Very close to the Central Station, very nice area a lot of restaurants and other possibilities around, night life etc.

This older hotel is surprisingly comfortable. My room was quite massive with a king-sized bed and sofa—and it was probably large enough to fit about three or four king-sized beds. The bathroom was also spacious, as was the bathtub. In fact, the bathtub was so good that I took a bath before bed and again in the morning. (If you’re solely a shower person you will be disappointed since the shower pressure was pretty weak and there was no spray adjustment on the shower head. Definitely go with a bath!) Breakfast was also quite wonderful.

The area is a bit noisy at night so bring some earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones, or a white noise app to cut down on the train horns and police sirens.

Overall, it was an unexpectedly luxurious stay. I highly recommend if you are traveling to Hanover (Hannover).

Incredibly convenient location very near the train station. Of course, because it was so close to the train station you could occasionally hear trains. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even tried to help me improve my German language skills. Overall, I would say a great place to stay at a reasonable price!

Convenient for the centre of Hannover. The hotel is looking a bit dated now but is still clean and comfortable. More 'traditional and shabby chic' than modern business hotel. The staff were very friendly. A 5 minute walk to the main train station. The wifi was a bit slow.

Never a 4 star hotel. Had to chance rooms because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the first and the room looked out over the station. Second room was better but Wi-Fi still almost non-existent. Really grim and depressing reception. Average breakfast. Can do much better for your money in Hannover. Would not recommend.

Basic hotel.

Plus - clean, good TV in the room, big bathroom, etc. The breakfast bar had solid options, continental style. Check-in was very pleasant and quick.

Minus - my room smelled damp and stale. The carpet, although clean, has not been updated for years and all the dirt stains are very noticeable.

Also, my window was on the side street, accepting deliveries until late. I could hear people upstairs.

Generally, this hotel needs an update. If you only care about a good night's sleep, a reasonable price and somewhere to keep your things, while being close to Hannover centre - this will be an ok choice.

I am travelling by bicycle and this hotel was located close to the train station. I enjoy old hotels versus modern chains. It was in a good walking location, the staff was very helpful. As an English speaking person I found it difficult to find the entrance. I thought the sign said go left when the sign really meant use the left door.

Nice location... parking not perfect.

The hotel and breakfast was fine. Our room was facing the train tracks; the windows were extremely soundproof so we didn't hear the trains. A train station was just a couple of blocks away as was a shopping area. Hotel Parking was offered... but when requested, it was always full. We parked 300 meters away at 12 euros a day.

Great stay except staff just entering room

The hotel is close to the central station and offers spacious rooms. The room was very clean and comfy. Check-In staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was being delivered to the room at a selected time. The breakfast was also really good.
The only negative was that the cleaning staff just entered the room at 9am, even though there was a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door and the door was locked. This should not happen in any case that someone just bursts into your room, but especially not in current times.
Even afterward I was continuously asked whether I'd still be in my room but at least they then knocked first. This was all long before Check-Out time at noon.

Fantastic Location

Nice hotel with refurbished rooms. Breakfast was simple due to covid-measures and was brought on plates to each table. Prior to booking, I read a lot of reviews about noise from the train station. I didn't hear a thing even though my room was facing the railway tracks. The windows are sound proof and the rooms have AC, so need to open them during the summer. Very few parking spots, so be prepared to pay and park on the streets in the neighborhood. Great hotel and definitely worth booking again for the price.

Great hotel for the price. Big room, air con, quiet for a city centre location. A couple of blocks the the station and not to far to walk to find bars and shopping.
They even provided a packed breakfast for us since we needed to leave early to catch a train.

The lobby area is dark and a little tired - not up to its billing as a 4* hotel. But the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were decent, but didn’t have irons or ironing boards (again, a true 4* would tick this box). Good shower. Covid breakfast is a buffet of pastries, bread rolls, cold meat and cheese brought to the table: not ideal.main drawback is the blouse of the trains which were still running at 2am when I went to bed. If you’re a heavy sleeper this central hotel represents a good deal, but if you’re not, you may wish to pay the extra for a quieter location.

My one night stay was excellent - an easy 5 min walk from the main station and department stores/shopping. Only one small issue, with the hotel being very close to the train station and railway, for the hearing sesitive, sometimes a little noisy in the evening.

Close to the old town and station

A well presented but slightly jaded hotel. The hotel is a short walk away from the main station and the old town. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is lovely (except they only had bacon on a couple of days during my stay). The layout of the bathroom in my room was a bit strange as a raised shower exited onto the toilet. This meant sitting was quite tough and getting out the shower, even for a reasonably agile person, was challenging at times. The carpet was a bit worn in places. The bed being wedged between a fixed side table and the wall was a little restricting when sleeping. However, a pleasant stay!

What I liked was that the room is double with twin beds, it was spacious enough to have an extra bed.

What I didn't like was the extra bed that was a bit small. In addition in the Bathroom, there wasn't a possibility to have a body shower. It was either the shower from head to toe, either you don't take shower

We stayed 5 nights for Ligna show. Great breakfast choices every day. Close to train station and shopping and close when we decided on a taxi instead of train. Big room, high ceilings, old but comfortable. Curtains good be improved to stop light. Staff all friendly.

The hotel is very clean, breakfast was very good, the ambiente in the entrance area is nice and welcoming. My room was a little small and the shower doors would be a challenge for a XXL person; fine for me. Bed was comfy and everything was very clean. I had a room facing the train tracks. The hotel installed two double glass windows which reduced the noise from the trains significantly. I had no problems sleeping. The fitness room only offers one bike, one treadmill and one elliptical. Very few weights. Good enough for me, especially I didn't see anybody else in there. But a bit sporadic for a real fitness room. But I will be back.

Rent værelse og fint service fra personalet. Ok morgenmad af god kvalitet efter tyske standarder.
Ikke så mange faciliteter. De tager kun mønter hvis du skal have sodavand og cigaretter fra maskinerne.
Ellers kan man altid henvende sig til receptionen.

Vi var ekstra glade for at kunne benytte os af deres service om opmagasinering af baggage, da vi kom al for tidlig til Hannover.

Die Unterkunft riecht stark nach alten Kanalisationsrohren. Dieses ist bereits im Empfangsbereich so. Auf den Zimmern ist es mindestens genauso stark riechend. Das Inventar ist aufbackend. Fernseher nicht HD tauglich, ergo hat man kaum Programme zur Auswahl (die Bildqualität ebenfalls mangelhaft) der Kleiderschrank lies sich nicht öffnen, der Teppich war stark verschmutzt, das Bettlaken hatte Blutflecken und das Bad hat nach Kanalisation gestunken. Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Gut geeignet für kurze Aufenthalte mit zentraler Lage.
Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr groß und ordentlich ausgestattet.
Der Flur wirkt ein kleines bisschen unsauber, aber im Zimmer war es absolut okay.
Frühstück geht auch in Ordnung.
Und vor allem - Preis/Leistung war bei mir top.

Das Zimmer war toll aber sehr, sehr warm! Klimaanlage ist im Winter ausgeschaltet. 23 Grad im Zimmer waren zum schlafen nicht optimal, da auch noch Winterbettwäsche aufgezogen wurde. Sobald man das Fenster öffnet ist es sehr laut. Vor dem Hotel fährt regelmäßig eine Buslinie, direkt gegenüber ist eine Baustelle und nachts rasen die Autos am Fenster vorbei.
