The hotel is convenient to the city center, train and tram services. The room was very spacious by European standards plus the room had a microwave and refrigerator so a big plus. The only issue was upon arrival from an international flight, a room was not ready which was fine, but then when I asked for the baggage to me stored until check in time I was told that there wasn’t t enough room in the storage area and that I would need to just leave it without it being secured and was offered to then purchase a locker for my backpack but my large luggage would not fit so I would need to leave it out. This don’t seem appropriate as a paying customer, there must be some system that hotel staff can figure out when people will be traveling in and to expect them to have luggage- especially international travelers and those staying for multiple nights- there should be some alternative storage space hotel staff can store bags. For example if they know the room they will place you in but it just needs cleaning - why not place the bags there and then when the room is clean you can check in. It’s not suitable to not offer an accommodation to a guest.

This hotel was near the train station, and lots of restaurants. I get the feeling they don't get a lot of english speakers, but we figured it out. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Because the area is near the bus and trains, there are a few homeless out on the streets, but that isn't the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

I believe there were bedbugs in my hotel bedding and mattress. I have consulted my doctor, who confirms that the red marks on my body are from vermin. I was forced to fumigate or destroy my clothing and suitcase.

We were so pleasantly surprised about this hotel. We had booked it due to its proximity to the main train station but weren't expecting much else. We loved our room and all of its amenities -- it reminded us of a Japanese style hotel where there are lots of room amenities (e.g., our room had 3 sinks, which was very convenient for our group of 4). The hotel is across the street from the back entrance to the train station, so it is very easy to walk through the station (which also has lots of shopping and dining options) to the main shopping district which is in front of the station. We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else if our travels take us back to downtown Hannover.

This was very much a last-minute booking picked for the price and the proximity to the main station. However, it turned out to be an absolute GEM!
Checkin was super efficient and staff were friendly: room was enormous, with a mini kitchenette and a separate bath/shower to the toilet. After a long day of travelling, it was such a godsend to be able to have a bath.
I didn't choose to have the breakfast: I went into the station instead for snacks and some food. There was also some snack food available in the lobby in the evening.
I also (unfortunately) ended up leaving something in my room: was a bit difficult to get through on the phone, but I used the hotel email from the Novotel site, and got an almost instant response. Long story short, my beloved travel bear was posted back to me by hotel staff who were super efficient!
I was travelling with my pet: and this a really great option: plenty of space to set up the travel pen, and a completely reasonable upgrade fee for the room.

My family of 3 was given a room (no 115) catered for handicapped. The room was great, came with a microwave oven, fridge and a water boiler.
I was not happy with the spacious bathroom as every time when we have shower, the whole bathroom floor will get wet and we have to rinse the whole floor off the soapy water after every shower....
I was just wondering why were we given this type of room? Are they running out of normal room for 3 of us?
Another thing is the lobby area.. when we stayed at Novotel Suites Den Haag last year, the lobby provides free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and some oranges/apples too.. unfortunately not the same for this Novotel Suites Hannover.. But overall we still love Novotel Suites.. reasonable price with nice, clean and well equipped room 👍👍

The check in process went well and the staff was friendly. Walking into my room it immediately felt dated (early 2000s). The toilet room was small was totally separate from the shower (and bath for those that take a bath at a hotel). Both rooms had a cruise ship feel. The bed was good, but unfortunately I could not sleep with the windows open as a main bus station was right outside of the hotel.

Close to all amenities in central Hannover
The hotel was just at the back of the railway station and across from the bus station with just a short walk to the city centre. Our room was large with a separate toilet and had a bath and a good power shower. The room is very large with a kettle with tea /coffee topped up daily. There is no curtains except blinds which I didn't like. Our room faced building site but we heard no noise. I slept in the single bed which I found uncomfortable it is a small single. The were lots of light switches on the wall on the opposite side of the room but I was unable to switch any on or off from my bed so had to get up to switch on and off, very annoying!! My other friend had the same problem in another room. The lifts were swift and corridors quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The drinks at the bar were inexpensive in the evening. It was good value stay, it was the lighting in the room which was its downfall.

