They offer an excellent breakfast buffet. The room was clean and cozy. It had a coffee machine, water boiler for tea and a fridge. The bathroom was extremely small. A tram station was close to the hotel. And the area appears very safe. All in all I would stay here again.

Room on a half floor so had to carey bag a few steps of stairs from the elevator. Very cold in the hallways.
Room was okay standard, albeit very narrow and \"cell-like\".

The bed was very tiny and put at an angle away from the wall, and the charging plug next to the bed turns of with the lamp switch next to the bed. So my phone discharged without me noticing, cause a lot of problems the next day.

The door was also somehow resting loose when locked, so every movement in the wall (e.g. another rooms door closing) made the door vibrate loudly.
Had to push in a piece of thick paper between the door and doorframe to keep it still and quiet.

Property is centrally located but hard to access from major highways.
There is free parking but the parking spots are so tiny that it’s hard to get your car in. If you arrive later in the evening all parking spots are taken, meaning there is not enough parking spaces.
It seems as many guests like to smoke and the air is constantly polluted. As there is no A/C you have to cool down your room by having the windows open which lets the cigarette pollution in.
It is very noisy. There seems to be many guests arrive late and leave very early. It is impossible to open/close the doors silently. We got constantly woken up by people getting in/out of their rooms.
Overall, way too expensive for the service provided.

Room was relatively small for that price. The tap in the toilet was not the best. Water sprinkles all over your dress while hand washing. But this could only be an issue with that specific room where I stayed.

Thing that I loved the most was the breakfast service with a great variety of delicious options.

Functional stay, I arrived at midnight and left early in the morning. I booked the hotel as a transit stop close to hotel snd it served that purpose well because of my late arrival parking was full but i managed to find free on street parking until 9am. The staff were professional and friendly. There was some street noise if you are staying on the road side of the building. But everything functional and no complaints. Would stay again for the same reasons

It is 10 minute drive to HAJ airport. Not as close as expected. It has great breakfast. The front desk can be more pleasant. I thought I was getting free parking but charged 5 euro.

The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good which are two important items. However, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom only by a small shower curtain ring. The ring diameter was so small every time I turned in the shower I knocked the facet handle and got either freezing water or scalding water. Also, there was a hand soap dispenser but no shampoo or shower soap provided...

I found the hotel to be reasonably comfortable however staff very inflexible when it came to requesting a drink or a sandwich at 1:30pm on Sunday afternoon. No food available but I could have a drink but couldn't drink it in the bar or restaurant and was sent out to the small hotel lobby which I found to be very strange.
As everything else in the area was completely shut down on Sunday I ended up in a local fast food joint which was very disappointing.

Close to the uBahn for Hanover

We stayed for two nights in a standard room. There is a lift to all floors but it opens onto a landing between floors, so you have to walk a half flight of stairs to reach your room. The room was quite small, but it was clean and comfortable. The on site parking was good.

We arrived by train and took the tram to the hotel which stops 5-min walk away. We had a nice room in the boarding house part of the hotel. It was very quiet and clean. Large flat screen TV, Wifi, coffee / tea and a small desk area in the room. Close to stops for the light rail (tram) and S-bahn (Langenhagen Mitte) if heading into town or through to the Messe. The neighborhood is mostly residential and there is not much going on. Did not try the hotel restaurant but it looked fairly busy. The room had everything we needed for our stay.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN REALITY 'CLOSE' TO THE AIPORT

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE STATEMENT THAT THIS HOTEL IS \"NEAR THE AIRPORT.\" Physically, the hotel IS only a few miles from the airport, but a taxi trip there to the airport will cost about E20. There is no quick inexpensive way to get from Hotel Wegner to the airport using public transportation. It would be a better choice to stay at Hotel Konigshof which is close to everything, and costs E20 less per night. And train fare to the airport from Konigshof is less than E5.

We arrived in the late evening and were unfamiliar with Hannover/Langenhagen. Finding the hotel was the first challenge, then parking the car. The desk person was most helpful in finding parking and in getting us into the building annex. She gave us good advice about getting into the building and explained how things worked in the room. Breakfast was awesome - lots of choices - quite delicious!

Nice for a few nights

We rented an apartment but had to get a hotel for the first three nights while visiting Germany. Price was excellent compared to everything else I checked on. I traveled with my sister and thought for 3 nights. My mistake as the room was so small and the two beds were almost like sleeping together, her snoring was even louder than it really was :-) The room was clean though, and even though the shower was very small (and I'm not a big women) the flow of water was excellent. No travel soap or shampoo offered so we had to pull out all of our own for just the three nights. They did have CNN on TV channels so at least we got that in English which was good to watch the news. The place also has an elevator so we only had to walk up on set of stairs with all of our luggage. Really good food in restaurant , breakfast buffet had just about everything you would want. We had dinner the night we arrived and it was the best snitzel we have ever had!! The only odd thing is we arrived on Thursday and the restaurant was closed for dinner friday and saturday night? They have breakfast everyday but not dinner. Now that we are in the apartment we plan on going back just to get another snitzel because it was so good :-) We had to ask at front desk for a coffee maker once we noticed coffee in the maids cart. It was just a hot water with instant coffee but it was nice to have.

Great value for excellent stay

I only spent one night here during a stop over after a brutal overnight flight from Canada. I took a chance on an internet selection and felt like I hit the jackpot. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was quite small but nicely and practically furnished. It was quiet and the curtains totally blocked the light which is a huge bonus to me. The bed was super comfortable, the wifi connection was excellent, public transit is about 100m away. The star experience was the food though. For a very reasonable price the breakfast buffeft was bar none the best I have ever seen - scrambled eggs, caviar, smoked salmon, a tea bar with a huge selection, genuine maple syrup, croissants, fresh fruit, and on and on. Fantastic. Guests get a special rate at the restaurant/bar, which has an extremely attractive decor and super comfy seating. Would I stay here again? You bet.

