Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that).
The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes.
Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff.
I would definitely return and wouod recommend this as a good place to visit Hannover from.

The hotel room was decent. Felt a little outdated. We did not like that the windows could not be opened (it got a little too warm at night to sleep), the pillows were way too soft and the shower curtain was black making the shower area in the tub pretty dark as the only light in the bathroom was over the sink. And by the way the soap dispenser at the sink was empty so there was no soap for washing hands. We also found the WiFi in the room a little weak. If you wanted to park in the hotel’s garage it costs 9.50€ per day but you could park for free on the streets. The hotel is a little distance from the city center and main attractions but there is a train station right outside and is otherwise a peaceful rest place for the night.

Good Hotel for business and visiting Hannover
The hotel is for business and very friendly staff who were happy to supply us with a kettle and because the room was a single instead of a double upgraded us to an apartment, which was good as we stayed for six days. Yes it is a business hotel, but to a good standard and a tram stop outside and ten minutes into Hannover. Quiet and warm, with good evening meals and lot of choice at breakfast. We did not like the cooked breakfast as it was dry and rubber eggs, however the fresh meats etc., were of all good quality. We would return, even the smaller rooms were to a good standard. All the rooms seem to have a small, but modern shower room and toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was here for one night and arrived quite late, the service from the reception desk was excellent. The clerk didn't hesitate to go to the bar and get me a large bottle of water to take to my room. The hotel and room were spacious, clean and had all the facilities you could need. The breakfast was great with a selection of fresh fruit, cereals broadest and some hot options if you wanted them. Coffee was fresh but not the greatest flavour. If I'm being very picky, I like fresh milk in my tea coffee not UHT or condenced.

I had a room on the first floor, the hallways are poorly lit and drab. The room was clean but the carpet was very old and pulling up in places. The bathroom shower did not keep water from flowing out onto the entire floor, and the shower curtain did nothing to prevent water from spraying out the sides and soaking the toilet and toilet paper. Overall, the room felt about as welcoming as a hospital.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Es befindet sich am Kanal in Hannover. Die Erreichbarkeit ist gut. Ein großes Parkhaus ist vorhanden, sowie eine Tram Haltestelle vor den Hotel.
Das Frühstück Buffet ist vielfältig und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Ich war nun schon wiederholt dort gewesen. Es gab nie etwas zu beanstanden.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren noch vom Vormieter. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit wurde mir dann ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen.
Schade ist, dass ich für diesen Aufenthalt meine kostenlose premiumnacht verwendet habe.
Aus Kulanzgründen würde ich mir wünschen, dass diese mir wieder gut geschrieben wird.

Ein Minuspunkt ergibt die Parkplatz Möglichkeiten. Es ist toll, dass eine Tiefgerage zur Verfügung steht, jedoch ist diese mit 15€/pro Tag kostenpflichtig. Es wird damit geworben auch nicht Überdachte Parkplätze (kostenlos) wählen zu können, jedoch stehen hier nur 4 Plätze zur Verfügung, worauf es jedoch kein Hinweis gibt. Diese sind natürlich dauerhaft belegt. Fand ich persönlich ziemlich Nerven aufreibend, wenn man die Zusatzkosten nicht mit einkalkuliert hat. Mir geht es weniger um die 15€ an sich, sondern dass diese verpflichtend sind und man vorher keine Infos dazu bekommt.

Ein gutes Business Hotel. Die Matratze war schon etwas durch oder auch EOL und ich persönlich mag keine großen Kissen. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. In der Mitte vom großen Bett könnte man gut schlafen. Es gab eine Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer nur leider habe ich keine Tassen gefunden um mir am Morgen ein Käffchen zu gönnen.

Very nice 4 Stars Hotel, had been providing fresh fruits within breakfast once and yogurt everyday, can keep working on it. Other hotels would also provide free bottle water, soda water, apple juices etc. During last day at breakfast the salmon was out and never got refilled, hope it'll be fixed in the future. Overall experience is very good.

Moved here from another 4 stars hotel, this hotel comes with fashion design, free in house capsule coffee machine, dining tools, microwave, nice view, in room tablet for services, better bikes for rent, breakfast comes with pancakes...etc. But as other review had mentioned since it's close to street and railroad station it can be more noisy, darker in the room, lack of power suckers, gym is closed, breakfast has less selections, mini bar isn't on the house...etc. But they both come with 5 stars services, to be honest I like this hotel better than the other one due to pancakes in breakfast, nicer view, and better bikes.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was fairly big with a big and comfortable bed. The pillows provided was strange but there is a pillow menu so that’s not really a problem. I came in late and left early so I didn’t really check the surroundings, but my impression is that there is not that many restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
