When we arrived at the Hitel no one was there to check us in. There was a sign stating call this number to get service. We called and the number rang several times. We waited over 30 minutes for no one to check us in. We drove to another Hotel to try and get a different room. They were sold out. While there another party claimed they also were awaiting check in and no one came? We drove back again and had to find a young lady cleaning rooms upstairs with no other help but did check us in. The rooms were clean but outdated and old.

Question do they change the sheets after each check out? Maybe the person needs to wear a hair net if they clean the room.

This was an average property. We had a room near the office which was fine but the tenant above was noisy the entire night walking around. Not sure if they live there full time and work the night shift at the hotel. We asked for a late check out (only 1/2 extra) and were told it would be an additional $25 if we weren't out by 11 am.

Room wasn’t clean specifically in edges and corners bathroom had a huge spider web with a spider! You can tell carpet wasn’t vacuum lots of debris on floor! Tub drain was clogged and draining very slow! Everything else seems to be decent!

I liked everything about this place. Enough breakfast for it to be considered included. The only thing I had a problem with my stay is the shower was clogged and filled up while showering. After it slowly drained. But over all I would stay again. I stayed in the one all the way at the end on the bottom.

Property had lots of parking but was dated. Seals in bathroom were lifting, the room had that dated darkened appearance in the tub. Room was still clean though!

Microwave and refrigerator were in good working order. Beds were extremely firm which had an affect on an already bad back.

There was a breakfast but I didn’t discover that until I was checking out on the 5th day. The person who checked us in didn’t mention that there was a breakfast. Would’ve been nice to know.

Overall, it’s a decent place and was a good bit cheaper than the other hotel down the way.

There were stains on the sheets. The vinyl floor planks were warped in some areas. There was a buildup of grime on the table lamps. The light switches had dirt. The door edges had grime. I would suggest bringing some cleaning products if you’re gonna stay here.

Despite the outside looking a little run down the room was extremely comfortable and clean. Looked recently renovated. Breakfast was on the go microwavable items, waffles, pastries, and other quick odds and end that were ok for a smaller 2 star hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly! Robbed by hotel staff!!!

I was robbed. Literally!
After being back home for a week, & catching up on my bookkeeping, I discovered that, in addition to the one night fee of $113 for my stay, I was charged an even $150, unauthorized, with no not, asking of permission, or even warning.
This is robbery, & has left me feeling very uneasy, for the reason that my financial situation isn’t good enough to Willy-nilly pay more than double on any given cc transaction. I didn’t dispute with the hotel itself, but have an ongoing dispute with hotels.com instead, & hope they make good on the thieves! I strongly believe that the establishment should be served a penalty, if not permanent suspension from hotels.com
It’s a privilege that they obviously don’t appreciate, nor honor.

Housekeeping is not provided. The floors were sandy like you would expect at a beachside property, except there is no beach. It was also sticky in some areas. Something had been spilled and not properly cleaned up. One of our towels had a large brownish stain. \"Hot breakfast\" consists of store-bought frozen breakfast burritos and sausage muffins. Also a waffle maker. This is not truly a \"hot breakfast.\" The property claims to have Internet, but don't be fooled. It doesn't. The girl at the desk made the kind suggestion that we use our hotspots, which is what we did. But they should not be advertising that they have wi-fi connection since they don't.

Really nice stay! Stayed in a 2 queen room, one bed was nicer than the other. The house/property behind the hotel, dogs are super reactive if you walk in the parking lot in Arby’s next door. Breakfast could have been better but overall we enjoyed our stay and staff was very friendly!

We stayed one night. Reception was very friendly and prompt. Room we had was renovated with clean wood floors, an updated bathroom, and new TV. Rooms have a microwave and fridge. It was quiet. Breakfast was good: continental plus waffles. No eggs. Food was fresh. We felt we got a great deal staying here. As we left (fall 2023) it looked like they were replacing some flooring still.

The management was terrible. Rude. And the place charged me an additional fee for my company yet I was booked for 2.
It appears to me they were more concerned about their bottom line than with customer service.
I was charged not just hotels fee but another $25.00 for a friend who needed a bed. I do not sleep with another woman.
Most disappointing.
Breakfast lacked as well. There was no fruit left. I had a yogurt and a muffin. From what I could see- the only hot breakfast was a waffle iron and a few foods to zap in the micro. No thanks.
I use to live in Snowflake. I will stay in the future at Best Western.

We reserved 2 rooms. One was remodeled and nice 2 was very out dated including mattress. Inconsistencies there were frustrating. Hot breakfast? No. That needs to be removed. Lady that checked us in didn't make eye contact, no smile. Not very good customer service.

Worst hotel stay in all my travels.

I travel all over the country and have stayed in many hotels. This was by far, my worst experience in a hotel. I checked in, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. They said they can spray Febreze or change my room. I had them change the room. Throughout the evening, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, causing us to have a poor sleep. I informed the office that next day. It wasn’t until I informed Expedia of the problems that they sent someone up to look at it. He agreed that the AC needed to be replaced. I asked the management since they advertise queen beds and I have a smaller bed, if they were going to discount my room. They denied it was smaller than a queen size bed. I measured the size of the mattress, it’s between an extra large full size and queen, it’s not a true queen size. They said they wouldn’t discount. I said I would take it up with Expedia to file a formal complaint. I went up to my room and within 5 minutes there was a knock on the door. It was someone from the office and stated that we needed to leave the hotel because we were complaining too much and said that they weren’t going to fix the AC. They stated they would refund the second night since they asked us to leave, but no compensation for a hot, uncomfortable night. They stated since we stayed in the room, there would be no discount. It was a blessing that we left. I found another hotel that was beautiful and clean, great customer service, no issues and slept in a true queen size mattress.
