Good location, ten minutes walk from the railway station. Right at the top of the city centre. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast mostly for Taiwan visitors but sometimes the scrambled eggs and toast was good. Good coffee.

Breakfast is certainly substandard compared with similar hotels; the variety offered is very limited with mainly vegetarian food. Room is comfortable and bigger than other places. Shower is powerful and both biscuits and coffee in room are very good. Most packet coffee have lots of sugar in them but not the ones here.

Location is good. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was well appointed and nicely designed, but attention to cleaning was lacking, in part due to wear and tear, but still in need of attention around corners, walls, baseboards, etc. Bed and bathroom were clean and not worrisome, but overall they could focus more on the nooks and crannies. Breakfast was mediocre unfortunately, although I still appreciate having a little something to start the day.

房間很大很舒適，設備齊全且乾淨，床也很好睡。唯一缺點是早餐有限定時段，因為是當天訂房入住的，熱門時段已預約滿了，所以選了最晚的時段十點整，入住時有告知用餐到11點並且10:30會陸續開始收拾。但我們10點到餐廳時有些東西已經沒有了也沒有再補，如果要限定用餐時段的話，是不是應該也要保障最後入場用餐的客人的用餐權益？總之這點非常扣分，希望能改進！

The Manager, Wayne and staff really made us feel welcome. We stayed 4 nights and really felt it just flew by. Good restaurants in walking and uber just minutes away. Big rooms with nice amenities. If I could give 6 stars for staff I would do so.

Quiet, spacious, firm beds
We were there for only one night. I booked a 4 people room for two of us so we could have our own bed. If you like firm beds, this is then place! We did like them firm so it was perfect! They offered two type of pillows so we both got to pick the firmer pillows. It’s spacious but I wish there’s another sliding door to have more privacy after coming out of the shower to put clothes on. 😅 They staggered guests entering for breakfast. We signed up for 8:30am, buffet was not big but enough variety but some food was already cold. We did enjoy some Tainan food they offered: braised rice with pork and soy sauce, made to order beef soup and milk fish soup! It lasted us till about 1pm.

Clean & modern hotel in a convenient location. The room is spacious with separate sink, toilet and shower. Shower is small but had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Basic amenities besides disposable toiletries are provided. The mattress is very firm, typical of Taiwan hotels. The included breakfast is small and very ordinary.

This is a decent hotel in a very good location, fairly close to the train station (connects to HSR station) and around a lot of shops and cafes. The breakfast was OK, the rice came out late both days of my stay (first time I have seen a lack of rice in Asia). My bed was clean but my room did have noticeable mold in the shower, and only had one tiny window near the ceiling. I think it is a bit overpriced compared to other places I have stayed at, possibly because of the convenient location.

Neighborhood is an old district so little shops and traditional market, nothing fancy but over four days discovered a few good dining options within walking distance. The staff went out of the way to help us on all issues but one which was out of their control. They were friendly and courteous and wonderful to work with. However, being from Canada, I did not know a hotel could not provide parking. We arrived with our car only to find their was no parking available and spent the next 3 hours searching for a space and then getting a yo yo card to pay for the space once we found one. It was crazy! Otherwise, excellent breakfast and good place to stay.

Rooms are of a good size but because there is no door at all between the bathroom and the bedroom, I strongly do not recommend friends staying here. From the bedroom, can clearly see the shower and the toilet (with their own separate frosted glass door though), but definitely not enough privacy once you step out from the shower and toilet.

Really happy to have stayed here. Just double check your class of room as the \"standard\" rooms don't have windows; would be worth the few extra dollars to get the next one up (this is better explained on the chinese website, but not noted on lastminute).

The hotel is kept clean and new. Easy location for taxi to pick us up. Breakfast was good as well.
Though its not exactly close to main tourist places, but taxi ride about 10mins will solve the problem.
One negative point is they are not flexible with the check in time. We had a red eye flight and went back to the hotel at 3pm for check in but they still do not want to let us in as their check in time was at 4pm. Even if i want to pay for early check in it is also not possible.

Great location, short walk from train station. A bit further to get to more touristy area with temples, etc. wonderful staff, spotless modern room, quiet. The hotel design was really good, both at the lobby and inside the rooms. We luckily got an upgrade so not sure what the smaller rooms are like but the one we got was very well designed. The location was ok, it takes 10-15 mins by cab to the night market and 20 mins to Anping. Room was tidy and clean.

You can order local Tainan cuisine for breakfast. I ordered the 虱目魚（Milkfish） soup. It was as delicious and gentle as any other restaurant. There are many modern art pieces on display in the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It's a nice hotel to relax in.

El hotel goza de una puntuación que no refleja en absoluto la realidad del alojamiento. La limpieza es NULA. El lavabo está lleno de moho así como las puertas de la ducha y el cabezal de la misma. Manchas de humedad en el techo, mobiliario manchado de sustancias sin identificar, ventanas cubiertas de mugre que denotan que no se han limpiado desde que el hotel abrió sus puertas y no me refiero al cristal .
