Room/staff were really nice. As an elderly person having to pay $40 to park in a park house over a block away an roll my baggage across two roads in the dark to the hotel was unacceptable. If I would have known I could have done things differently.

Disappointing

We booked 3 rooms for 7 nights for 2024 IAA Transportation at €6,191. We arrived late, and I don't have a kattle (my colleagues have). I called the front desk who asked whether I come with a group from Beijing. I said no then they sent me a kattle which is not working so I took it to the reception at around 8:30pm. Thewere a bit hesitated to give me another one. Then someone finally gave me one then said 'this is for water, not for soup!'

It's inappopriate for sure then I escalated. The ladies at front desk then sent me 30euros vochure as apology and explained that was a joke! Really?!

Leonardo used to be my choice when I was on business trip but Leonardo Hannover Airport is very disappointing.

If I had to really pick at something I didn’t like it would be that the shower didn’t fully enclose so you just have to be a little careful not to get water all over the floor. Otherwise, fantastic place to stay.

Perfect location if you're flying from Hannover Airport. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. We loved the pancake machine. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, too. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows. They were terrible. Apart from that we had a very good stay.

Booked 2 nights, but the hotel didn’t know it, wouldn’t actually let me pay on arrival and told me they’d take it from the card they were holding after I leave. After pressing them to let me pay there and then, they tried to charge for 1 night only and said that was what the system said. Wouldn’t let me pay at all in the end saying I’d have to deal with it the next day.
Was with friends checking in on a separate booking who had the same scenario and found their room keys with all their stuff in wouldn’t work when coming back into the hotel for the second night with staff saying it wasn’t their room.

I found the beds extremely uncomfortable, and whilst to be expected next to an airport the noises overnight from airplanes was extremely loud too so didn’t make for a good night sleep either.

The whole experience led us to cancel a further 2 night booking at this hotel that was planned a few days later.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and main highways. Rooms were very comfortable, but A/C did not work in one of our rooms. The property is a bit old, but staff was friendly. The restaurant on property does not have a broad choice of food for dinner, but breakfast was excellent.

Nice and close to the airport. Staff was on point at check in asking if a shuttle was needed or a wake up call to help you get to the airport in time. They were amazing at helping us figure out how early we needed to be there as well as offering lunch box as we would br missing breakfast as our flight was really early.

The hotel staff was delightful and pretended to understand my German. It was an easy walk from the airport to the hotel but they will also pick you up. I didn’t see any way to contact them from the airport. Call them . Everyone understands English.

I had a late night arriving flight to Hannover, so I informed Leonardo hotel about my late check in via Hotels.com plattform. The communication was very easy and fast. The walking way from the terminal to the hotel was easy. Check in and check out was fast and professional. The room on the 1st floor was very clean, very good equipped with coffee machine and tea, very comfortable temperature, good beds... Staff in the café is very friendly and communicative in several languages. The price for 1 night was very reasonable. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone with pleasure.

Stayed here to catch a 6am flight, and I did not want any early morning hassle.

Here's the good:
Property is clean. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it does pass nicely for a quick stay. I got in at 8pm and left at 4am, so I really don't know what \"amenities\" are on this property. But, their shuttle runs 7x24 to drop you off at the terminal, and I experienced prompt service. Just make sure you schedule with the front desk the night before.

The \"bad\":
Heat was set to \"high\" when I got in, and the room was toasty! If you like to sleep in a colder room, like myself, give yourself some time for the room to cool off. Also, the shower was a tub... not really unusual, but the tub's curve really constrains standing space. Hope they make it into flat-bottom showers next go around.

Overall, I was impressed for my brief stay.

Near the airport, clean and tidy, try it

The airport is actually within easy walking distance of the airport about 500m from the nearest terminal but they do run a shuttle.

Check in was the worst part of the stay. There were 3 of us staying on one Hotels.com booking and rather than do one at time the receptionist decided to do them all together. The whole process took around 20 minutes!

The room was clean and tidy and well laid out with tea and coffee making facilities and a bottle of water, which is always appreciated. The en-suite was good and cleaned to a high standard with a shower over the bath.

Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot and cold, breads and pastries and various juices and fruits. I think it started at 06h30 (it may have been earlier) but there is no option for those leaving earlier to catch the several flights that leave between 05h30 and 06h45 - a carry out or some pastries and coffee in reception would be a nice touch.

We had dinner in the restaurant, service was good and the food was very tasty and well presented.

I checked out the night before as we were leaving at 04h50 and this was OK.

We booked the shuttle for 04h50 (not realising how close the airport was) which turned out to be a local taxi a little confusing when the shuttle bus is sat there) but it was OK except he never asked which terminal he just dropped us at arrivals Terminal C then we had to walk back to Departures Terminal A almost the same distance as it would have been to walk from the hotel!
