Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by.

We booked for Deluxe room and while check in they ask for need upgrade by paying extra for bath tub. We agreed and moved to superior room. Had dinner at restaurant which was nice and good quantity for the price. Room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was good and got sufficient verities. Pool was good and kids enjoyed the pool well.
Little activities for kids available which was fun as flying fox, feeding rabbits, painting and pancake decorations. karaoke room with pool and table tennis was there. Overall kids enjoyed a lot.

This hotel is really a true gem! The amenities is so suitable for families regardless of age. I enjoyed playing the zipline and archery. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G especially the morning Mee Goreng top with a sunny side up and my super love TAHU SUSU! I do also like their range of fruit juice and made sure I have their Bak Choy + Honey + orange juice and Lemon. Oh... have I mentioned about their Yoga classes? ITS A MUST GO! The instructor is really friendly and considerate. He even taught us some couple yoga poses to look picture perfect with their amazing background.

The only downside i would probably feedback is the mattress and pillow. Bed is not exactly the most comfortable but still manageable. The pillow though was too flat and soft and it has a slight smell on it. Would be great if it could be thoroughly washed.

Lastly, I really like their customer service. How the maid chamber tidy up my room and folded every single clothes he saw in the room and their free ride to and fro bet. the airport to the hotel. Will definitely be back again.

The service and the facilities was exceptional. They prepared a cake with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates since it was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip. The butler was also very helpful in offering to drop and pick us up at the nearby Miss Bee for dinner. It was also raining that day. Subsequently, they got the driver drop us at a cake shop enroute to the airport when I informed I would like to buy some cakes home. The adventure playground appealed to the kids and adults. My toddler enjoyed his stay so much he refused to leave! We really appreciate their hospitality.

the best hotel to relieve fatigue from daily routine, because the hotel is surrounded by forests that far from the fatigue of the city.

even though this hotel a bit far from city, but hotel's surround have a lot of great view of cafe/ restaurant such as Kalpa tree, Nara and other restaurant.

They have exceptional service and very friendly staff.

Adequate facilities that you can do a lot of activities within the hotel such as outbound, treking. kids friendly activites also provided (animal feeding, flyong fox)

They also serve delicious local food and serve you afternoon tea with various local snack (the best one ia theie fried banana: soft & sweet taste)

My husband n I had a lovely stay here. Cozy beautiful grounds! D corridors can get a little noisy with loud chatter n kids at times. We enjoyed exploring the place in his quiet.
Padma also has acrange of activities in the hotel itself and guests are more then welcome to join in! Theres a dinner buffet every night and n equally impressive spread at breakfast.

On a personal note, We would like to mention Albi from F&B who was kind and attentive and even made a warm lovely cup of ginger honey lemon tea as i was not well. We would also like to thank the manager on duty on the 1st of sept at 2am who helpd to arrange transport to d nearest hospital.We could not see meet him to thank him personally.

Beautiful resort with rooms facing the greens of the hill forest. There are lots of activities for children such as a petting zoo, mini soccer field, mini basketball court, archery, mini-golf, flying fox and climbing wall. Pool is heated which is a huge plus.

Stunning views, fantastic service! The staff obviously take pride in their work. Everyone here will note your every need and go above and beyond; to not just meet but exceed your expectations. Knowing that we have an early morning flight, they even packed some light breakfast for us to eat at the airport since we will be missing their usual fantastic spread in the morning. The free activities offered are comprehensive and there is always something for every age. We went on the morning nature walk and the guide took us off the beaten path - with such breathtaking views you cannot find anywhere else. Well worth the money.

I cannot gush enough about this place!! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Hotel, fantastic staff, delicious food. I couldn't think of anything more I wanted. Checked out in the morning but didn't have flight until late in the evening and they provided me with a shower in the evening before dinner. Thank you for making my life easier on the road. The staffs are always ready to help when we are in need. On our last night of stay, my daughter was down with fever and required a fever strip in order to have a good sleep. Not only did they bring us the strip but on their own initiative they also brought her the fever medicine. We are thankful for their attention and concern. The housekeeper who cleaned up our room were so nice to provide us a clothe hanger when they realized that we were using a string to hang our swimwear to dry.
I would like to commend on Mr Julio of Padma Hotel who went all way out to serve us. He also carried out whatever request we had on the transportation for sight seeing and also ensured that the free shuttle to bring us to and from the airport were arranged accordingly.
We would once again want to thank all the staffs of Padma Hotel for making our stay a memorable one.

