Beautiful views of the slopes from our room, gorgeous views of Mount Washington throughout, fantastic restaurants and bars, great outdoor pool and attentive staff. The property was under construction, so unfortunately our relaxing morning was disrupted by consistent, loud banging from the renovations (understandable but also annoying). Overall a great stay. Looking forward to another visit so we can enjoy the work being done to update the hotel.

While the resort is nice, they imposed a $20/day parking fee on top of the resort fee, which is outrageous. You arrive at a nice resort like this with a resort fee and don't expect to be nickle-and-dimed in such a sleazy way. It's an outdoor lot, not a garage. I will not be returning if management acts this way.

Came for a ski weekend. The property is fantastic. Gorgeous views, historic grand hotel from the Gilded Age. Rooms are older but charming. Wifi good not great. No in room coffee or mini-fridge though & lobby bar is slammed at Apres Ski time but marble bar in around the corner was lovely with no waiting. Free coffee in lobby available early AM, breakfast areas open at 7.

Very high prices for level of room/service. Main reason to come is adjacent to ski resort Bretton Woods continuous ski shuttles all day 5 minutes drive to ski area. Restaurants have improved over the last few years but are pricey and very full at dinner hour. Service ends at 9. Easy drive to adjacent town restaurants.

Outdoor pool is fantastic! Super warm huge with stunning views & much cleaner than the indoor pool/hot tub which was pretty grungy with stained lounge chairs & cloudy hot tub with broken jets.

Some of the property is under renovation which will improve some of the issues. A lobby coffee bar is planned.

The views of Mount Washington are spectacular. Most staff are very friendly.

We love nordic skiing on site. Dinner was delicious. Our room was literally 80 deg F & only got down to 72 deg F by the next morning after a whole night of AC & 2 windows wide open. Everyone was welcoming.

The room was spotless staffers, very courteous and helpful.The hallways outside the rooms were dust.Free and clean perfect. Staircases were dirty if you walked down the stairs.There was dirt, debris dust on the shelves.An area that completely was miss. The main hall missed with dusting and the restaurants on the off.The main hall were a lot of times had food left from the following day and the edges of the tables had food and drips.All alongside, which was pointed out to the staff
We had a tour by ed excellent man.Is really knowledgeable and very friendly would come back for just one of those tours
tables were not clean. Indoor pool was pretty much unreachable.If you hadn't wanted to go down to the indoor pool, you had to get dressed at your room.And then walk down to the indoor pool with a bathrobe.Because the exercise room was being repaired, and there was nowhere to change.When you were down there.So when you got out of the pool, you had a head up in your wet bathing suit suit. Signage was very difficult if you wanted to go to the outside pool.You either walked out and ten degree weather.Through the back of the building, winding around to the pool.If you wanted to go through the presidential area, there was almost no signage.And it was a major hike. A discussion with my staff that we might come up as a business meeting would be a good relaxing working get away

Had a great stay. I was worried after seeing somw bad reviews but had zero issues.
Our room was spotless... had a mini fridge and keurig, no microwave. Separate tub and shower. Balcony overlooking back if property.
We arrived a little early at 3:36 on a Wednesday.. check in was not until 4pm. Room wasnt ready until 4:09.
Hotel offers self parking for $20 or valet for $40

The room was nice, however, it didn't have bar soap, and was missing the bathrobes that we had in our last 2 resent stays. The TV still has problems w/ certain stations, i.e., MSNBC reporter/newscasters speaking breaks up/or no speaking at all. We did call and the front desk was going to send someone, but we decided it was too late and cancelled the call. All 3 stays had this problem.

Beautiful. Helpful and friendly staff. A bit disappointed in the state of cleanliness of the stairs by the ballroom as it was evident they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Toilet in our room rocked back and forth during use. Missed all day long availability of complementary coffee and tea. Waited over an hour for our dinner while watching other tables come and go around us. Waiter was extremely apologetic and personable. Disappointed when the food did arrive as it was tepid. Was also disappointed in what felt like nickle and diming with regards to paying for coffee/tea, parking and full price for cross country trail passes. We have stayed on the other side of the mountain and enjoyed exquisite food, complementary coffee and tea all day, free parking and half priced trail passes with the same majestic view. Was considering another Omni in Arizona for April. Now reconsidering.

The staff is so helpful and works so hard to ensure everyone is having a good stay. The hotel and location are gorgeous. The meals at 1902 and Stickney’s were fantastic. The snow conditions were fantastic in advance of our trip and skiing was a hit. The shuttle bus made travel back and forth to the mountain incredibly easy. Our large party also had some family members try snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing and visit the indoor pool. We hope to return again in future years and try the outdoor pool then.

