Spacious rooms. Bathroom was very nice with rain shower and separate toilet. Room did not have AC but sufficient heating and a balcony door could be fully opened to let fresh air in.
Parking was available directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had to be picked up at the reception, which can be quite a lot to carry. The food was good though.

Nice hotel BUT.....
Really enjoyed our nights stay here everything was of a high standard, the room was very spacious and had very comfy beds (twin bed room) in a nice quiet area with plenty of freeparking spaces outside so no need to pay to park in the underground paid parking. But I must say for all the quality at the hotel it was slightly disappointing that the room didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room and also no free WiFi either... Fix this and everything would be fantastic.

The Mercure at Entenfang feels more like a business hotel and is not near the town center. We had excellent service at the hotel. We needed a shuttle bus for a large family gathering and they always had one ready. Also needed a projector last minute and they had one ready waiting for us. Very helpful if you need extra services.

Myself and family visited this hotel from England whilst attending my sons wedding, the staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, we didn't get to use all the facilities in the hotel but everything we did use was well maintained and clean.

This hotel is out of the way with no restaurants to eat nearby. Its 20 euro in a taxi back from the city. There area is industrial. The hotel was being refurbished by workmen starting drilling in the morning. I arrived back late one evening and the lift wasn't working, I had to climb two flights of stairs. The room however was excellent due to being recently refurbished. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The evening receptionist was very nice.

2 day pit stop surprise
Stopped here while passing through to Poland. VERY spacious room, great value. Unusually hot weather with no air-con. We suffered a bit and could have done with a FAN. Even with the balcony door open fully, we couldn't get the air moving. ALL the staff were superb and spoke English. Excellent recommendations on what to do on our rest day (went to Schutzenfest so not much rest. Had a fantastic time.) The member of staff considered our individual needs that it was hot weather and we had a 2yr old. Great recommendation for evening meal too. Will DEFINITELY stay again but may bring our own fan.

The hotel is in a quiet area conducive to when you are after a relaxing break away from the busy city. Shops are 15 minutes away which is where you can get a tram into Hannover City which takes 20 minutes. Breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and big. Our rooms were overlooking a natural scenery of trees. Also our rooms had balcony which was a bonus.

A weekend getaway
The hotel was a little tricky to find. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very clean and stylish, friendly staff, great food for a really really great price. Huge room with a bath / shower, balcony, great sized television and free wifi. What more could you ask for.

very nice stay. We enjoyed the room because the beds were comfy, very clean room/bathroom and lots of space. Free newspapers and free parking . Free toiletries. No coffee or tea making facilities. Rate of the room was very good when we booked by Hotels.com.

Good hotel - bad roadworks
Once we found the hotel, all went well. But there are massive roadworks (for laying new sewers?) on the approach roads to the hotel and our GPS got hopelessly lost. However, a little driving around and we eventually got there. The hotel is new and smart; the nearby restaurant is over 300 years old and comes well recommended. Well worth a visit - especially if the roadworks are completed. Only one failing as regards the hotel - no tea or coffee-making facilities

I was traveling for business. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again -- usually stay closer to Hannover hotel - that was the only negative is having to take a cab to the airport. The hotel was very helpful in making sure I had a cab waiting for me at 5am. The restaurant next door was nice and relaxing. Good food.

The hotel is clean with a free parking. You have to pay extra for wifi or breakfast. The location is in the nature, but not too far from the center of Hannover. If you travel by car it is a good place to stay.

It is what it is
A large room with a small uncomfortable bed. No ability to control room temperature so you either sweat with a duvet on or freeze if you move it off. There is no restaurant for the evening meal (though there is for breakfast) and no room service. There is also a silly wardrobe which dominates the room for no obvious reason making it look like the room was designed by someone as a joke. The desk is bigger than the bed, again for no obvious reason, and the TV is screwed into the wall working on a swing arm and at just the wrong angle to see from anywhere except the bed when you lie down. However, watching TV in such a small bed is more chance to be uncomfortable so you dream of having a chance get out of the room to go to dinner, except there is nowhere to go. Fun all around really. Only good news is the bath was comfortable - I should have slept there!

