The room was clean when we arrived. The front staff was kind and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights but housekeeping didn't come in and take trash, dirty towels or make the bed. Breakfast was good! There was toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruits, coffee and juices! And parking was right in front of or beside our room! The AC worked very well also!

Second time here - different room, but the same problem.
There are no fire alarm in this room too!
I thought it is required for all hotels everywhere. We travel often and this is the only one we encountered without fire alarm in a rooms. I will stay at different hotel next time.

Didn't care about the GMO breakfast. Typical American junk that we don't eat.
But I did care about the smell. Our room was so loaded with chemicals to mask the smells that we had to open windows and doors.
The bathroom had black mold gripping the inside of the door.
The floor was covered in black dirt that when I took a shower the bottom of the tub was black from what came off my feet.

Seriously that black mold has to be a health hazard.
You guys gotta clean that up asap.
And wash the floor.

Shower was completely coroded with water coming out like a waterfall causing the need to stand directly beneath it.
The breakfast was terrible and not as described. Coffee pitcher was empty both mornings, as well as no decaffeinated offered at all.
Clerk knew nothing about the area and could not tell us what restaurants were in the area.
We were charged a $30.00 fee for using a third party to make reservations.
Would not recommend this facility to friends

The location is great, but our experience was disappointing. It was around 11pm when we checked in and the heater in our tent wasn’t working. With temperatures near freezing, we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance team to arrive and provide an additional heater. Unfortunately, this delay made the night quite uncomfortable and affected our overall experience.

The bed was like sleeping on the ground. The floor had leaves on it, in the bathroom the toilet paper was all but out of reach and when you did reach the toilet leaned side to side. For the price we paid i expected much more. We planned on two nights but couldn't do the second night. I would not recommend the economy lodge to anyone.

The room seemed dated. The carpet was stained. The bed sheets were old, but clean. There was a hair on the ice bucket and hair on the wall in the bathroom. Was an okay stay for the price, but would probably look for a different hotel next time. There is only 1 waffle maker in the breakfast nook and the juice machine was out of order.

Our rooms were not ready at checkin time. We let the motel know at registration that we had a service dog but as we were finally going into our room, we were told that we had to use a different room because of the dog. The new room was far away from our other room, the floors, shower and chair were filthy. There were itinerant people camped all over the side of the parking lot on the side of the motel we were relegated to.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. When I got to my room the door was open and the bed had not been made up. The clerk came and took care of it.
That being said the room itself was absolutley shabby and disgusting. There was paint peeling, holes in the walls and mold. Water stains on the baseboards, the furniture was beat up and the bathroom fan was missing the cover and so loud you couldnt turn it on.

The room was dirty! Just walking 5 minutes barefoot, our feet were black on the bottom. When we crawled into bed after a full days of travel, we felt grit on the sheets. When i looked closer to see what it was there was black hair all over the sheets and it appeared that the sheet were slept on before. We did not complain and just delt with as were exhausted. We had just stayed at a Econo Lodge the night before and loved it! This hotel should never have been rated in the 8 point rating!!

Room was outdated with carpet throughout, sheets were dirty and stained, so had to sleep on top with my own blankets. Towels were not washed from the previous reservation, and when arrived at room it was 46 degrees inside room (was 28 degrees outside) and the heat would only go up to 62 degrees. Breakfast was a joke with watered down coffee, and not so fresh fruit. Bird was stuck in the vent and made a ton of noise and when I let the front desk know, they stated \"oh well\", Negative star rating for this place.

The floor was COVERED in black dog hair and hadn’t been mopped and barely swept in a long time. Bed was comfortable sheets and towels were clean and room was dusted. Room was affordable but no matter if your staying in a budget friendly or expensive hotel it should always be properly cleaned. NO SMOKE DETECTOR. 🚩

Our room was acceptable overall, though there were some cleanliness issues—we noticed a hair in the bathroom and the tub could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the Zion National Park entrance, which was a reasonable distance for us. The front desk staff was fairly quiet during our interaction. While I understand there may have been a language barrier, a friendlier welcome would have enhanced our check-in experience.
Breakfast offerings were quite basic. I would have appreciated having plain oatmeal as an option rather than only pre-packaged flavored varieties. We also noticed that the juices (apple and orange) appeared to be diluted with water. The breakfast area also became crowded and disorganized during peak times. Despite these concerns, the hotel served its purpose for our trip.

The reservation of both rooms got lost between Expedia and the hotel. Upon check-in the hotel staff could not find my reservation even though I had the confirmation email from Expedia. The floors of both rooms were filthy. The table and the top of the \"entertainment center\" were very dusty. We had stayed at this same hotel a year prior and while it was not a perfect experience, it was better than this year. We will not be staying at this hotel on our trip next year.

This place needs serious repairs. Floors are swept clear but not washed. Sewer backed up into the shower. Would only give it a 3 star, yes it’s reasonable we just needed a spot so we could tour Zion, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

I wish I could give this place higher because the staff was super friendly and the location was great. Our room smelt like sewage- probably something wrong with the plumbing. We also noticed basic house keeping wasn’t done. Rooms seemed dirty unfortunately. Not the worst I’ve ever experienced but I wouldn’t stay again. Also breakfast was fine- don’t expect anything fancy the only hot option is waffles. Also our door had noticeable gaps in the frame which was concerning because the door leads to outside and the privacy lock was wiggly and loose. Overall it’s okay.

There are definitely nicer places to stay for the same price. I didn’t feel unsafe but it wasn’t in the best condition either. Only stayed one night fortunately. Breakfast was sad. Literally only weird make yourself waffles were available. All the juice in the machine was empty and no coffee available.
