We booked a 2-night stay in JAN2026. The room itself was pretty spacious and there was a bidet (rare in Taiwan) in the washroom, everything else was subpar. Out of all the places that we stayed at in Taiwan, this was definitely the worst. The staff were not mean, but we felt that they were not accommodating at all. The shower water pressure was barely there and the hot water took so long to heat up. We would not recommend staying here when you visit Tainan.

타이완 기차여행 일정 중 마지막 도시 타이난 일정에서 묵게 된 호텔입니다. 타이난TRA역과 가깝습니다. 때문에 버스정류장과도 가까우니 편리합니다. 대부분의 한국인들이 타이난에 오는 이유는 드라마 상견니 촬영장소를 구경해보고 싶어 오는 것일 텐데 대부분의 촬영지와도 가깝고 택시를 타고 가볍게 둘러볼 수 있는 거리입니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨고, 응대를 잘 해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 혼자 묵었다고는 하지만 수건, 타월의 숫자가 적어서 아쉬웠습니다. 덥고 습한 날씨에 자주 씻게 될 관광객들을 위해서 수건 타월은 넉넉히 준비해주셨으면 하는 의견을 남깁니다. 추후에 다시 타이난에 오게 된다면 다시 방문할 의사 있습니다 ^^

This hotel is about 600m from the Tainan station. It is not very far, but dragging your suitcase over unevenly tiled road surface can be quite a challenge. Nearby attractions like the Chikan Tower is walkable but Anping area is a little too far to walk to.
The lobby is rather old fashioned but the rooms are very modern and seem to be recently renovated. Very good value indeed for an overnight stay.

This is one of the best hotels at this price point in Tainan. Convenient city center location and rooms with international standards of cleanliness and comfort, however there was a constant humming noise coming from the AC or the elevators that took some getting used to. The self service laundry on the roof had a nice view and was convenient but you do have to pay to use it. Most importantly the wifi was fast and stable!

The staff was fluent in English and very helpful in printing out my boarding pass. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco smoke, but when I complained, they immediately changed my room with an upgrade.

The hotel was a few blocks from Tainan Station. There was a convenience store nearby and many other businesses. The area is nice and within walking distance to some sightseeing spots like the Confucian Temple (if you don't mind walking more than 10 minutes).

The walk from the Tainan train station to the hotel is 10 mins. There is no pedestrian walkway for my family. We need to walk on the road and in front of the shops. The hotel was clean and you can walk to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Tainan Zhongshan Store for shopping. There were many fast food outlets near Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Tainan Zhongshan Store.