Nice Hotel but Poor Internet

This was a nice hotel. It's very conveniently located next to the subway (U-Bahn) so going downtown to Hannover was a breeze (15-20 min by train). It's also close to the Hannover airport (only a 10min taxi ride). The food was excellent (great selection) and the staff were very helpful.

The one downside (and this was a BIG downside considering I was travelling for business) was that the wifi was very slow and a bit intermittent. While the hotel was very pleasant, I'd probably find another with better wifi if I were to go to Hannover again.

Wifi provided free, need to get one Wifi pass per device you want to connect, decent bandwidth maintained. Nice place, friendly but slightly absent staff were always very helpful when called upon, the hotel was very quiet. The hotel were very good about our two small dogs and did not charge us any extra for them. Pitty the on site restaurant was closed while we were there. Would definitely recommend! Also very reasonably priced.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Wegner. I was there for 11 days on business, so I was able to really settle in. The staff was courteous and helpful. My room was clean and cozy. The food at the restaurant was very good; however the service was a bit slow at times. The staff spoke some English, so communication wa not an issue. I would recommend it, and will defiantly stay there again if in Hannover in the future.

Need to keep asking for Internet log password, making inconvenient if you working in the room, and have to go to reception to be issued with a new password.

Entertaining (TV) is very limited.

When having to leave the Hotel before 6AM (left at 5AM), there is no instructions haw to leave the Hotel, because the front door is locked. There should be some sort of instructions, or the reception should endeavour to explain to the customer, how to leave the hotel in the morning, when he checks out in the night before.

Great. Close to airport. Arrived about 11 pm for an early morning flight back home after 9 days of vacation. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was secure and felt very safe, however, could not get to lobby at 7am as the security door was still locked. Had to wait for restaurant staff to unlock door between lobby and gest's rooms. Small family hotel, but overall just what I needed overnight for a great price.

Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Wij hadden een extra wens mbt de kamer, en hier hebben ze een fantastische oplossing voor gevonden. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Het was ook fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid was, ook al was het af en toe wel wat krap op de parkeerplaats. De bedden waren voor ons doen vrij hard, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over ons verblijf.

Ich komme schon viele Jahre in das Hotel Wegner nach Langenhagen und finde es immer wieder schön in diesem Hotel und bin auch sehr zufrieden dort.
Leider gab es beim letzten Besuch einen faden Beigeschmack wobei hier das Hotel keine Schuld daran hat und es sich wahrscheinlich auch auf das Hotel leider nagative Auswirkungen haben wird. Die Stadt Hannover hat seit dem 01.07.2025 eine Bettensteuer eingeführt!!!! Das bedeutet das man als Gast zusätzlich 5 Prozent von den Übernachtungskosten als Bettensteuer bezahlen muß!!! DAS FINDE ICH EINE FRECHHEIT DAS MAN ALS HOTELGAST VON DER STADT HANNOVER ABGEZOCKT WIRD UND DADURCH DAS HOTELGEWERBE ZUSÄTZLICH IMMER MEHR UNTER DRUCK STELLT!! Wir werden zukünftig auf Übernachtungen verzichten damit wird die Stadt Hannover das ganze Gegenteil von dem erreichen was sie als eigentlichen Grund angegeben hat damit erreichen zu wollen. Meines Erachtens ist der angegebene Grund zur Einführung der Bettensteuer Augenscheinlich und bedeutet für Gäste die reine Abzocke! Bin mal gespannt welche Art der nächsten zusätzlichen Steuer sich diese Damen und Herren einfallen lassen werden! Vielleicht eine Luftsteuer das ich im Hotelzimmer atmen darf?

Zimmer wunderbare Größe, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon war sehr groß und wunderbar am Abend zum draußen sitzen. Sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Personal ausgezeichnet, sehr hilfsbereit.
Einziges Manko, beim Reinigen wurde der Balkon vergessen, der Aschenbecher war voll und es standen leere Bierflaschen in einer Ecke. Kein großes Problem, selber entsorgt und gut. Sowas kann den Besten passieren. Aber in Summe hervorragend klare Empfehlung meinerseits. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Okej för en natt!

Bilderna såg bättre ut än vad det visade sig vara i verkligheten, i själva verket var det endast de dyraste boendena som de frontar med. Vi fick dessutom ett rum som det luktade stark mögel i, samt i hela korridoren. Personalen lät oss som tur va byta rum vilket var positivt. Renligheten var annars helt okej, väldigt omodernt och svårt att hitta i korridorerna. Var okej för endast en natt!

Grei overnatting på vei mot Kielfergen

Greit hotellopphold på vei mot Kiel og ferge til Oslo! Hotellet har uteservering på fortauet, parkering i bakgården. Rom nr. 62 har egen stue, TV I begge rom. Noe gammeldags med vegg- til - vegg teppe i begge rom, men nydelig seng og muligheter til
Kaffe/ te trakting. Noe støy fra trikk og trafikk

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben super geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl und Qualität ebenfalls sehr gut.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet sah super aus (hatte leider keine Zeit)
Abends hätte es auch noch die Möglichkeit zu geben etwas zu essen

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt ok. Aber Culinary ist der falsche Name. Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Frühstücks Buffet gab es nicht die einzelnen Zutaten mussten extra bestellt werden. Dies hätte beim Buchen schon mitgeteilt werden müssen und nicht erst abends beim Check in