Padma Hotel has excellent service. The staff are all friendly, always greeting guests whenever we walked past them. Any reasonable request made were attended to almost immediately. The heated pool was one of the highlights. As well as the restaurant. I thought my booking had only breakfast as part of the package; apparently there was an-inclusive afternoon tea time buffet as well!

Great hotel for families. The kids activities are amazing and sure to be a huge success among the kids! The staff is well trained and very friendly. I'd given this hotel a 4 star rating if it weren't for the following issues:
1. The Spa is a nightmare. Its just a very simple set up with no charm and only provides one sort of massage (no other spa treatments available). The therapists are highly untrained and in my case were totally uninterested in doing their job. A hotel like this should have excellent Spa facilities.
2. The cleanliness of the bathroom is below level.
3. The rooms are very small. There is pretty much space for a bed and thats it.
4. The restaurant has fabulous food and a good breakfast buffet but there are numerous dishes that are not of high quality. Thumb of rule: go for the Asian dishes.
I'm not sold on this hotel and will be trying out other options for me and my 5 year old daughter the next time we visit Bandung.

The setting of the hotel is fabulous, the staff very helpful (even when i was a bit grumpy), the food pretty good. I found the bed very comfortable but felt that the hotel was getting a little tired - eg most of the upholstery and cushions were a bit spotty as was the carpet in our room. Bandung itself I found interesting but the traffic is horrendous!!

We had a lovely 2 days at Padma.. the best part was the view from the restaurant- very serene. Lots of fun activities for the kids- bunnies, nature trail, flying fox etc. Loved the afternoon tea and snacks concept- havent seen that offered often..restaurant service for dinner was also very attentive..overall great and relaxing experience- didnt feel the need to really leave the hotel-if u are looking for a relaxed stay in Bandung - highly recommended!!!

Stayed in Padma for 4 nights with my family.
Every staff that we came into contact with were friendly and most helpful. Special thanks to Eka for the recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try, and getting our bathrooms' mats changed expeditiously.
Hotel has great view and facilities were generally well maintained. The heated pool was nice given the somewhat cool weather. There was also karaoke, flying fox, yoga, trekking, etc.
The breakfast spread was quite good and tasty.
The rooms we had were comfortable. However, the bathrooms' mats had some mildew and could definitely be cleaner.
Overall, very satisfied with the hotel.

Lovely Staff. They are your biggest asset. Eka,Akbar,Angung,Mirza and many more were were amazing and attentive. They were sincere in their service. Really had a wonderful time because of them.
Room needs an update. Bathtub was deep but no grab bars to safely get out.
Shower needs a bigger toiletry holder. Toilet was too narrow. Carpet needs to be replaced. Downlights were shining straight into the eyes.

Service was superb. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful. I was ill and they gave me over the counter medication and a bottle of water. They asked after me when they saw me the next day. They called the room at the end of day to check if I needed housekeeping to clean the room as I had the do not disturb sign at the door the whole day. I was just glad that I fell ill on the day of my check-in to this hotel. I would not have rested as comfortably if I had been ill during my stay in any of the 3 hotels that I stayed in earlier the week.

Great escape from heat and bustle of the city

I stayed for a night in March. The green around the hotel is fantastic compared to the chaos in the city. Air was even cooler than the lower parts of Bandung. The facilities and the staff were great. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The restaurant is rated number one in Bandung according to travel sites is it's worth having a meal or two there. If the hotel really focused on the tiniest details, the rating would be bumped up a notch, bu I have no compaints given the value.

The hotel is excellent, great service, nice support staff and a fantastic place. Only drawback, still close to the traffic and noise of the city.

I am sure the place was father out of town when built, and it is still surrounded by beautiful woods and nature, but the city is now only a few blocks away with the traffic and noise, but also the food and excitement of the city. Just depends on how you look at it.

But Hotel is excellent get away, with yoga classes, nice pools and exercise equipment and a very nice top of the hotel breakfast. lunch and dinner as needed. Only issue I had, they forgot my omelette one morning....but nice choice of local foods and even pretzel bagels !!!