I will start with the positives. The hotel granger when you drive up is breathtaking! The theory of a romantic getaway seems like it will be a foregone conclusion. We were greeted with Happy Anniversary wishes, which we appreciated from the entrance gate, front desk clerk, welcoming sweets & note in room & at restaurant . We loved the idea of a romantic horse drawn sleigh ride & time by the pool.We walked into a bustling & very loud lobby filled with running/ screaming children, front desk staff who did not speak English well or fully comprehend what we were asking & provide us answers we had about the property. The temperature in the room could not get regulated; the noise from the hallways outside our room during our entire stay kept us awake most of the night & we awoke to children screaming & running the hallways at 6:30am. The temperature in the shower never got hot. To use the pool & hot tub would cost an additional $89 day pass fee ON TOP of the already charged “ resort fee” & “ additional “ parking fee” added to our cost. The stables/ horse drawn carriage rides are separate from the hotel stay & cost. I had called prior to our stay to be told they would have santa sleigh rides on the day we were staying there and did not need to book ahead or pay extra. There was no hot coco, tea or basic coffee on lobby included in our cost. Overall, felt very let down & disappointed as this was our 25th anniversary .

This resort has been on my bucket list for awhile and it didn't disappoint. I've never been on a cruise (or really wanted to) but I imagine it is similar. Numerous restaurants, activities, and spacious rooms. They have the best towels of anywhere I have stayed. The staff are really wonderful too. We cross country skied and took a sleigh ride. Magical.

very disappointed with the greeting. the front desk acted as though it was an inconvenience to check in. no one was available or able to help clarify all the extra charges. it even costs extra $ to park… the hotel is out in the middle of nowhere and is already very expensive, so why do they charge extra to park? it’s not as though their is a public transportation option. seems so classless

horrible. there was work going on in the lobby load saws and hammering. Had I known this was going to be happening, I would have changed my day there. the from staff were not at all concerned about my distress. It was my first time there,I am a Omni elite member. very disappointing. So the 2 hours we had planned to sit in the lobby by the fireplace was a very miserable time. We were not offered any compensation for this inconvenience and disappointment. Word of mouth marketing is a powerful tool. Negative communication about the resort will not be helpful to future customers that ask me how was my time there. Feel free to have management reach out to me . Just so you know we have worked hard and were much awaiting this retirement trip.

Place is so outdated the rooms and bed are so old and uncomfortable there’s no fridge or coffee maker in the room, they put the atV on the side of the room can’t even lay in bed and watch the only entertainment there is, it was so bad we cut our night stay to only one night and got the gell out of there, (it was nonrefundable) but we’d rather loose the money then stay another night miserable .. cool to visit don’t stay here

Overall we enjoyed our visit in the area. Admittedly we hoped the overall condition of the property would be a bit nicer kept up with while still maintaining the older charm, but it’s definitely still gorgeous. They are undergoing major renovations we’ve been told (and saw on our last morning at the property). Service was phenomenal, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The grounds are stunning - highly recommend blocking off an evening to walk to the falls and enjoy how gorgeous the grounds are. The restaurants were hit and miss for us. Highly recommend Stickney’s - great steak that we’d go back for. Bretton Arms was an okay for us, good not great. 1902 was definitely a miss for dinner, but a must visit for drinks.

We visited the cave every night for late night drinks and enjoyed the bartenders who were super nice! Also loved the game room for a little late night competition.

Overall we wouldn’t visit again, but if you’d like to relax in nature could be a good time!

The entire resort has a fantastic view of the mountains. We paid for 5 star hotel price, but lived in a 3 star hotel amenities. Our room and the floor hallway are very old and poor maintained. We had dinner at the main restaurant. Food was terrible and overpriced. Not worth the money we paid. Completely not recommend.

My lobster bisque soup was just warm I got a dessert I didn't order and it was stale. For the amount of money we paid I expected way more - the stay was nice but the food had a lot to be desired

Picturesque and such amazing history! We splurged and stayed one night of a 9 night trip leaf peeping.
Good: views, variety of onsite restaurants, shops, golf, comfortable main lobby and other seating areas, pool.
Not so hot: Rosebrook Bar was a hot mess. Nobody knew how to make a drink correctly and the service was terrible. We only saw 1 waiter and 1 bartender. Checking out was clumsy with trying to find a bellhop, then getting your name on a list, waiting for them to come get luggage, then waiting for the valet. Not horrible but be sure you allow for plenty of extra time to get out of there.

Amazing views from everywhere! Staff was very attentive. Hotel is impressive. They knew it was our anniversary and sent up sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries...nice touch! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Food was very good. Hiking; dining; chilling by the outdoor fires; relaxing on the veranda....priceless. If I had to give any feedback it would be that we requested a room fridge twice and it never arrived; felt a bit unwanted first night at one restaurant (low staff) but made up for it everywhere else!
Really should have coffee/tea and waters available all day for self serve. Only available for afternoon tea. Late night snacks would be welcome too. Overall though awesome trip!
