Overall they are updating the Hotel. The room was spacious and nice.
The breakfast was good and decent.
Overall good place for the price.
Only issue, not hotel fault, was a noisy neighbor that was beating on the walls and floor most of the night.

Only problem I had was the Fire alarm came on (2) nights back to back at 11:30 pm waking me up out of my sleep. I asked if I could have some points added to my account or something they said NO. So I booked elsewhere for working for the next (6) months because I do t want to be disturbed out of my sleep for a false fire alarm.

The wall by the restroom was exposed. The paint in the hallways where not inviting. There was a very load out burst from tenants down the hall about 12am in the morning. Some person was banging a door and screaming at the top of her lungs. Was not a pleasant stay especially on my birthday day weekend.

The staff is great. They are friendly and accommodating.
However, the hotel is old and needs a renovation. Also, the location does not seem very safe. There were suspicious people staying at the hotel and gathering in the parking lot. Additionally, the walls have very little insulation. I could hear all the noise and music in the adjacent room.

The front desk was a male he was nice and efficient. The hot tub was dark brown the water looked filthy and it wasn’t hot it was only warm. The pool area didn’t even have a garbage can available. The hot tub was such a disappointment since we stayed there specifically because we wanted to use the Hot Tub. The sofa bed had a dirty and stained mattress cover and when we called the front desk to kindly request clean sheets, a comforter and 2 pillows she was so rude on the phone and asked for us to go get them. I kindly asked if they could be brought up which she answered with an attitude and said I guess and hung up. We would Never stay here again. I’ve had way better experiences at other hotels with the similar price range. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

The room inside was okay. The outside is horrible! Broken car glass all over. Transients hanging around and looking inside of every car! There's absolutely NO security at this location. I will never come back here!

Laundry area was very small (1 washer & 1 dryer) and smelly due to trash unemptied
Key card would not operate pool gate and pool seemed in need of cleaning.

Location needed a lot of maintenance. Room was missing half the light bulbs, shower curtain was broken and haphazardly repaired, gum on the carpet in room, and badly done/patched up paint jobs. Broken tiles all over the lobby. Ownership needs to spend some money correcting problems. One positive - Housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay in a nicer part of town in the future. It wasn't very pricey, but it was not what I expected as we didn't aim for the bottom dollar.

Everything was great, staff is helpful, nicely appointed rooms, very relaxing. I was sad to see the sausage gravy removed from the menu, except for the weekends, but that was my only disappointment. I get it if there's not enough people but it really made their hot breakfast stand out. Great facility.

Uncomfortable experience this is a non smoking hotel yet my room smelled so bad like black and milds and cigarettes I called to be changed to another room or cancel reservation and none of my requests were accommodated. Honestly not even motel 6 smelled like this.

I stay in hotels a lot for work. This was the stinkiest hotel ever. The hall way stank. The room stank. I actually had to go buy a room freshener and candle. The TV did not work. When I asked to be moved, I was told they were full. With 5 cars in the parking lot. Next morning. They moved me. To another stinky room.. The receptionist did not want to call the manager at night to move me so I had to wait till the next morning!! Water in the elevator from whoever had used the pool, no one mopped it for hours.. Truly the worst stay ever

The king suites are great. We love being able to spread out and relax. Rooms are very nice, TV is huge and if I had any complaint it would be that I miss some cable shows as they only have streaming services, but a lot of them! Breakfast is pretty good too, especially the biscuits and gravy! Coffee available 24/7 is a nice touch and if you get a noisy neighbor, they take care of it like right now. Oh, no phones in the room which was interesting so if you need the front desk you need to use your mobile. But they answer 24/7 there too. Our new favorite hotel in Tulare County!

Every thing clean except the freezer in the refrigerator and it wasnt nasty just dirty. The free breakfast had a GREAT selection of items to choose from to eat and drink. Everything was good. The room size great. The heat cool system great.
Had no Tv the staff couldnt get it to work and had to sit for hours with nothing to do wasnt all that. The place is NICE AND ICE MACHINE ON ALL FLOORS MAKING IT COOL. I WOULD RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO STAY. TOWLES WHOLE SET NICE WHITE CLEAN. THE BEDDING NICE CLEAN LIKE NEW. IT IS WORTH THE STAY FOR THE PRICE. HAS MANY OTHER STUFF JUST DIDNT USE THEM. AND I DIDNT HAVE A GREAT STAY ONLY CAUSE NO TV. AND NO PHONES.

This hotel is by far one of the worst I've ever stayed at. First walking in there are piece of furniture overturned and it's a mess in the lobby. The check-in was okay although the man wasn't very personable. We hit the elevators and seems like it's barley able to run, when we get off on our floor the people we passed on and off the elevators looked like they were all on drugs or partially homeless. The walls are all filthy and need cleaning and painting. The rooms look pretty good they seemed to be remodeled at some point. The shower handle did not turn all the way to hot, so the water was lukewarm at best since we booked a few nights we decided to ask for another room since I like hot showers not lukewarm. They gave us another room and while transferring our stuff to another floor when entering the room was not big enough for my family. We went back and forth and got another room, upon transferring to that one there was a cockroach on the bed. We decided to keep our room since there were no other rooms to go to. Our room had sticky substance on the remote and the dresser that the TV was on, unsure how quickly they're cleaning these rooms. One time on the way down the elevator a man was smoking and blew smoke in my face. Another time exiting the building a man who was most definitely on drugs grabbed the door before it closed and let himself in. It seems as if this is more of a trap house or half house rather than hotel!! people live at this place. Be weary!

I understand remodeling but the lobby is a mess with the old furniture, the fitness center is closed and the route to the pool is weird. The room itself was nice enough. The internet doesn’t work and we had school work and meeting and were told it just doesn’t work…. The breakfast is beyond disappointing. The price and value were good. But staying in actual construction site with out trying to put it out of the way or anything; added to the visual clutter and stress of travel and genuinely seemed unsafe.

For some reason, felt unsafe. Also there were some kind of odd smell in the hotel. I feel i saw homeless in hotel. Room was okay, however was missing napkins, we need to ask for enough number of towels based on number of people checked in. Again number of shampoo, body wash, etc were not enough based on number of people checked in. Reception lady was helpful and kind.

The walls and floors of the hallways seem to be falling a part. The breakfast sausage tasted sour and when I tried to make a waffle the machine nozzle broke and I had the mix empty onto my hand. Room HVAC unit when used to heat the room came on at night it ran quite for a short time and then made such noise that you had to turn it off. They gave us the wrong room initially, and it was extremely dirty. The staff was helpful and moved us to a different room, but that room was cleaner but had other issues. The light fixture was hanging by the wires. The hot water was not even warm, and there were panels for the cabinets and the walls that were loose or open. Our keys also stopped working. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is pretty lack luster and dirty overall. Will not stay again.