The rooms are large and the biggest we have stayed in as a family. I was surprised to find a separate shower and a bath. Also, the room could be divided in two, separating the children's sleeping area. Our boys loved free use of Wii U and games near reception. Staff on reception were very nice and helpful, e.g. recommending the underground as the best way to reach the zoo.
The only downside is that there is building work going on right next to the hotel and a we didn't feel that comfortable in the surrounding area. Would have preferred staying in a busier more tourist location on the other side of the train station.

An attractive way to see Hannover
The local roadworks were a slight inconvenience, but otherwise the hotel was wonderfully located for access to the station and walking to the town centre. Our room suited us well, cleverly designed it maximised the use of space, was attractive and well appointed. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return.

Very nice Suite in a great location (construction next door may become an issue someday but did no disturb us) with train station less than a block away with lots of shopping and dining and downtown a stroll away.
Only complaint was the mattress was way too hard for us and took several nights to adapt to - unusual in our experience. Definitely recommend.

Lovely spacious rooms which felt lovely and clean. Super comfy beds and really quiet too. Some ambient car noise from the street, but couldn't hear any guests ever!
Lovely clean bathroom \"unit\" - sort of felt like being on a boat! Downside would be the really rough, cheap toilet paper. Also they want you to reuse your towels but there's nowhere to hang them after your shower and they are so thin that they get absolutely soaked after one use.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again!
Lovely clean bathroom \"unit\" - sort of felt like being on a boat! Downside would be the really rough, cheap toilet paper. Also they want you to reuse your towels but there's nowhere to hang them after your shower and they are so thin that they get absolutely soaked after one use.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel looks nice from the outside, and is just as nice on the inside. The staff were very friendly and helped with recommendations on where to eat, drink and what to see and do. The rooms were large and comfortable but with a very small toilet. There had been a problem with the hot water so a bath was not a good idea due to floating debris, but the shower was nice as an alternative.

The service from the front desk of this hotel was awesome. The sad part of the stay is that the hotel location doesn't allow for parking so you have to use a parking garage 1 or 2 blocks down the street. It's 3 euros a day which isn't too bad but traffic can make this a pain. No restaurant is the reason this hotel doesn't get a higher rating.

Stayed here for two days while on a Football/Xmas Market trip. The hotel is in a great location behind the central station. Not far to walk into the city center. The hotel rooms are very large with a double and a single bed. There is both a very good shower and bath in the rooms. The beds were comfortable but we found the air conditioning not that effective, so it was a bit too warm for my liking. I would still stay here again as my stay was good value.

This was the highlight of our journey -no hassles, a great and convenient accommodation unit with microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, plates and eating utensils available if required. A separate toilet away from the main bathroom area and the unit was very spacious, also lots of light which is sometimes a problem in hotels.

Located next to the Central Railway Station of Hannover, this property is very convenient for travellers. Despite the fact that the trains pass by the hotel, I did not hear any noise coming from the station. Friendly staff, allowed me to check-in 3 hours earlier than the typical time for check-in.

The Suites Novotel is across from the Hannover Main railway station, which is great for rail or flight arrivals in Hannover. From the station the city awaits you with a good selection of shops and sights to see. The hotel was of modern styling with spacious rooms featuring a mini fridge, microwave ,separate WC and separate bathroom with walk in shower. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries even if you are room only. The staff were very helpful and there is a pc in the lobby area for guest use such as checking in for flights. I look forward to staying again.

My friends and I got a suite room while we went to a rock concert in Hannover. The room had plenty of room, and it was nice to have a mini frig, hot water heater and microwave. Everything in the room and the hotel was shiny and new. It was also nice that the hotel was right next to the main train station. So for just popping into Hannover, this hotel was perfect of our needs.

An overnight stay made all the more pleasant in a lovely room. If you like space then this is the place for you. Interesting bathroom set up and much better than you could hope for. Microwave and fridge were an excellent extra. Breakfast was presented beautifully, tasty and a wonderful selection. Location is marvellous when arriving by bus or train.
