This is a lovely hotel that I always come back to when in Tainan. Great location, friendly staff, and great rooms on the top floor. Breakfast buffet is as big as you could possible get and has excellent choice. Western style crispy bacon super!

I like this hotel. The breakfast is great. Huge buffet with lots of healthy food. The room was spacious and clean. I like that it has a bath tub. Internet was fast. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. There is a Family Mart 1/2 block away that is open all night. So there is a place to buy food, alcohol, or a latte if you are up in the middle of the night with jet lag.

The hotel shows a bit of age, but it is still very clean. When I checked in, I noticed some water stains on the duvet cover, which seemed to be caused by the air conditioner leaking. I informed the staff and they immediately replaced it. I understand that hotels in Taiwan now generally only provide body wash and shampoo, but it felt a bit unusual that there was no hand soap at the sink.

Short stay before on a weekday. Not many people and the quality of services were nice and better. No noise families and running around kids. Will stay again

Good location, but with how much we paid for, it wasn’t worth it. The rooms looked old and outdated. Towels are thin, not comfy. We revered two queen bed rooms. It was very nice of them to bump us to 2 king bed room. However, the room size is the same. With bigger beds, rooms for anything else was limited.

The hotel is immaculate and has all the amenities needed for a family to stay for a week. The breakfast buffet also offers a variety of food for many days of the stay. The staff is welcoming and kind, always willing to assist in any way they can. The hotel provides a business office for guests to conduct business during the stay.

We had an excellent two-night stay at Evergreen Plaza Hotel in Tainan. Especially enjoyed breakfast with so many choices of delicious food. Hotel location is not close to tourist attractions in the city center but we did visit them by city bus and taxi.

The hotel is a traditional historical one. The doorman is gentle and helpful at arrival. Room size is comfortable and enough space for luggage cases opening. It has both bathtub and shower. 協助辦理入住手續的Anna，非常細心的安排了適合長輩入住的房型，並且立即將招待的水果增加一份更好入口的香蕉。同時推薦的2樓「長園」點心，不但美味，而且容易控制份量，真的是初到當地旅人的貼心選擇。
長園的人員在服務上，不會因為只有2人用餐就大小眼，推薦的菜色通通都很好吃，像是腐皮捲，我覺得甚至勝過香港和上海、北京的飲茶餐廳。售價更不用擔心，像是：龜苓膏、楊枝甘露⋯⋯居然只要100元。
茶資一人40元，喝起來濃又香，沒有碎屑，人員用小燭台細心的加溫著，也會ㄧ直隨時補充，不會像某些餐廳，結單的時候突然加價變成高價茶資，也沒有強迫消費的小碟點心或是另外項目，例如：餐具費、紙巾費⋯⋯，反而是房客打9折。吃不完會幫忙打包的美美的，一樣沒有收取打包費。
客房打掃的很乾淨，浴缸沒有髒垢，地板沒有頭髮，看不到未乾的水漬，溫熱的廁座、全開的電燈、冰冷的小冰箱、貼心的小點和茶包、乾淨到閃亮的茶壺和冰桶、潔白的床組，尤其是工整的床單摺角，著實勝過太多國外的星級飯店，衷心感謝默默幫忙打掃的房務人員。
雖然台南是美食之都，但是我建議試試飯店早餐，房客打折下來大概一人540元左右，飲料類：光是研磨咖啡就提供3種豆子可以選，豆漿、米漿、牛奶、杏仁茶、紅茶、果汁、熱茶⋯⋯，由此可知菜色有多豐富。口味上，連簡單的麵包、地瓜、粥，都可以讓人喜歡到重複取用。建議預留1個半到2個小時的用餐時間，吃完之後，保證心滿意足一整天。如果續住，部分菜色會更換。
其中，像歐包的桂圓麵包絕對要試試，原本打算離開的時候要買了帶走，才知道烘焙坊沒有販售，那是專供早餐的隱藏版菜單，而且不是天天供應，服務人員說：會供應哪款麵包他們也不會知道。
有想去入住的人，可以留意一下，希望大家都能像我們一樣的幸運。
