They provide shuttle bus to/from Train station (reservation required). Staffs are good. Room decoration is kind of old but clean. Guest room is very big, planty of space for your laugages. There are lots of restaurants near by. Laundry is available with fee. Breakfast is included and good. An A plus is they also provide afternoon snack which is very rare. Overall value is good.

Wonderful hotel with 5* feel for med-range price
This was one of the best hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Taiwan. Not just because we got a free upgrade to a suit but because the service we received from the staff. A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing. When we visit Tainan again in the future, we will definitely be booking here again!

The price is decent. They offered arvo tea, shuttle buses and someone who escorts you to the lift up. Nothing to complain about. The bed is super comfy. A smart toilet made the difference.

台南駅から徒歩10分ほど。鴨母寮市場、水仙宮市場、赤崁楼等にも徒歩圏内で便利。目の前コンビニ、周辺にも食堂多々あり。部屋は広くベッドもセミダブル(Twinとも)。設備は古い感じはするが掃除も行き届いておりウォシュレットも付いている。朝食も充実、味や種類の多さも申し分ない。コインランドリーあり(洗濯30元、乾燥30分10元)。
11階でツアー客がカラオケをする時があり、今回10階が部屋だったのでとてもうるさく部屋を変えてもらった。カラオケの予定があるのなら10階にするな!!と思ったが対応は素早く丁寧だったので満足。1日2回台南駅⇆ホテルの無料シャトルもあり、これも便利でした。日本語の話せるスタッフもいて全体的にとても良いホテルです。

Comfortable stay on Minzu Road. Dining and shopping options are limitless. Near the train station and not so far from Ha-ain Road and other nice spots. The Whiskey Picnic Bar is near for those that want a good drink. Django Coffee Shop is on the Minzu Road for a nicely priced americano or latte. I hope to stay here again. One last thing, the price was great.

The hotel is rather outdated and more could be done to improve the furnishing in the room. Toilet door was not able to lock and the overall feeling of the room was not so welcoming. However, the hotel staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel was relatively good.

The Cambridge is the type of hotel that Frequent Overseas Travelers will really appreciate. It is very Asian focused, in both decor, thoughtful amenities, and the Breakfast meals. But, for USA travelers, the kindness of the staff will make you feel more than welcome. Also, the location is absolutely PERFECT! It is a block away from the famous Chikkah Towers, across the street to every Tourist Bus stop, and has many 7/11s nearby for supplies. Also, there are great restaurants within walking distance, including a lovely inexpensive \"mom & pop\" one a block down to the right, as you face the hotel. SO yummy!
