. Zimmer war sehr gut klimatisiert (sehr positiv)! Fliesen im Bad mit vielen Macken (Risse und abplatzungen). Boden im Bad ist nicht für allzu hohes Gewicht ausgelegt (macht Geräusche bei über 120 KG). Personal hat morgens mehrfach geklopft (könnte man vielleicht auf einmal reduzieren - einmal um die Verbrauchsmaterialien zu kontrollieren und einmal um die Betten zu machen).

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und relativ zentraler Lage. Sehr gut und umfangreich war auch das Frühstück, wobei der Preis jedoch recht hoch war.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren zwei Nächte im Pelikan Hotel und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gefreut haben wir uns über das Upgrade auf eine Suite, etwas mehr Platz (zwei Räume, wenn auch ohne Tür) war bei einem mitreisenden Kind hilfreich. Die Suite war in einem guten Zustand, modern, bequem und sauber. Das Bad fanden wir etwas eng, aber wichtiger war uns auch hier die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal am Empfang ebenso wie im Frühstücksrestaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Sehr schön fand ich das große Fenster und die große Höhe des Zimmers. Insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker.

하노버에 괜찮은 호텔이 별로 없다. 찾고 찾아서 가봤는데 스위트인데도 그냥 그랬다. 리셉션 직원들이 그리 친절한 편은 아니고, 조식 직원들은 매우 친절했다. 룸 서비스는 음료와 술만 되고, 방 온도는 히터로 조절했다.

Es war sehr schön und vor allem die Lage war gut. Die Größe war mehr als ausreichend. Wir hatte einen sehr netten Kellner den Herrn Köhlmann. Er hat das alles sehr gut und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gehändelt. Des Weiteren war es nur etwas schade, dass wir für unsere Gäste, die zu Besuch da waren, nicht das Special Frühstücksoffer nutzen konnten.