Great stay, friendly staff, all stop,to say good morning, kids activities, lovely surroundings, good climate, not as stiffling heat as the rest of indonesia city areas, good resturants just diwn the road, five minutes walk, small horse run outside on small pony for young children, parents can wait, or accompany on provided bicycle of they wish, this costs about one pound, meals in the hotel varied types of cuisine, great indonesian, but also western, chinese as well. Would certainly visit again. Provided free wifi, kids activities morning and evening for free. Staff very helpful, rooms very modern, tvs with wall build back access, for usb, and full connectivity, good range of channels, local and international.

Please do not stay this terrible hotel

This hotel is actually overpriced. Even though this hotel is as expensive as one of luxury hotel in Singapore, the room is so small and the bed is very uncomfortable. After the first night, I suffered back(waist) pain. The room does not have any table that it was so uneasy to share a cup of coffee in the room.

The most horrible thing in this hotel is that \"YOU CAN NEVER SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL!\". Until 10 or 11pm, very annoying sound of singing and playing continued. After that, from 2am-4:30am very big sound of Islamic songs and preachings of Iman from nearby Masjid(or Mosque) prohibit anybody who are not Muslim from sleeping well. I could scarcely sleep only 3 or 4 hours before and after the psalm and sermons from the Masjid.

The other thing is that some staffs of this hotel hoaxed me for earning more money than I actually used. Incredible staffs.

Gorgeous hotel with great service

Gorgeous hotel with so much green and natural life surrounding the area. From the front, the hotel seemed simple but going inside, it overlooked a beautiful forest and mountain slope. It's only 20 minutes away from the airport and there is a free shuttle to and from the hotel. The swimming pool water is warm and there is also a jacuzzi. For my 1.5 year old, there is a playground, petting zoo and grassy area to play in. For older kids, there is a zipline and outdoor activities. We loved the room, so spacious and modern. The servers and workers there are especially polite and friendly. I was also able to print out my plane tickets for free in the business center. There is a free afternoon tea time with lots of traditional Bandung snacks. The breakfast buffet is also filled with variety of every kind of food. It's only 10-15 minutes away from the local Factory Outlets like Rumah Mode and the Paris Van Java Mall. There is also a car rental there that took us to Farmhouse in Lembang where we had fresh Lembang milk and visited a miniature Dutch town with a little Hobbit house where we could take pictures. Overall, even if you decided to just stay at the hotel, it would have been a satisfying stay. Loved it--wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff were all polite and courteous.. very helpful as well. Daily yoga class available in the morning.. nice food at the restaurant but buffet spread for breakfast should have variety or different menu as they were almost the same for my 3 nights stay.

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly in the 2 days I was here. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. Appreciate the complimentary airport transfers. Definitely my favorite hotel in Bandung. Lovely pool to lounge in and some kids activities like flying fox for families.

Thank You Padma, you made me feel like a VIP.

Very short stay but very pleasant and happy. The staff felt like a welcoming committee rolling out the red carpet for us. Made us feel absolutely VIP. Hotel is well maintained albeit a bit dated. Great for the family and hang out at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent & love the local selection & amazing \"healthy juice\". Special Thanks for Ferly the \"Butler\", who was super pleasant & fun to chat with. Thank You for the evening treats & ginger tea :)

Fantastic hilltop view

I had a very pleasant stay at Padma and the service crew were all friendly and helpful to all of my requests and needs. The view was simply gorgeous, overlooking the mountains. Hotel was kept very clean and in top conditions. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bed sheets and towels were all nice smelling. Totally in love with this hotel and will return for future stays!

It is quite disappointed to stay there two days prior to new year eve. As the green surrounding was covered by the stage which prepare for the event. The testing of audio during night is quite disturbing. And all the balcony near the pool is also quite crowded so unable to have a good nap or sleep. Unable to relax during that period. I m not recommended for those who want to relax. It's better to choose on weekday instead of weekend/PH. And though of the place is cooling but not. It's felt that quite stuffy.

Great Hotel located in nice location

I stay in Padma hotel with my wife and 4 year old daughter for 1 night. When 1st arrival, we were welcomed with nice welcome drink. Customer service and all hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. We got room upgrade for free!!! 1 thing that was fantastic is the breakfast, the quality and the venue is superb. We can see mountain with awesome weather during our breakfast. The only concern for us was just it was kinda hard to find the hotel location, as it is not located in the center of the city. In overall it was a fantastic experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful retreat

Padma Hotel is in the most beautiful mountain setting I can imagine. The fresh air, sunrises, and beautiful views are the perfect antidote to city life. Additionally the hotel staff and service are exceptional. Visitors will also LOVE the morning buffet breakfast.
