Do not book a room on hotels or other platform. They put us in a windowless room directly behind front desk. Washroom is akin to an airplane toilet for space. Room was in need of repair. The reservation included a bottle of wine but that took alot of convincing and forwarding a screenshot of the reservation. Insist on up back rooms. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Overall it should be listed as a 7/10. Stay at the Alejandro instead.

Staff is very friendly and will to help with any issues. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was very good and offered various options (scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit salad, patries…) and rooms very clean. We would definitely come back here. Thanks to all the hotel staff for your warm welcome.

Loved the decorations and design of the hotel. Front desk was excellent in meeting our needs. Breakfast was ok with a variety for the continental breakfast.
I read another review about the late night night club noise. I have to agree. Although i slept soundly for two nights, the 3rd night, a Friday, i just coildn't fall back to sleep. The thumping of the bass was just loud enough to be annoying. I am sorry the hotel does not have any control over it.

The property is amazing for the price you pay, nice included breakfast , our room very confortable and comes with the jacuzzi, in the roof there are 2 jacuzzi, tables , pool table, massage room (optional) and nice view. The staff were allways nice and helpful and much more. Just half block from the tradicional restaurant with live music and dance. Very, Very recomended hotel

Really lovely, clean and comfortable. Very warm, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is good (not amazing, but definitely welcome). Location is right opposite the train station, you have the best bar/restaurant/peña places right on the next street and it's about 10 minutes walk from the main square in Salta. Recommended!!

O quarto era grande, confortável, o café da manhã era bem completinho. O banheiro grande, água quente. A única reclamação, e talvez a mais relevante era com relação ao barulho na hora de dormir. Era um misto de
barulho de construção como se tivesse batendo em paredes, crianças brincando e correndo, muito barulho mesmo, impossível dormir, assistir tv, ler, e já passava das 23h da noite. Tentamos diversas vezes ligar na recepção, sem sucesso, o telefone só dava ocupado. Meu namorado teve que ir pessoalmente reclamar para que pudéssemos ter silêncio para descanso.

O hotel tem boas instalações e um café da manhã bem satisfatório com boa variedade de comidas e bebidas. A localização é boa e torna fácil o deslocamento de carro pela cidade.
Pontos negativos: Não tem estacionamento próprio, o carro precisa ser deixado na rua e é necessário pagar para estacionar (isso é uma praga na Argentina, em todo lugar tem uma pessoa autorizada fazendo cobrança). Das Inkai ist ein solides Stadthotel der mittleren Preiskategorie, das wir empfehlen können. Es ist modern gestaltet, aber mit viel schöner Deko zur indigenen Urgesellschaft. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die nur zum Atrium ausgerichteten Fenster, die man deshalb nicht unbeobachtet geöffnet lassen kann.
Zu Beginn und zum Abschluss unserer Rundreise um Salta haben wir dort übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das erste zugeteilte Zimmer war etwas klein, beim zweiten Besuch hatte man uns auf unsere Anfrage hin ein ausreichend großes Zimmer gegeben. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und für einen Kurzzeitaufenthalt ausreichend möbliert. Das Frühstück bot auch für ausländische Touristen genügend Auswahl.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was besonders für den Service am Empfang galt.
Das Hotel liegt am Rand des Vergnügungszentrums der Stadt, was am Wochenende zu einer - nicht übermäßigen - Geräuschkulisse führen kann. Die Zimmer auf der anderen Hausseite sind insoweit vorzuziehen. Bis in das historische Stadtzentrum geht man etwas 15 Minuten. Es gibt in der Nähe des Hotels einige kleine sehr empfehlenswerte Empanada-Restaurants (z.B. El Buen Gusto oder Lo del Negro Copa).