Nice hotel, top-end for a three-star. Stayed two nights in January. Buffet breakfast was good with excellent choice of hot and cold. Colleagues reported the adjoining restaurant to be excellent, but I did not use this facility. Situated in the suburbs of Hannover the Hotel is in a lovely setteing and a very quiet area. A short taxi ride into the Central area of Hannover and quite convenient for the Airport . All in all it was perfect for my needs with a Sauna and Gym in the basement of the hotel. The staff were friendly and did there best to make my stay pleasant. The restauant was pleasant and very clean breakfast was self serve and plentiful. I will defiately stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and also the people we were visiting. It is not in a 'tourist' area and would probably be more suited to business people looking for somewhere affordable with plenty of space in the rooms. Overall the hotel was excellent, and the room was especially spacious and came complete with a whole host of useful little additions including desk, table for eating, great ensuite, free bottle of sparkling water . . just the things to make you feel welcome and that some effort has been made. Also really comfortable beds. There was no kettle (not unusual for European hotels), and also Broadband connection was charged extra.

We have been travelling Europe for over 3 months and staying in hotels the whole time. This hotel has given us the best time of our lives.
We booked into the hotel, by the way it;s very beautiful and modern, and placed our things away. We came downstairs into the restaurant and had a few drinks. In the car park was a restaurant bar which the hotel and the bar was holding a local function for the community. WOW!!! What a great time, incredible, jumping castles and a play room for the kids, bands playing great music, a great beer garden. Incredible we still talk about some two weeks on.
By the way the rooms are perfect! Love the walk out balcony! The bathroom is completely seperate from the room it's huge. The layout is very different but very nice. The whole experience is something I will never forget.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, das trotz geschlossenen Fenstern zur bisher unbequemsten Nacht wurde. Obwohl das Hotel recht ruhig gelegen ist, wurde draußen bis in die Nacht rumgebrüllt. Dadurch war Einschlafen tabu. Der Raum war recht angenehm von der Größe und der Temperatur. Allerdings war die Bettwäsche aus einem Material, dass es zu heiß (nicht atmungsaktiv) wurde unter Bettdecke und man schnell geschwitzt hat.

Ved indcheckning lave din fejl da de tog penge for morgenmad der allerede var betalt men da de opdagede fejlen fik jeg en kæmpe undskyldning og alt var godt. Det var store værelser med en lille løbegang som man kunne gå ud og få noget frisk luft og så vil jeg gerne fremhæve deres morgenmadsbuffet den var virkelig fantastisk med friskpresset appelsinjuice og alt hvad hjertet begærer.
Det eneste lille minus var at det lå hvad jeg vil kalde for et industrikvarter.

Hotellets parkering deles med en restaurant, hvor det er vigtigt at man holder på de rigtige pladser. Vi ankom om aftenen, og det var ikke nemt at orientere sig om hvor man skulle parkere. En af de ansatte fra hotellet gik os i møde udendørs for at fortælle os hvis vi skulle holde. Han havde dog ikke en venlig tone, og havde kun en paraply med ud til sig selv, som han kun brugte til at holde sig selv tør med, selvom han insisterede på at skulle tale med os ude i regnen.
Da vi kom ind oplyste han os om at det værelse vi havde booket kun var til 3 personer, selvom vi på Hotels.com havde booket et værelse til 4. Ville vi være 4 på værelset måtte vi enten nøjes med de senge der var på værelset, eller betale for en opredning mere, på trods af at vi allerede via hotels havde betalt for et værelse til 4. Hotellet var bekendt med denne problematik, da de havde oplevet det før med andre gæster.
Da vi kom ind oplyste han os om at det værelse vi havde booket kun var til 3 personer, selvom vi på Hotels.com havde booket et værelse til 4. Ville vi være 4 på værelset måtte vi enten nøjes med de senge der var på værelset, eller betale for en opredning mere, på trods af at vi allerede via hotels havde betalt for et værelse til 4. Hotellet var bekendt med denne problematik, da de havde oplevet det før med andre gæster.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Der Check- in sowie der Check-out gestalteten sich absolut schnell und Komplikationslos. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und besonders zu erwähnen sind der offene Kleiderschrank, ausgestattet mit genügend Kleiderbügeln und Fächern, sowie das seperate WC. Das Frühstück war absolut abwechslungsreich und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
